This house was perfect for our family of 6. It had comfy seating and tv’s in every room. The movie room was a favorite! The first thing I noticed was how clean the house was. Kimmy goes above and beyond as a host. There were goodies waiting for us in the kitchen when we arrived… even gourmet cheeses and jams! Anytime we needed something, we received a response within minutes. I recommend this place to anyone!

Eugene’s home is beautiful and nicer than the pictures portray. The setting is beautiful even in March. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The location was a short car ride from Yorktown and Williamsburg. Great stay would definitely recommend this home.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Host was amazing and made my stay there very smooth. Everything was SUPER clean when I arrived. Lots to do and great restaurants to eat at in the area. HIGHLY recommend this peaceful / beautiful townhome to stay at while in Suffolk, VA!

Stayed with 4 friends for a wedding and we absolutely loved the place. Also, if you like horses this is the spot for you. Billy was very timely with communication which I really appreciated. 5/5 stars.

The host was very polite helpful he allowed earlier than usual check in time the instructions to get into the home were very clear and when we walked in the house looked and smelled very clean. There was an issues with a bedroom door that had gotten stuck but the host came and rectified the problem and apologized for the inconvenience he also brought a gift as we were celebrating a friends birthday. I will definitely be booking with the host again

This home is a quick drive to all the local attractions and a perfect space for a quick weekend away. There was everything was needed to make a meal at home and then spend the day sightseeing. All instructions were clear; amenities were above reproach. The best part is it is at the end of a quiet street, so it was incredibly peaceful.

Colonial Retreat was a fantastic stay, very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. The main floor was very spacious and comfortable and there were clear labels and instructions on everything which was appreciated! The house was well-lit and the half-circle driveway made unpacking and packing easy. There is an attached unit (the Nook) but it's parking spot is very clearly labelled and both entrances are private - it really was no bother at all. We especially appreciated Emily's detailed directions and instructions before our stay, she was super helpful! Would highly recommend for any trip to the Historic Triangle and will stay again!

The Holiday House is FANTASTIC in every way! Communication with Lisa before and during our stay was easy and clear. We had a question regarding being able to smoke outside, and she was understanding and clear about expectations. Talking to Lisa felt like talking to family. The decorations were beautiful, cheerful, and so interesting. Every time we walked into a room, we noticed something new and neat! Every space in the home has been well-thought and gorgeously arranged. It's easy to move a few things aside to use the kitchen table for games, and Lisa left us a Smores basket for the fire pit! We didn't make it outside but ate lots of the chocolate, hehe. The fire pit has lots of space, fun lights, and we plan to head back soon to enjoy time around the fire. Each bedroom and bathroom had thoughtful touches for guests. We were given access to a stocked pantry (stop at the house before you head for groceries!). Easily at the top of my list of favorite Airbnbs, going back soon!

Amanda’s house was the perfect venue for our girls’ weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the relaxing view and breeze. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spacious.

My wife and I were in town for a long weekend with family and this place was perfect. It was peaceful, quiet and private. It had everything that we needed, especially since it is pet friendly and has a fenced in yard. Rich is great host and we already booked again for the fall.

The house was immaculate and clean. It was also the perfect space for our little family. We enjoyed coming back to a clean and refreshing space after a long day of sight seeing. The house was also in the perfect spot; close to all of our vacation destinations and grocery store. We enjoyed playing card games in the evening in the refreshing A/C. Would recommend!

There’s something about the waterfront…this house was well designed for maximum enjoyment of the water views. Home was well stocked with kitchen equipment, linens, W/D, activities. We enjoyed being there and caring for it as if it was our home. Access to ferry to Jamestown/Williamsburg is a definite plus. Appropriately priced for it’s value.

Beautiful home with a warm feeling as soon you walk in , things to do for the kids such as board games, utensils for drawing and a lot of creative history and antiques to look at throughout the home. Very beautiful and clean stay, made you feel like you’re right at home! Kelly was very responsive to my messages and is a great host was more than happy with my stay during the new years ! Thank you Kelly ! Definitely will be booking again !!!
