This house is located in the most amazing neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale with an amazing price. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, the beach is right behind the house. We love it. Everything beautiful, amazing views. The house wonderful, Very cozy very comfortable, very clean. The house has something special, you can sense that since you get there. We love it spending time in the pool, you can see any kind of birds flying to the beach, groups of birds flying around you when you are in the pool is going to make you feel fascinated. It is not a place to party but is a place to relax and reconnect with yourself and God. We really find peace in this place and we would like to come back anytime. The host very kind, very friendly, easy to contact and very respectful. She helps us in everything what we need and more.

My friends and I had the best week staying at MJ’s house! Photos and description matched exactly as in person! I would recommend 10/10 would stay again!

A beautiful south beach spot. Walkable and nice location. The place was very comfortable and decorated well. Laguna was wonderful - communication was spot on, very helpful.

This house was beautiful and clean. It was extremely comfortable. The backyard is completely private and the pool was clean and a great size. The landscaping in the backyard really added to the enjoyment as well. The house has everything you would need. It’s in a quiet peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful trail right there, and the beach is walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

Jeff was a fantastic host! The place was exactly as advertised. Really great location within a walking distance of plenty of restaurants along the shore, but in a quiet section that was peaceful from the nightlife. Jeff was extremely accommodating the entire week. He goes out of the way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend this location.

Igor’s home offered everything you would want in a vacation rental - the home is clean, well stocked with everything needed to be comfortable during the stay, perfect location just steps to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. This is a beautiful home that offers indoor/outdoor living at its best. We had an excellent stay.

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

Great place for a spring break getaway! Sofie was super helpful and responsive. Place was super cute and exactly what we needed for our stay. Quick walk to the beach and tons of restaurants!

Dave was a great host and had a quick answer to every question. The sun loungers on the beach were also a great surprise.

Me and the fellas had a great time staying here! Hosts were friendly and explained things well. A lot of check out and cleaning instructions but other than that everything was fine. Next time in Ft. Lauderdale we definitely will book again

Unbeatable location to the beach. Apartment has 2 chairs and 2 towels available as well which was really nice to have. Pool area is very nice and well maintained. The building itself inside is a little run down like other reviews have mentioned, but the room itself is nice.

Fantastic location (walkable to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants) and the house itself was perfect for our trip. The pool was such an added bonus (especially for our toddler), and we loved walking the state park. Loved our stay!

Had a lovely stay at Suzi's! She really is as accommodating as other reviews have noted. The apartment was spotless and equipped with all of the basics. We felt like we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Despite this being in South Beach, the location was private and peaceful, yet close enough to everything where you could choose whether you wanted to be in the mix or not. The building has easy and quick access to the beach, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were such a bonus! There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby where a vehicle is not necessary, but we rented a car and parked it in the garage at 7th & Collins so we could easily explore other parts of Miami at our leisure. We walked the path in the morning and utilized the Citi bikes in the evening when it was lit up, which was really relaxing. Suzi graciously let us have a late checkout because there were no other guests, and it was really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Our girls weekend at Ania’s house was nothing short of perfect. She was responsive and proactive throughout our stay and flexible with check out, despite having guests checking in the very next day. The outdoor area/pool made our morning coffee so relaxing and enjoyable and the house is the perfect size to give everyone their own space! Grocery store and local restaurants are within walking distance or short drive /uber. We cannot wait to come back to Ft Lauderdale next year to stay at Ania’s again!

La VUE ! Incroyable !! Difficile de dire si c'est le lever du soleil ou le coucher qui est le plus beau depuis le jardin :)) Le petit déjeuner à l'abri sur la terrasse, face aux canaux, nous fait clairement sortir du lit le matin... On se sent réellement privilégiés de séjourner dans cette maison. Même si la chambre master est d'un standing supérieur aux autres, toutes les chambres sont néanmoins agréables et confortables, avec de beaux rangements. La cuisine et le salon ne sont pas en reste avec de belles prestations. Grand frigo avec distributeur de glaçons. Four XXL où l'on a fait les meilleures ribs de notre vie ! Publix à moins de 2 km pour les courses. Nous avons quitté cette maison à regrets après un séjour de 5 jours totalement idyllique. Notre hôte Miriam a été formidable : elle s'est non seulement montrée très réactive lorsque nous avions une question, mais elle s'est surtout déplacée chez FEDEX pour aller expédier un objet oublié par l'un d'entre nous...Service 5 étoiles !

The property is very well designed with private spaces for each unit as well as shared space for all units to use. The pool is fantastic with unobstructed views of the waterway that the back of the property borders. Unit 4 was quite spacious, clean, had all the advertised amenities, and a very comfortable bed. The bonus of this unit is that it is the only one that has a waterfront deck with lounge chairs and a cabana. We had a few minor hiccups with the entry code upon arrival and the Internet going down briefly during our stay. The host was very responsive and issues resolved quickly. The only comment I would share to inform future renters is that there was really nowhere to unpack our things as the closet is fairly full so we lived out of suitcases on the floor. Be prepared for that if you have an extended stay. This was very minor for us and I would 100% recommend this place and look forward to another stay in my future!

Fabulous and seamless stay! Everything was as described and beautiful! Views were wonderful, space very adequate for our family. Communication with host was very friendly and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

We had a great time staying in this condo. Very close to the beach which was one of the main attractions for our trip. The bike and walk paths were also very accessible and we enjoyed moving around. The condo has everything you need and functioned well for our group of six adults. Lastly, we felt safe staying there. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Lucia's apartment. The place was spacious, as described, and we loved the access to an outdoor space with table for gathering. The surrounding area is very walkable and has great food options, even within the apartment complex itself. There's easy beach access within a short walk through the lovely grounds. Lucia was very responsive and helpful. We had one small issue come up and she immediately helped us handle it, so that it didn't affect our stay at all. We really hope to come back here again!

I recently stayed at this amazing beachfront penthouse, and it was nothing short of perfect. The location is incredible—right across from the beach with stunning ocean views that never get old. The apartment itself is beautifully kept, with an antique decor that’s been meticulously maintained, giving it a unique and charming feel. The large windows let in tons of light, showcasing the space beautifully, and the sound of the waves in the morning is pure heaven. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and every detail just works. The view alone makes this place unforgettable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless beach getaway!

Great location and easy access to the beach and many other things

Great location - accessible to North Beach, which is just around the block - and secure parking made getting off the beach with our rental car a breeze. The place was spotless, furnishings were comfortable, and all the amenities were there (cooler, beach chairs/umbrella). Perfect for an easy family beach getaway. Host was very responsive and accommodating.
