Great apartment, nice views, clean, comfortable, modern and on a great location.

The place was prettier in person than even the photos depicted , such a comfy couch that was a great place to just hang out for an evening in :)

Love love love this apartment. Everything was cleaner than clean just what we wanted when travelling with our 4 mth old baby grand daughter. Communication was fantastic. Location was superb, walk across road to beach, around the corner to restaurants/cafes and parking readily available direct outside apartment on the street for our large 4WD which would not fit underneath. Lovely area, quiet, peaceful and relaxing couple days.

We were so pleased to have stayed in this very spacious apartment. The photos dont do it justice. A magic view of the bay from the balcony. A fabulous location making it an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, the foreshore and supermarkets.

There are stairs to get to the apartment so if you’re travelling with small children just be aware But besides from that the apartment is very child friendly Heaps of books and toys Even the thought of child friendly cutlery It’s just across the road from the beach which the kids loved And a fish and chips shop just below the apartment It was cute and perfect

Frank’s place was a great getaway for the weekend. Private, comfortable and well furnished, it was a great place to spend a relaxing trip down to Inverloch.

A group of three friends stayed in March 2025 and found it a perfect base to return after a relaxing day at Alba Thermal Springs rather than return to Melbourne. We each had a bedroom and there were two bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we made the most of the oven to cook and easy meal. Coles is close by for groceries and the bay is an quick an easy walk. We queried early access to place some items in the fridge and Janette was very accomodating, offering originally to meet us at the front to collect the bags as other guests were checking out, and then advising that the guests had checked out early and we could check-in due to the full clean already being completed when we arrived. We even had access to a garage to store the car overnight.

Beautiful accomodation with amazing views … close to all amenities ….well maintained… we enjoyed …. Just found bed -suze but smaller for comfortable sleep for a couple , Phil - the host acknowledged this feedback n advised to upgrade bedsize. Rest all good. Phill was very responsive for all queries n clear detailed instructions in itinerary. Will come back surely .

We wanted a weekend away and this was perfect! It's in a great location to the beaches and shops and such a cosy beach house Couldn't recommend Josh's place more highly

A wonderful home located close to beach and shops with every amenity we needed; well stocked kitchen; games for young and old; lovely towels and large backyard . The 83 year old down to the 5 year old were very happy.

The position was absolutely perfect for staying. Close to the town but in a quiet block. There will be nothing preventing you from getting a deep sleep and fully recharged in the next morning!

Lovely house in a great quiet spot! The house was super clean and the backyard area was great.

Alfred made our experience seamless. We really loved staying at this home and would highly recommend this home. We were sad to leave.
