Valbay Residence is a brand new property on the island of Losinj and is comprised of three uniquely designed apartments. The property is located a short 5 minute walk to Valdarke beach and a 10 minute walk to the town center. All the apartments include balconies or terraces with sea views as well as all amenities necessary to make your stay enjoyable. As of June 2019 the Residence is available to guests and offers a relaxing and comfortable stay on one of Croatias most beautiful island getaways.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Apartment Casa Azzura is situated in Villa Bella Vista.Apartment has nice sea view and it is fully equipped.95 m2.Two bedrooms with balconies : first bedroom with one double bed and second bedroom with twin beds.Dining room/living room with air condition,balcony,AC,smart TV. One bathroom/toilet and one extra toilet. Barbecue,free Wifi,dishwasher... Villa has 4 more apartments so the other guests use the swimming pool as well (open from 8 am until 8 pm).

Hi! :) This is a newly renovated apartment in family house with big garden and patio, perfect to relax. Apartment has one bedroom for two and there is a couch that can be made into bed for two in the living room. Located on ground floor, with easy access to parking and ideal for family with children. Air-condition, microwave, WiFi etc. are included in the price. From summer 2019. apartment will have a new modern bathroom with shower.
