We received a warm and personal welcome from May, who was very accommodating with the check-in time. The apartment was clean and had a lovely, fresh fragrance. It was generously supplied with extra towels and other amenities. The heating in the apartment was very effective even on colder winter days. Inside the fridge were two bottles of water and other chilled beverages as a welcome, along with some muffins and coffee pods on the countertop. We particularly loved that the small fridge had a built-in freezer compartment to keep ice, something we have often found unavailable in other Airbnbs, with fridges of similar size. May has gone to great lengths to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay, taking care of even the smallest details. The area is beautiful and walkable, with lots of restaurants and shops around, as well as Retiro Park only a short walk away. A number of grocery stores nearby meant we had no trouble finding whatever we needed. We can confidently recommend a stay here!

O apartamento é bem grande, espaçoso e bonito. Tudo limpo e organizado. O bairro é afastado mas tem uma estação de trem muito próxima então não tivemos problemas de locomoção. Os anfitriões também foram muito prestativos. Recomendo muito.

We really enjoyed our stay here! At first, the flat felt a bit “basementy” since it’s on the ground floor, but we quickly got used to it and felt very comfortable. The place is super clean and has everything you need, including shower gels. Getting to the city center is super easy - just hop on bus 65 or 31. Metro is close as well. There are some restaurants and bars nearby, but I’d recommend taking the bus to the center for more options. Thanks Andrea. Would defintely visit again!

Me encantó el alojamiento, todas las amenidades estaban tal cual al anuncio, es una zona bastante tranquila y con mucha facilidad para el transporte público. En caso vuelva con un grupog rande, espero encontrar el alojamiento disponible nuevamente.

Somos uma família de 5 pessoas, estivemos em março de 2025. A estadia foi agradável, metrô próximo, o que facilita a ida aos pontos turísticos. Além disso, tem supermercados próximos e lavanderia, que nós também usamos para secar as roupas que lavamos. Nós gostamos de cozinhar, então foi ótimo, só acho q poderia ter mais panelas grandes, pois só tinha uma e isso dificultou um pouco. A anfitriã que nos recebeu, esclareceu todas as dúvidas, que tivemos de forma sempre gentil. Recomendo este apartamento e ficaria novamente numa próxima viagem.

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

Alicias place was a great place only 15-20 minutes from the madness of Madrid. You can get in and out of city at any time of day in 15-25mins to any main site in Madrid. At night all you hear is nothing compared to friends that stayed at Barceló Torre de Madrid and had the police / fire/ ambulance sounds all throughout the night for far more money a night than this beautiful loft Alicia has allowed us to enjoy. This will be the Lazo’s point of stay anytime we comeback to the Madrid area. Highly recommend Alicia’s place to anyone… we have traveled to many places in the world using Airbnb’s and this one is one of our favorite places we have been to. Our friends would also agree once they stayed in the NYC of Europe!!

Very well situated flat in a quiet neighbourhood and building. Two very well sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and good quality bed linen. We did most of the visits by walking but there is a bus stop just around the corner that takes you everywhere you need. Everything was exactly as in the pictures. We had a great time. It felt very much at home.

The stay was great. We were greeted by a host who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities needed. The location couldn’t be any better. It is right in the center of shopping and restaurants, and has tons of public transportation options to get all over the city very easily.

Muy buen departamento para visitar Madrid y alrededores, lugar tranquilo y de fácil acceso sin tránsito. Estuvimos muy cómodos y nos sentimos como en casa. Las vistas del departamento son muy lindas, especialmente las sierras con picos nevados en marzo y la ciudad de Madrid. El ascensor fue una gran ventaja para mi madre con movilidad reducida. El parking es muy cómodo para automóviles grandes. Recomiendo mucho este apartamento. Gracias Rafael.

We had a great stay in Leonor's apartment during our visit to Madrid (and our 11mo son's first trip abroad). She provided a crib. The apartment was as described, with a great location and the host was very responsive! Due to record rain the elevator was broken for most of our stay, but was repaired toward end of our visit.

Our family had a perfect stay at this apartment. The sleeping setup was great - comfortable mattresses and blackout window coverings helped with recovery from jet lag. The location is fantastic with lots to walk to, a good coffee shop a couple doors down and a metro station right around the corner.

A great stay in a wonderful location! Flexible, friendly and great amenities. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Un grand merci à Fernando pour sa patience. Malgré le retard de notre vol, il nous a reçu avec le sourire en nous donnant toutes les indications pour profiter de Madrid dès notre arrivée. Le logement est vraiment au top, très bien situé, très calme malgré sa situation et très propre. Nous avons pu passer un WE en nous déplaçant uniquement à pieds. Les bonnes adresses proposées par notre hôtes nous ont permis de nous régaler et d’éviter les pièges à touristes. Je recommande ce logement.

El departamento de Azu y Dani está en una zona tranquila, agradable y tal cual como lo muestran las fotos. Muy limpio y contaba con lo necesario para pasar unos días espectaculares en Madrid. Súper Host !

I can't say enough about the location!! I'm not a shopper but this location was just around the corner from Gran Via - which has anything and everything you would ever want! Great and abundant food options steps away in every direction, plus large parks close and further distances away. The Royal Palace is an easy 10 minute walk as is Puerta del Sol. I like to walk miles and miles and miles, so in addition to those locations above, I walked to the University and to Parque Retiro and other areas that I felt were very walkable from this location, including the Very Fun and Most Excellent Mercado San Miguel. I can't say enough about it! Felipe was VERY HELPFUL and responsive with my questions before check-in, and everything was so perfect I didn't need to talk to him afterwards at all!

We really enjoyed staying at Judith's apartment in La Moraleja, it was a very pleasant stay in a great location.

We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

Nos recibió César ya ha sido muy amable y atento en todo momento. Zona muy tranquila con monte para largos paseos y muy fácil acceso y aparcamiento. El apartamento ha sido ideal para nuestras necesidades. A 30 min del centro de Madrid. Recomendamos sin dudarlo.

Logement extrêmement bien placé, tout ce fait à pieds, les meilleurs restaurants, les musées et même les boutiques sont accessibles à moins de 20mins de marche. L’hôte est très réactive et chaleureuse, merci pour tout, de l’accueil au départ ! Je recommande +++

Good location and even better hosts. My family and I had great experience at Marta and Arturo's apartament. They're extremely nice people and very proactive hosts. Truly recommend this property to anyone looking for a central location in the heart of madrid.
