Great location. The place was decent clean and worth the price. Well communication from the host 👍.

We stayed in this unit for a week, including 2 kids. A compact but cosy home with good view of the city. Very convenient as it is right above the shopping mall complex with direct access to the mall at the ground floor. We were unfamiliar with the place however Sandra was really friendly, accommodating and helpful in giving guidance and instructions to us.

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. Nice place to stay! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience during my time in Surabaya. The staff was alright, though there was a bit of a delay when I checked in—I had to wait around 30 minutes. Other than that, the house was clean, and everything listed in the information section matched what I found. I’d definitely consider coming back if I visit Surabaya again.

Apartemen nya bagus, bersih, peralatan lengkap, kasur nyaman, ac dingin, dapur bersih.

Enjoyed my stay at Robin’s home. The unit is spacious and fits 8 people. A real bang for the buck. We even Cooked ourselves up a scrumptious Ramadan meal with the family!

Overall sgt puas, lokasi juga sgt strategis di pusat kota. Fasilitas lengkap ada mesin cuci juga, cmn sabun shampoo tidak ada raknya.
