This is one of those places you want to write an incredible review for - the review it deserves but you don’t want the secret to get out so it doesn’t book out for next time. I cannot fault this place! Waking up for an early morning paddle through the canals to the creek or the surf club for coffee followed by an afternoon by the pool - a perfect day! & if you fish even better - you can enjoy that straight off the pontoon. Absolute bonus - dog friendly with a fully fenced huge yard. Already looking at the next available dates. Thanks Matt for sharing your incredible home & for exceptional communication through the process. This one’s a 10/10 🫶🏼

Perfect location, relaxed cottage with all the facilities you could ask for. Perfect for dogs, kids and adults alike. Two minute walk from the beach, 5 minute drive from all the offerings of Broadbeach and in a quiet residential area away from the gold coast crazies.

Das “Charming Cottage” von Kate ist wirklich ein sehr liebevoll renoviertes ehemaliges Eisenbahner Haus. Die Inneneinrichtung ist top und mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern ist es geräumig. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist mit Ceran-Kochfeld,Herd, Mikrowelle und Nespresso Maschine komplett eingerichtet. Dazu gibt es noch im Aussenbereich einen großen Gasgrill. Obwohl das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen ist, geht man nur wenige Minuten zum Broadwater Park und zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum. Unglücklicherweise war unser Aufenthalt während des tropischen Zyklon Alfred, der fast eine ganze Woche gewütet hat und wir konnten mehrere Tage das Haus nicht verlassen; hatten aber trotzdem einen angenehme Zeit verbracht. Kate hat sich aufmerksam um uns gekümmert und eine Notfallausrüstung für den Fall eines Stromausfalls vorbeigebracht, die wir zum Glück nicht benötigt hatten.

Big space , cleaned and maintained well . Near to the service stations and other shops ( which was so convenient) . Quick response by owner when needed . 5 mint drive away theme park . Overall great 😊place when you go with family and friends . We all loved it . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Amy for beautiful service .

The PERFECT place to stay with a group or family. Incredible facilities, incredible wide spaces, beautifully comfy beds, a heated pool, games for the kids, secure undercover parking, quiet neighbourhood, close to all the GC has to offer.. we didn’t want our stay to end. Summer was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond. We hope we can stay again. Thank you Summer!

My stay at this place was wonderful. Felt like a home away from home. The location is great with a lovely cafe within walking distance. Charlotte was so helpful and responsive to all my questions. Highly recomend!

Very comfortable, decent size plus a well equipped kitchenette. Lovely quiet location close to the river and a really good cafe for breakfast just 200 meters walk down the road, hard to fault!

Very happy with our stay. it's nice to stay somewhere where the accommodation matches the photos. Place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful family holiday and it was just what we wanted for us and the grandchildren. They enjoyed the pool central to shops, beach and highway for the theme parks. Will stay again 👍

This AirBnB looked better than the photos! Stopping through on the way up north and wish I could have stayed longer. Lovely facilities, stunning sunset and great communication from this host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and surrounds. Billy was easy to talk to and fast to reply. There were quite a few maintenance issues but hopefully that will be rectified after feedback. Great place for a stay requiring lots of room and beds.

Idyllic location. Picure perfect and spacious living accommodation. Importantly, comfortable beds as well as comfortable outdoor and indoor lounge areas. Lovely swimming pool and private jetty.

The unit was in a perfect location for our visit to the Gold Coast. We felt at home and liked the thoughtful touches around the place. We appreciated your quick responses when we needed to contact you. Highly recommend this place.

Cathy and Justin were the best hosts we could have asked for whilst staying in their air BnB. Made us feel like we were right at home and super friendly and helpful with any question we had an even recommended great local activities/spots. Could not recommend Cathy and Justin highly enough they have been absolutely amazing and couldn’t fault anything! If we have friends and family who ever need an air BnB in Gold Coast we will definitely be booking them in here again 🥰

Fantastic position walkable to beaches and restaurants and shops. Close to dog friendly beaches (10 mins drive). Great spot for geriatric Collie to stay. Two separate bedrooms with queen size beds was a bonus. Loved the retro vibe - would recommend to anyone looking to stay with a larger dog. Thanks so much for the pancake mix and wine!! Don’t be put off by the appearance of the building, this place is beautifully decorated and appointed on the inside (where it counts). It’s just a few steps to Bilinga beach you can see from the living room window. The apartment had everything we needed for our 3 day stay and our host was very helpful. We were surprised that there was no aircraft noise with the airport nearby and we enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing few days by the beach.

This is one of the best airbnb’s that I have stayed at for a quiet relaxing break. Absolutely spectacular unobstructed views north to south along the coast and from the bed ! A wonderful private little cabin high up on the mountains with everything you need.
