Very comfortable and clean apartment to stay in with great view west to the hinterland. Very quiet as well as the apartment is not on the highway side of building which is very noisy at the moment with the ongoing road works for the light rail project. Sinead is very quick to respond if there were any issues that needed to be sorted.

New townhouse located in a very exclusive part of the Southern Gold Coast. Feel like a local during your stay and enjoy easy access to Talle Creek (patrolled beach, great for young families). A picturesque walk through National Park to Burleigh Heads. Or Talle Surf Club is an easy walk in other direction. Palm Beach would be an easy uber or enjoyable walk. So plenty of dining and nightlife not far. The townhouse is set over 4 floors which is great for privacy among guests and giving views but something to be aware of if you have mobility concerns. Bonus: Car parking for 2. Pet Friendly.

Basic but comfortable Bed was awesome location magnificent so close to beach surf club and supermarkets. Right on the door step of beach walking tracks

A really lovely stay here! Lana and Tracey are great hosts and are very accommodating. The place was so lovely and homely, I felt comfortable straight away. It has everything you need. A nice quiet location but walking distance from everything. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

We had an absolutely wonderful family holiday at Anchorage Waters. The house was just as stunning as it looked in the photos, beautifully laid out and incredibly clean. There was no shortage of activities for our kids and grandkids to enjoy, from the sparkling pool to the relaxing spa. Jenn was a fantastic host, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The pool, BBQ, and spa were all well-maintained and clean, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Without a doubt, this BNB holiday home deserves a five-star rating. We'll definitely be recommending it to our family and friends. Thank you, Jenn and the team, for providing such a memorable experience.

The location was perfect, starting from the open floor plan, to the OUTSTANDING view from the balcony ! Alot literally was within walking distance from the property such as many attractions, entertainment and plenty of great dining options. Overall, experience was nothing short of amazing. Would highly recommend Mona’s property !

My husband, two children and I had an incredible 2 nights away. I cannot Fault anything as our stay was seamless. The hosts were very responsive, kind and made us feel extremely comfortable. The unit is perfect. Located right infront of the beach. There is a large playground for the kids in short walking distance. Great cafe for those morning coffees only 300m away and the palm beach surf club for dinner was a nice 10 minute easy walk. We will 100% be staying here again and for longer next time. As everyone has said you can't beat the view. Stunning view up the coast, out to sea and the city lights at night. I can confirm it holds up in a cyclone! So handy having beach towels and soap, shampoo, condition. Excellent fast communication from Simone. Cavill Ave is walking distance along the beach. Car parking was easily accessible. Pool and sauna were beautiful looking over the sea. The outdoor pool looked nice however we didn't use it due to weather. There is an Italian restaurant on level 1 and a cafe on ground floor.

Beautiful home set across from Budds Beach. Lots of space in the living room and dining areas. The house itself is large with well appointed rooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and crockery. The pool was great and was used a lot by my kids. No issues with parking and being next to Brumbles cafe was an added bonus. Would absolutely stay again.

Great stay and location to the beach. Beautiful amenities including the spa and pool area. Parking spot was too small for our people mover but street parking was easy to find and convenient. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Thanks for a great Palm Beach stay! 🌴🌻

We had a great time staying at this house! The location is unreal, right on the beach, so we could just step out and enjoy the beach in the backyard. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Kelly, the host, was great and really responsive.
