Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

We stayed here for a hen’s weekend and everyone talked about how beautiful the place was! It exceeded our expectations and Ian was such a fantastic host. He was super flexible with our check in and checked in on us throughout our stay.

Perfect location, relaxed cottage with all the facilities you could ask for. Perfect for dogs, kids and adults alike. Two minute walk from the beach, 5 minute drive from all the offerings of Broadbeach and in a quiet residential area away from the gold coast crazies.

Das “Charming Cottage” von Kate ist wirklich ein sehr liebevoll renoviertes ehemaliges Eisenbahner Haus. Die Inneneinrichtung ist top und mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern ist es geräumig. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist mit Ceran-Kochfeld,Herd, Mikrowelle und Nespresso Maschine komplett eingerichtet. Dazu gibt es noch im Aussenbereich einen großen Gasgrill. Obwohl das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen ist, geht man nur wenige Minuten zum Broadwater Park und zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum. Unglücklicherweise war unser Aufenthalt während des tropischen Zyklon Alfred, der fast eine ganze Woche gewütet hat und wir konnten mehrere Tage das Haus nicht verlassen; hatten aber trotzdem einen angenehme Zeit verbracht. Kate hat sich aufmerksam um uns gekümmert und eine Notfallausrüstung für den Fall eines Stromausfalls vorbeigebracht, die wir zum Glück nicht benötigt hatten.

Kat's place was the perfect holiday home for our stay on the Gold Coast. Set in a tranquil mountain retreat, it offered the ideal blend of serenity and convenience, with the lively beaches just a 20-25 minute drive away. We truly experienced the best of both worlds—the peacefulness of the mountains and the charm of the coast. The house itself was spotless, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This home absolutely deserves a 5-star rating, and I highly recommend it to fellow travellers.

A great place for our family of five and dogs. Great fully fenced back garden. Great location for morning beach walks and grabbing coffee and a breakfast. Super responsive host. Great comms.

This gem of a Queenslander affords the quintessential Australian experience. From the beautiful polished hardwood floors, the high ceilings, the large dining room table separated from the ample living space to the back patio with a table to seat 8, this house has it all. There are plenty of towels, pillows and blankets and ample closet space to unpack and store your luggage out of sight. The kitchen is well appointed- including enough wine glasses for any sized celebration!! - and Fiona has thought of all the daily items that you need. We really appreciated the large bottle of water already chilling in the fridge after our long day of travel as well as the Tim Tams that provided a quick pick me up. For American travelers, you will need to Google French press as there is no drip coffee maker but that just adds to the charm of the house. Easy access to the M1, in a quiet street with a coffee place and a service station within walking distance, Main Beach and Surfers' Paradise <15min.

The PERFECT place to stay with a group or family. Incredible facilities, incredible wide spaces, beautifully comfy beds, a heated pool, games for the kids, secure undercover parking, quiet neighbourhood, close to all the GC has to offer.. we didn’t want our stay to end. Summer was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond. We hope we can stay again. Thank you Summer!

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

The house was very clean when we got there and smelled great. We didn't get to experience the little zen garden and pool to their fullest as it was raining, but they both looked amazing. The beds are comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets are provided. The TV had a great range of options/apps/channels. The gardens were all kept nicely and the lights outside the house and in the garden illuminate everything nicely. The neighbourhood feels safe and is a 15 minute walk from a shopping area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Best air b n b I’ve ever stayed in! Check in was so easy and communication with the hosts was so quick. Perfect location next to the tram and the beach as well 🙌 The place was stunning, immaculately clean and decorated so nicely

Very spacious and well equipped. Only problem was that we had to barricade the back yard to prevent our little dog from going there. It wasn’t dog proof from the canal or child proof. Other wise we had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at James' house. The communication was excellent from start to finish, making the entire booking and check in process seamless. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location was also ideal close to everything we wanted to visit. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed at Pete’s place with our wider family for a couple of nights. It is a fantastic house for a large group of people & Pete is very quick to respond to all messages. The house is huge with everything you could need. It’s on 5600 sq mtrs so it’s like you are hidden away from the world when in fact everything the gold coast has to offer is 15 mins drive away. And the swimming pool is massive too. Can highly recommend.

Cathy and Justin were the best hosts we could have asked for whilst staying in their air BnB. Made us feel like we were right at home and super friendly and helpful with any question we had an even recommended great local activities/spots. Could not recommend Cathy and Justin highly enough they have been absolutely amazing and couldn’t fault anything! If we have friends and family who ever need an air BnB in Gold Coast we will definitely be booking them in here again 🥰

Amazing stay, very clean and responsive host

Great location, very close to the beach. Neat, tidy, and well presented. Off the main roads, so was quiet and peaceful.

Amy was a great host and handled my last minute booking well. This is a large property which would be a great base for large groups exploring the area.

Rafael's place is similar to a studio apartment/granny flat. The kitchennete was good. Bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space to avoid clutter. The granny flat had a separate entrance gate even when it is behind the main house. Fully fenced yard and deck at the back. Very good place to stay and not too far to drive to Surfers Paradise. Backyard was great to have for the dogs. We had to go home a day earlier due to the wild weather. He is a very responsive host.

Don’t be put off by the appearance of the building, this place is beautifully decorated and appointed on the inside (where it counts). It’s just a few steps to Bilinga beach you can see from the living room window. The apartment had everything we needed for our 3 day stay and our host was very helpful. We were surprised that there was no aircraft noise with the airport nearby and we enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing few days by the beach.

We had such a relaxing & peaceful weekend surrounded by water everything is so calm. Elisha’s home is exactly as pictured if not better in person and she has all the small things in and around the house that you need for a holiday. Our small children loved the visits from the local swans and us the kayak. We would highly recommend Whitehaven to everyone. Thanks Elisha!
