Great place. There was 6 of us and plenty of room. House was in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Very clean. Close walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Host was super friendly and very quick to respond.

Had a great relaxing weekend away! Beautiful home, close to many things around town and the beach! No complaints.

Michael was so helpful and informative. The home is exactly as show and even better in person. The best home my family as stayed at thus far. 5 star rating cause I can't give them more. My family will be back often.

We enjoyed our stay at erins home. It was a peaceful place with privacy! My kids loved the pool and hot tub and puppy loved the fence! She is very responsive and helpful with any questions i had!

This house was so beautiful perfect location for me and my family. We really enjoyed ourselves.. We also had the best host. David is very nice and well responsive when we needed him.. absolutely cannot wait for our next visit.

Very well furnished home, especially the kitchen! We hosted additional family for Thanksgiving dinner, plenty of seating for all adults and kids at inside and outside tables, all the pots, pans, utensils and serving dishes you might need. Comfortable bed! Kids and adults loved it. The fireplace was really nice the couple of nights it got extra chilly.

I brought my boyfriend and our friends to Tracie's for the week and we all had an absolute ball. The property is exactly as described in the listing and is incredibly clean. My favorite thing about the house is all the natural light in every room from the high windows and skylights. We all also really enjoyed the kitchen as we didn't eat out at all during our stay. We came to relax and were easily able to do so at Tracie's since we had everything we could ever need, including Tupperware we even brought to the beach to eat there. Lastly, I'll note that we all enjoyed the decor in the house as well as the neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised at the privacy we had despite being in a small suburb as well as having friendly neighbors who spoke when they saw us grilling on the front porch. Everything about Tracie's listing is phenomenal and we absolutely plan to be back in the future!

We had the chance to stay at David’s place for ten days. It is conveniently located near restaurants, the Tanger Outlet, and Walmart. Additionally, the Arcadian Golf Course is just five minutes away, along with several other golf courses in the area. The neighborhood is lovely, extremely safe, and dog-friendly. David’s home is nicely decorated and comfortable, and it welcomes pets. David is very accessible and promptly answers all inquiries. Bonnie Eady 🇨🇦

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and free of clutter - which was especially appreciated since we traveled with a toddler. The area was quiet and all the residents were very nice and social. The space worked perfect for our group. The location was great, whether you wanted to go to North Myrtle or the Grand Strand. There were so many great restaurants near by. The only two pieces of info that I think are worth noting that we didn't know prior to arriving - 1. It's on the second floor (this may be posted someone and I just overlooked it). 2. The AC was set that it would not go lower than 70. The place got pretty stuffy at times because it was cool outside, so the unit did not cut on frequently. We had an issue with the WiFi our first morning there and Jessica was quick to get on a video call with me and troubleshoot with me. The little arcade game was a huge hit with everyone!

This lovely apartment with a view of the marsh and the ocean in the distance was perfect for an early spring visit to the area. Huntington Beach and Brookgreen Gardens. Both were just minutes away from this location. Enjoyed breakfast on the deck overlooking the marsh. Beautifully decorated and clean. Host was excellent with communication.

This lovely, nicely updated condo is a super convenient walk to the beach (easily less than 10 minutes!). The amenities were terrific, the bed was truly comfortable, & it’s settled in a quiet, peaceful area away from busy Myrtle roads. Andrew was very friendly, professional, & quick to communicate, which we really appreciated. When there was an issue, he was *immediate* in solving it thoroughly. The main thing we weren’t over the moon for was the heavy pressure put on us by the host, more than once (both verbal & written), to leave an immaculate, 5 star score when reviewing, despite a mistake that was made…something we’ve never encountered with another host in our long history with Airbnb. This tactic may be fine for some, but it left us feeling a bit odd as we value honest reviews. We definitely do appreciate how much Andrew cares about his properties & service, however, & we still think it’s a great condo in a great location at a reasonable price overall.

Had a good vacation. It was colder than expected but the balconies were very nice to enjoy the sun. Plus Jen told us about dolphins in the area so it was fun to see the dolphins in the water from the balconies.

Tremendous value for the location. Very clean, rooms were great, plenty of parking, all of the amenities functioned, and the complex overall was nice. Quick access to the quiet are of the beach was lovely.

Our stay was from Feb.1 to Mar 15, Check in was breeze, no issues. Lindsay checked in on us shortly after we got settled into the condo, she wanted to make sure everything was okay. I mentioned to her that I was having difficulty logging in a few of my apps on the TV. She came over and basically walked me through everything I was doing wrong. I did not expect her to come over, this was amazing in my mind. She was an absolute delight to deal with. The view is incredible we managed to get a video of Dolphins jumping out of the ocean from the balcony. Morning coffee watching the sunrise is incredible. Condo is decorated beautifully. Beds were very comfortable. We had no issues with the elevators. The resort was nice, heated pools were nice on cool days. Should we decide to return to the Myrtle Beach, Lindsay's condo would most certainly be our first choice. Lindsay I would like to thank you for being an amazing host, also for the memories which the family will have forever.

To say my family and I really enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Gino was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions leading up to our stay before, during, and after. The kitchen had everything we needed, plates, cooking pots and pans, utensils, etc. My kids still can't stop talking about the bunk beds! The fellow vacationers staying in the building that we met at the pool or on the beach were so friendly. We really felt right at home and didn't want to leave! The location is very convenient. Being off the main road with the beach right outside your window is definitely a plus but having the main road so close was very helpful and convenient with kids, groceries, and just having to get last minute items throughout our stay. We hope to stay at Gino's place next year BUT for a longer stay if it is available!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Gino for having us! :)

Very nice and spacious house. The outside pool and hot tub area is like an oasis of its own. They had pool toys and a great sitting area on the huge outside patio. The washer and dryer are huge. Very pleased with our stay here.

HIGHLY recommend Salubrious View Too!!! We were lucky enough to stay at Drew’s home the week after Labor Day. The home itself is clean and has everything we needed and then some (including an elevator, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, games/puzzles, and a bedroom/bathroom that was accessible with a wheelchair), but the view is SPECTACULAR!! On top of being a wonderful home with stellar view, the home is hosted by a local property manager who was incredibly kind and helpful. She met us at the home to explain a bit about the property and was accessible via message, but wasn’t overbearing. The property owner called midweek to check in and obviously personally cares about his home and his guests. I hope to return in the future and would highly recommend this property to friends/family.

The place was so comfy, pristine and pretty with lots of free amenities. My family enjoyed our stay! Hope our vacation was longer.

An extremely beautiful seaside residence with all the comforts of home and the space and luxury you need for hosting larger family groups. We will definitely stay here anytime we're in the area. Wishing it was longer 😪

Beautiful location and packed with amenities. Walkable to the beach and just a quick car ride to dozens of restaurants and shops. Super clean space. Would definitely return.
