What a find… A little bit of heaven in central London. This property is Absolutely beautiful, I cannot recommend this place enough. I was also the first person to use the new shower room, which has been fitted out very nicely.. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Matt.

Deborah was super nice and flexible! Really enjoyed staying at The Barn, truly a nice experience. Our daughter loved the ducks! It was all very clean, bed linen and towels all in white which always shows also how clean things are! Beds super comfortable! Kitchen full equipped. You really have everting you need! A recent stay at The Old Dairy couldn’t have been more welcome! Gill is a brilliant, attentive host and incredibly helpful with directions to the property, which is located close to Surrey Hills and plenty of beautiful walking routes. The property itself offers peace and comfort, off the beaten track and perfect for any length of stay. Complete with amenities as described, The Old Dairy is great for a countryside escape. Would very much recommend!

We really enjoyed Rose Cottage and felt Colette went out of her way to make us welcome. The grandchildren were disappointed they only got to stay one night! Interesting and individual property in lovely surroundings. Sorry we didn't have more time to explore the area on the doorstep.

We stayed at the Bothy for a faw nights for a spring break. For us, it was the perfect choice. Set in a quiet rural location, with lovely walks straight from the door. There are a multitude of amazing walks across the downs a short drive from the location and Cathy left a good supply of helpful guides to get you on your way. Notable in this area are the wonderful ancient trees and woodlands- these certainly added to the pleasure of our stay. The Bothy was warm and comfortable, and suitably equipped for home cooking, although there are a range of neaby restaurant- many of which do deliveries. The bed was extremely comfortable- very welcome after our long daily walks- as was the home cinema, for evening chilling. Pimms, our dog, loved the small enclosed paddock out the back- this was definitely an added bonus. We saw Cathy a couple of times in passing and also chatted over messaging for some advice. She is an absolute delight- a super host.

We've had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is very spacious, clean, it has a great kitchen and bathroom, it is nicely decorated, and in a quiet location. We'll definitely come here again.

I really liked the place

This property really has the ‘Wow!’ factor. It was perfect for a family gathering and celebration for our son’s wedding. Beautiful setting, quiet - except for the sound of birds. House was spotless, beds are huge, stunning views. There was a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and our host sent a message of good wishes on the day of the wedding - so kind! Absolutely stunning property - can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a fantastic stay at the Barn. It’s quite gorgeous and has everything you might need. It was just the perfect place to get away for a few days and celebrate a big birthday. Ingela was so helpful and the goodies that were there when we arrived were really appreciated. We had some fantastic walks, all from the Barn, the dog is exhausted! The countryside is just beautiful. The pool table was a huge hit too. I highly recommend at stay, we’ve made some fabulous memories here. Ingela is a great host and has lots of recommendations. We would love to stay again.

A lovely weekend break in the beautiful barn. The house was perfect for 8 friends with plenty space for us all, a garden with incredible views and a welcome hamper of goodies. Would highly recommend.

We have just come back from a lovely weekend stay at the barn - we just wanted a quick get away from London and it was everything that we asked for and more! Matthew and Claire were super helpful and clearly take pride in the barn! Thank you very much for having us!

Thank you for a really fantastic stay! Guy’s Airbnb is truly exceptional - wonderful garden, beautifully furnished and fully equipped space, set right next to the magnificent Black Down. A great base for walks and enjoying a break from the city. Communication was straightforward and some essentials in the fridge and cake left for guests on arrival were a very thoughtful touch. We are already looking forward to coming back!

The Snug was perfect for us - spotlessly clean, very well furnished, in a quiet location, and close to everything we needed. Paul was a great host and always responded to any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

The barn was perfect for my husband and I for the night, following a wedding in the area. We booked last minute and Oliver was quick and helpful when responding to our queries and requests. The barn was well looked after and very welcoming.

Had a very enjoyable and peaceful stay here over the weekend. The barn is very cosy and rustic, and has everything you need. The area was super quiet and peaceful, you could easily forget how close to civilisation you are there, but Bracknell is very much just on the doorstep. Briefly met the host who was also very pleasant. Everything felt clean and proper. For the price it all seemed very reasonable :)

Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι με τον χώρο της Janet και του Anthony. Αρχικά, το οίκημα, παρότι μικρό, είναι έξυπνα σχεδιασμένο, ανακαινισμένο, καθαρό και πολύ λειτουργικό. Τα έπιπλα και οι χώροι είναι όμορφα, και μοντέρνα. Το μπάνιο είναι πολύ καθαρό, όμορφα σχεδιασμένο, υπάρχει συνέχεια ζεστό νερό και είναι πολύ χαλαρωτικό. Τέλος και κυριότερα, η κα. Janet, που μας υποδέχθηκε, εκτός από το ότι είναι μία πολύ ευχάριστη κυρία, είχε την σπάνια πρόθεση να εξοπλίσει το σπίτι με όλα σχεδόν τα σκεύη αλλά και προϊόντα που θα χρειαζόμασταν σχεδόν για όλη την διαμονή μας. Αναφέρομαι σε προϊόντα πρωινού (δημητριακά, βούτυρο, μαρμελάδα, τυριά, χυμό κ.α.) και μια σειρά άλλες μικρές κινήσεις που δείχνουν ότι ήθελε ο επισκέπτης να νιώσει σαν στο σπίτι του και όχι ότι απλά μισθώνει έναν χώρο για μερικές μέρες. Ήταν μια πολύ όμορφη κίνηση. Το χωριό είναι επίσης ονειρικό με πολύ καλούς ανθρώπους. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα, αν μας δοθεί η ευκαιρία και το συστήνουμε οπωσδήποτε. Πολλούς χαιρετισμούς!

We have stayed here 5 times. It is a lovely comfortable place with space to relax. Has everything you need for day to day living - warm, TV, internet, kitchen and bathroom things, towels, comfy beds. In the summer there is outdoor space. It is a lovely base to explore the local area

A modern property with character in a lovely countryside location. The house has good parking a few seconds from the front door. As you enter there is a large open plan kitchen, dinning, and sitting area which was very comfortable for the 4 of us and leads on to a small garden. Elsewhere on the ground floor is a family bathroom with large shower. From the ground, going up to the first floor you get to a large landing, suitable for use as a temporary office, which leads on to two bedrooms, one with a small ensuite. The property is a really nice balance of new build finish in a characterful building and furnished with everything you are likely to need for a short stay. We were there for almost 2 weeks and it was very comfortable for two adults and two children (children sharing a double bed). We would definitely return if we need something in this area again. Lots of local shops and restaurants can be found in Cranleigh, two miles straight down the road the house is on.

The loft is the most amazing, tranquil and relaxing space. The surroundings are to die for and Dany was an amazing host with great help and support from Amal too. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely stay here again. I just wish it was mine!

Unfortunately I had to cancel last minute and Jan couldn’t have been nicer about it . I hope to re book soon as this place looks perfect for my working away needs .

The blue barn was a lovely place to stay very peaceful just wished I had more time to explore , Anastasia gave plenty of options to eat & drink plus local shops would definitely stay again thanks Shaun

We had a great stay at Bulmer Farm. A really great base to explore the Surrey Hills, and the cottage had everything we could have needed. Sue was extremely responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!
