Ifan was a lovely host, He was incredibly responsive to all our messages beforehand and ensured a smooth check-in process, The house was tidy, providing a comfortable environment for our entire stay and everything we needed was readily available. Overall, this Airbnb offered a seamless and stress-free experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a well-maintained and comfortable place to stay ⭐️

Rosa was great was accommodating to our requests. The place is quite central to Surabaya and close to lots of places. House is also very big for the price that you pay!

I felt comfortable staying in this house, the neighbor are nice. Just opposite to the house, there's a shop to buy daily needs. It's a gate community housing with a one gate entry protected by security guard. I will book this house again without a doubt if I come again to Surabaya.

We really liked the place. It was perfect for our little family. The rooms are big and the living room is nice and cosy. The kitchen was not complete for our needs though, cause we like to cook. Otherwise it was great. Ibu Shelva and her staff were good people and helped us a lot. Also when there was a little problem when we checked in. We would like to come back one day :)

The studio is accessable to the mall, swimimming pools and gym. Plenty of restaurants in the mall if you are lazy to go out. The studio is clean, all equipments and furnitures are working well. Wifi working well. The instruction is clear enough to self check in and out. Enough elevators for guests, eventhough it might need to wait a bit during peak morning and afternoon hours. But overall it is a nice experience.

Dr. Nova is by far the best host experience I have ever had. She offered to provide me with transport from the airport to the apartment for free. My flight got delayed and then I got stuck arrival in immigration authorities for several hours. Throughout all of this she was very patient and very kind towards me. I want to say thank you to Dr. Nova for going above and beyond the responsibilities of a Airbnb host for making sure I had a pleasant and memorable stay. Terimah kasih! Salam dari Sri Lanka!

Terletak di Lantai 28 Untuk kamar bersih Tersedia Kulkas, Kompor listrik, peralatan dapur, piring sendok gelas, Rice cooker, AC dingin, Handuk 2, Air galon, Sabun, Shamppo, Microwave, Air panas, Pemilik cukup fast respon. Wifi dan Netfik juga tersedia 👍👍

I stayed couple weeks in Felix place, due to public activity restrictions. Is a nice place to stay in long term. Recommended.

Esayuri was such a great host. Communicating with her was easy, from booking until check out. And she was a big help too.. The location was great, close to airport, food and nice shopping mall in east Surabaya. Bed was comfortable, we had such a great stay there. The fun part was the swimming pool that we got to use in the 4-stars hotel next door (in the same complex as the apartment - within walking distance). Gym was great too.. Would definitely go back there again in the future. Well done Esayuri! Definitely a great bargain for us :)
