Gary, thank you so much for this pleasant stay. From the towel warmer, to the great photo spot right outdoors, this place felt right at home. This place is very accommodating to different travelers needs and is a great stay for 3 people. We would love to return soon.

El baño espectacular. La vista al lago. Todavia no se si es real o un sueño. Agradecida y feliz. Recomiendo con todo mi corazon este lugar!! GRACIAS

Excellent Flat in the centre of Wimbledon Village. Two good bedrooms/bathrooms and large living room. Owner replied to a few questions I put forward to him and I would use again on my next trip to this immediate area.

Justyna was really attentive even before I arrived. Instructions were clear and the place is cozy, comfortable and really quiet, which made my stay even better. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Jamie’s place was very nice and spacious. It was private and conveniently located to both transportation and local stores. Jamie was very responsive and helpful during our stay if and when we needed anything! Would definitely recommend this stay!

Great place for what we needed, beds comfy and clean. Kitchen and bathroom were spotless.

Mel’s place was my crash pad whilst I worked in Victoria for three months. It had everything I needed for a home from home whilst there, and was a mere 15 minute train ride from Victoria. The Ship opposite also does a great pint!

The house is clean and tidy. The amenities are all good and we have a great family holiday home. Will come back again.

Excellent stay in Surbiton. Things to explore locally and easy to get to the city via train. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!!

I want to highly recommend Olivias Air bnb. We used it as a stop before our rental house was given to us. We stayed for 7 days with both our teenage kids and our small dog and a lot of luggage. The flat is in impecable state, it is clean and has absolutely everything you might need, from a hair drier to an air fryer. The spaces are perfectly designed so that you are comfortable. My kids loved the comfy sofa and huge flat screen TV, specially on very very cold days where we came back early. Transport is easy, the train takes you straight into central London from st.Margarets and Richmond is just a few minutes away. She answers very kindly to every message you send and has an answer for everything as well. I would love to have her as my landlady.

Perfect perfect perfect everything was as described super clean and well maintained super responsive host with recommendations to eat and how to get around loved every second of our stay only draw back was it was a little far from the center of London but wasn’t anything to complain about would stay again if we return

My in laws stayed for about a week and visited them a few times for the duration. Lovely place, spacious and even though lower ground a great amount of light coming through. Very clean place and bathroom and kitchen were perfect. Patio outside was big, shame it was cold for the stay! Eoghan was very freindly, responsive about the check in and anything when needed. I live in Balham so the area they were staying in was very quiet, great position to the main parts of Balham and walking distance to tubes and mainline rail station. Fantastic place to stay and very comfortable.

I just recently moved to London from the US and needed temporary accommodations while waiting for my permanent address to become available. I stayed at Byrne Garden with my dog. The flat was wonderful - it’s bright and airy yet still cozy! The finishes are all well done (lovely bathroom, cozy bedroom, upgrade fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer combo unit) and the flat was super clean. It was nice to have the garden with the dog. The location can’t be beat. Balham is a very nice area with many young professionals and families. The flat is so convenient - it’s close to the balham station (northern line tube/southern line national rail), 2 full size grocery stores less than 5 minutes walk (Sainsbury’s & Waitrose), and plenty of restaurants close by. WiFi worked great and had no issues on my WFH days. Overall, it was a great stay and had me second guessing if I should have moved into the Balham area!!

I would highly recommend this beautiful flat. The hosts were very communicative and made the sure the flat was in great shape before we arrived. A great area of London to enjoy some restaurants!

Great apartment, lots of space and incredibly peaceful. Also we loved the short walk into Bromley, to coffee shops and restaurants. Bob was a great host and promptly responded to any queries. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautifully designed and well-maintained. The host was very welcoming and organised, ensured we had all the necessary details. The place was easily accessible and in a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house is even cozy enough and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening with friends or family. Overall, it was a perfect place to call home.

The flat was great for the two of us. It was comfortable, stylish and clean. There’s a nice walk through the park to barnes station for easy access into town. A positive experience overall. Laura was very helpful and easy to communicate with
