Alfonso y Marcela fueron excelentes en comunicación desde la reserva hará el momento de check out . El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a solo 5 min caminando está un supermercado, al salir del edificio está una pequeña tienda y al rededor hay más pequeñas tiendas y farmacia a menos de 5 min . Los puntos de mayor interés como plaza mayor , puerta del sol y km 0 a tan solo 5-10 min . Gran vía unos 15 min caminando . Cerca hay gran variedad de restaurantes locales y también una estación de metro . El apartamento está bien equipado en su cocina y las camas súper cómodas . Súper recomendado . Para llegar al piso hay ascensor pero también debes bajar escaleras o subir , eso estaba en la descripción del apto también , todo muy bien explicado

Definitely looking forward to renting again. Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for everyone in our group. Down a quiet street, but close to all the fun shopping and restaurants! Couldn’t have asked for much more. Owners were extremely accommodating and helpful with everything we asked. Highly recommend!

Greatly appreciated host’s responsiveness when we had difficulty adjusting the temperature after midnight our first night. Answered immediately!

Pedro desde el principio muy atento y amable, preocupando que no nos faltará nada y así fue. tema se limpieza todo espectacular muy limpio todo. El hambiente de apartamiento mordena, acogedora ,climatizado. Todo opiniones positivas volvería sin pensarlo .

I enjoyed every minute of my stay! This was my second time in Madrid, and this apartment was absolutely perfect—beautiful, sunny, and spacious for my remote working situation. The location is amazing! Right in the heart of Malasana with lots of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and few minutes walk from Grand Via. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The host was super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I even got to meet Laura in person and we had a great conversation about AI - such a fun and unexpected bonus! I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!!!

El alojamiento Chamberí de Álvaro es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Nos recibió personalmente y nos explicó todo con claridad. La calefacción funcionó muy bien, aunque apenas la encendimos porque el ambiente se mantenía cálido. El baño es un espectáculo, amplio y cómodo para bañarse. La cama y las almohadas eran muy confortables, asegurando un descanso perfecto. Nos manejamos caminando a todos lados, pero vimos varias líneas de colectivos en la zona. El barrio es precioso, muy tranquilo y silencioso, pero a la vez cerca de zonas con más movimiento y atractivos. Además, Álvaro nos ofreció muy amablemente extender nuestro horario de check-out, lo que nos ayudó muchísimo. Nos basamos en los comentarios para elegir este lugar y, sin dudas, volveríamos a hacerlo. ¡Gracias, Álvaro!

Apartamento muy acogedor, tiene una cocina equipada, había cubitos de hielo en el congelador , cosa que nos fue genial , ya que , así podíamos disfrutar de la bebida que llevábamos. Las habitaciones están muy bien y todo muy limpio. El baño es pequeñito pero muy funcional, tiene hasta secador. Las toallas estaban impecables y tiene una terracita ideal para salir a tomar el café por la mañana… ha nosotros nos ha parecido genia!!! Alejandro es un buen anfitrión, en todo momento ha respondido a mis dudas y necesidades casi al instante!!!! Lo recomiendo 100%. Sin duda repetiremos la próxima vez.

Muy conveniente para una familia con 3 niños que se va a estar moviendo en coche por Madrid y alrededores de la zona norte. Perfectamente equipado. Comunicación muy buena.

Nuestra estancia en el piso de Mercedes en Madrid fue una grata experiencia. Durante 13 noches, disfrutamos de un espacio acogedor y bien equipado que se convirtió en nuestro hogar lejos de casa. La ubicación del departamento fue clave para explorar Madrid. Está situado en un barrio seguro y tranquilo, con fácil acceso al centro de Madrid. Desde ahí, pudimos visitar múltiples lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad, como el Museo del Prado, la Puerta del Sol y el Retiro. También nos permitió hacer excursiones a poblaciones cercanas, como Aranjuez, Avila y Salamanca. El departamento está bien equipado y cumplió con nuestras necesidades. La calefacción fue un detalle importante, especialmente en marzo. La relación costo-beneficio fue correcta, considerando la tarifa pagada por 13 días. Pero lo que realmente hizo que nuestra estancia fuera especial fue la atención de Mercedes, anfitriona excelente. Su dedicación y amabilidad nos hicieron sentir como en casa. ¡Altamente recomendable!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Todo super bien.....el piso esta muy bien ubicado y super comodo, las fotos son iguales y tiene de todo para estar muy bien durante las vacaciones.....nada que decir la verdad....muy buen decision

We had an amazing time staying at Valeria’s place in Majadahonda. The location for us was ideal to be near several family members, and also in walking distance of the C10 train into Madrid. My family was extremely grateful for the extra towels, spacious bedrooms, tankless water heater, fast WiFi, and ample kitchen amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and my children felt right at home. Thank you Valeria!!!

The apartment was very cozy and clean, fully furnished with everything what you need. Jea was wonderful host, he met me personally about 1:30 a.m. even I asked not to worry about me. The location is good if you stay here for working in the nearest offices, but subway station and city train station are not so far and it’s rather easy to get city centre. I would prefer if the supermarkets would be closer, but it’s also adoptable. I can recommend it

We couldn’t be happier with our stay Blanca’s flat. The neighborhood is amazing so many great restaurants and there’s a market right store. The flat was clean and comfortable and had everything we need. The flat was very quiet and had a beautiful view to the courtyard and pool. The patio was huge! Overall, it was very beautiful and we’re very happy staying there.
