Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

Great stay in a lovely place! It would be even better with a few large pots in the kitchen for cooking meals for a big group.

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Weather was not great, but perfect for enjoying the coziness of the house. Tanja was extremely responsive to messages and great to deal with.

had a great time staying at this accommodation. the pool and jacuzzi were amazing and the kitchen was fully furnished and comfortable to use. lots of fun games were also at the accommodation and beds were nice. only problem was that the previous people at the accommodation had filled the bins which meant there was no space for our garbage which meant that bin was overflowing. this caused one of the neighbours to go ballistic on us even though we were following instructions as provided by the bnb owner. we were able to explain it to them but this was confronting.

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Bawley Point! It was perfect for our family of four—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless on arrival, and we really appreciated Toby's flexibility with an early check-in. The pool was a great addition and kept at a lovely temperature, making it perfect for a relaxing swim. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free beach getaway!

A really beautiful spot - if you’re after a very private spot but with all the amenities you need and only a sort drive to shops etc this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely sanctuary on the river.

Absolutely wonderful place, friendly hosts, fantastic location! Quiet, peaceful, easy walk to the beach through the forest. Just beautiful. The house is great, very comfy, has everything you need including an outdoor hot shower for after a surf. The vibe is so good! Very happy with our stay here and would love to stay again sometime. Highly recommend!

Casa Lina was the perfect accommodation for our family of ten. Even during bad weather, we enjoyed various activities the property had to offer, including the private pool, pool table, and garage games. Matt was an outstanding host—accommodating, friendly, and responsive. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We discovered peaceful spots on the upper verandah to relax, even with a full house. The house is exactly as advertised. Nestled in beautiful bushland, it felt private despite the nearby neighbours and was conveniently located just ten minutes from Batemans Bay Centre. We loved our stay and can't recommend this property enough—we can't wait to return!

I spent a week here with my daughter, son in law and their two children. The house worked well for us with easy access to the beach, walks, coffees, exploring and shops for those forgotten items. It is a very nice part of the South Coast. The house has excellent views of the beach and has the added bonus of no roads to cross. The house is open, very functional and has plenty of space in the kitchen for grocery items. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and found the host, Stevie, was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bawley Point. The house is generous in size. I’m very well equipped. The only point worth mentioning is that there are only ceiling fans. If you were going there in the hot season, there is no air-conditioning…

This place is absolutely lovely if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing, getaway holiday. Very homey place to stay and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again in the future. The host Melissa was extremely lovely, easy to contact and had many things planned in for our arrival.

Honestly, one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. Exceptional on every measure: stunning location, beautifully appointed, comfortable and welcoming home with everything you would ever need, a responsive friendly host, and beautiful weather! A real 5 star experience.

A wonderful, spacious, well stocked home that was perfect for our group of two families (4A, 5C). Super close to the beautiful creek and beach, which is perfect for families. Self contained upstairs and downstairs gave some privacy for each family while still feeling like we were all together. Peaceful garden setting backing onto the creek (bonus; kayaks provided and it's very easy to kayak from the house to the creek by the beach). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Quality inclusions throughout, which were just right - good quality but not so fancy that you have to worry the kids will break something priceless! No air conditioning and linen, but this helps keep it affordable. Driveway is steep and requires some skill to navigate as there are three driveways together and neighbours have asked that guests don't use their driveways to turn around. This was ok for us but if you were towing a trailer or not confident reversing it would be difficult. Would love to stay again!

A great place to stay close to Malua Bay beach. Malua Club a three-minute drive away and lots of other beaches to try. Walking tracks give you a work-out as it is a hilly area.

I stayed at Sharon's property with four friends for a weekend and we had a wonderful time. Sharon communicated with us ahead of time and was able to answer any questions we had in the lead-up. The house is a two-minute drive to shops and restaurants, but set back from the road and feels quite private once you're inside. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a few appliances, and basics like tea and coffee are provided. There's also wifi and a Chromecast attached to one of the TV, as well as a selection of games and toys. There are multiple spaces for people to relax, and everything was clean and tidy. We couldn't have asked for a better host.

Had a great time in the house, great location from the beach and shops. Would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful House, very quiet and super clean. We felt safe and slept like logs. There is a Lovely terrasse and the street is super nice, leading you to IGA or the beach

We had a wonderful long weekend at Binda! From the moment we arrived, it was clear Kim had thoughtfully set up her home with comfort in mind. After mornings spent exploring rock pools and swimming at peaceful Garden Bay (just a short five-minute walk away), the practical outdoor shower and hose reel made cleaning up quick and easy. The well-stocked kitchen was genuinely useful, making meal preparation stress-free—a welcome upgrade from the usual rental setup. Despite the unexpectedly warm weather, we stayed comfortable thanks to the brand-new AC + nice ceiling fans in each bedroom. Reliable Wi-Fi was also a bonus, especially given the patchy mobile reception common along the coast. The location was perfect, close to Malua Bay shops, Bateman' Bay restaurants, and excellent pizza at Batehaven. We even had a friendly kookaburra regularly visiting from across the road! Kim is an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommended; we’ll be back for sure!

The property was perfect for us, plenty of room with a large kitchen fully equipped. Outlook is simply gorgeous, with peaceful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider rebooking in the future. Thanks you Sonya & Michael.

This little house is in a great location in Mossy Point right on the river. It's quiet and relaxing with plenty of activities nearby. We loved being able to kayak on the river right out our back door and the deck was great for dining, reading, and relaxing. We just used the main house (not the extra space in the yard), it was really comfortable and airy, and has all the basic amenities you'll need to enjoy the place. Great access to the beaches in Broulee, the IGA is close by, and there's coffee/cafes only a short walk away. David was really responsive and provided clear instructions for getting into the house, getting settled, and departing. Would definitely stay here again!
