Great house for a big family get together. Fitted everyone perfectly and the pool was great for the kids.

Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

We just loved this place - amazing location right on the beach (not across the road, not across the park but right on the beach). This is a Multi Million Dollar Value location with a very beach friendly house set up. Presentation, cleanliness and communication are first class and we will be back. Would have loved a bbq but hey having had air bnb's I know how people dont clean them but for me personally it is game changer in this location to have a bbq to enjoy the evenings cooking and eating right on the beach. Location wise you are walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Wanting to go to the best authentic Italian ever - then Balboa is a 10 minute walk & is next level food and service. All in all a dream holiday house and we will be back !

Great house and perfect location to walk to the Marketta and also local shops. The house had everything we needed and lots of outdoor space for the kids to explore.

Great place to stay, quiet location, walking distance to the beach. Cleve sent clear instructions prior to arrival which made check in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

As cyclone Alfred was approaching, Deidre had food , torches , safety lights ready for use if needed . Deidre & Des were amazing hosts who made us welcome , yet allowed us privacy . They went above & beyond in every aspect . Can’t wait to return .

After having to change our plans due to cyclone Alfred, we decided on Kristy’s place based on reviews, photos and general knowledge of the location. Initially there was a little confusion of where the lockbox was, but once sorted we found the unit very inviting. A short stroll to the beautiful beach, heaps of choices for meals within easy walking distance. 25 min drive to Currumbin Rock Pool and Long Tan Park. The grounds man of the unit complex worked diligently to keep the grounds looking smart. Kristy was always responsive to any questions/feedback about a couple of easy to fix maintenance points we had/provided. The fan in main bedroom you need to turn main switch before using the remote control. 😊Tea-towels were supplied, but no dishcloths, which wasn’t really an issue as I had packed paper towels. Overall it was a very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this unit. If there were other units in the complex to rent it would be a great location for a family reunion.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here with my young family. We love the apartment and the amazing ocean views. It has everything you need with secure parking, great amenities, and a great pool and gym area. The surrounding area has so much to offer for fun actives, and we look forwarding to returning again in future.

A really lovely stay here! Lana and Tracey are great hosts and are very accommodating. The place was so lovely and homely, I felt comfortable straight away. It has everything you need. A nice quiet location but walking distance from everything. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Great location and great apartment! Super close to many bars and restaurants and right near the beach. The place was clean and had a great view, especially during sunrise. Thanks for the stay!

De tuin waaraan het appartement ligt, is prachtig. Een oase in de stad. Veel vogels ! Een prima rustig gelegen appartement en uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

Lovely little apartment close to the main surfers paradise street in an area with lots to do and sights to see would have loved to stay longer if our holiday didn’t have to end so soon thanks for a lovely place to stay while we were up on the Gold Coast

it was great staying,nice view from all three rooms , my family enjoyed very much. Everything was so convenient. Just love it. The hoist was very helpful make sure our arrival and check in. Thanks for everything hope we will visit soon.

I stayed for about 5 days, attending Supanova Gold Coast. Easy to get the convention centre which is about 4 minutes walk, heaps of restaurants/cafes nearby. Shopping centre close by aswell, public transport like trams and buses nearby aswell. Beaches within walking distance. The room itself was clean and everything I needed. Really quiet too, even when the streets are busy on the weekends. Easy check in and out, friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Très bon logement avec tout le confort. Très bien situé et équipé. Proche de Cavill avenue mais aussi du tram et du bus. Très grande piscine et jacuzzi ouvert jusqu'à 21h le soir très agréable on a beaucoup apprécié.

Elvira's apartment was not only beautifully decorated it was also extremely clean and had everything you needed, it really felt like a home away from home. The location of Elvira's apartment is really convenient it's not in a super busy area but its still close enough to things which I really liked. If you have a high car that won't fit in the underground parking like we do there is plenty of street parking close by. Elvira is a wonderful lady and super friendly and responds very quickly if you need anything, I would definitely stay here again!
