My sister and I had a very restful time here. The place was spacious, with beautiful outdoor views. We were provided with everything we might need and more. I wish we had had more people with us to enjoy the many options available here for relaxing; sitting outside, watching movies, and enjoying evenings by the fireplace. Anne was very gracious and informative. We certainly felt right at home. I would recommend this to anyone who was visiting the area and wanted a secluded and beautiful space to share.

Great place!! I work as a locum so I needed something close to the hospital. James's place was perfect! Close to the hospital, clean, and safe neighborhood. The kitchen was perfect as I hate to eat out so I was able to cook all my meals. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything. James and his wife are very sweet and attentive. I definitely will be staying here again if it is available.

Joe came in person to welcome me to the AirBnb when I arrived. He gave me a lot of information on nearby restaurants and other places to visit. The place was clean and near the heart of Old Town. I highly recommend this AirBnb and him as a host.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dena’s home. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and thoughtful gestures were remarkable. From the coffee and bedside waters to the abundance of toiletries, every aspect of our stay was well thought out. We were especially touched by the surprise Christmas gifts waiting under the tree, which added such a special and personal touch to our visit. The hospitality exceeded all expectations, and we highly recommend their home to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

I hosted a surprise bachelorette party for my friend and we needed a commonplace for her bridesmaids from out of town. Everyone had their own space. The layout of the house is really amazing. Lots of extra space to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Game room was awesome! We truly had a great experience and Dante was an amazing host. And wait until you see the pool, deck and outdoor space. The property is beautiful! Sitting on the back deck was peaceful and relaxing. Parking was no issue for multiple cars. You are just in between Smithfield and the Ferry, so there was easy access to travel. Just a great trip all around. Thank you, Dante! Truly grateful for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Our stay at Joanna’s was a wonderful recharge for our family in a busy season. From the beach to the kids playing games and then relaxing by the fire-pit, this was exactly what we were looking for. Joanna was very responsive in resolving any issues we encountered. Thanks for everything!

Dan and Sam’s place is a beautiful, cozy getaway from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg- but still very conveniently located. From the start, our hosts were welcoming and very communicative. We enjoyed waking up to the upstairs reading nook with a cozy chair, a good book from their collection and a cup of coffee from the coffee bar. The sunrises are beautiful on the James river and there is a great view! You can even see historic Jamestown across the river. We enjoyed local dining at our hosts recommendations, and had everything we could have possibly needed! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Amanda’s house was the perfect venue for our girls’ weekend. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the relaxing view and breeze. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spacious.

The house was immaculate and clean. It was also the perfect space for our little family. We enjoyed coming back to a clean and refreshing space after a long day of sight seeing. The house was also in the perfect spot; close to all of our vacation destinations and grocery store. We enjoyed playing card games in the evening in the refreshing A/C. Would recommend!

We had the BEST stay at this house, and I can't recommend it enough for larger families or groups! The spacious layout gave everyone room to spread out, and the house itself is charming, with thoughtful decorations that create a cozy, welcoming vibe. The outdoor space, with a firepit and seating for 12+, was ideal for relaxing and making memories. Our host went above and beyond, surprising us with a beautiful s'mores basket and special snacks. The house was spotless, and the host provided us with extra towels, blankets, pillows, a coffee/tea bar, and bathroom supplies, ensuring all our needs were met. The host also checked in with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect and to see if there was anything she could do to make our trip better. If I’m ever back in Williamsburg, this will be my go-to place! Highly recommend!

Stayed for an impromptu visit to the in-laws over Christmas. Booked it on the 24th for check-in on the 25th-27th. The stay was great, went off without a hitch. good communication, seamless check-in and very clean space. 10/10 would stay again.

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I cannot rave about this place enough. Perfect for our family of five. Host is very responsive and incredibly sweet.

We have a great stay, it was super close to Bush Gardens making it easy to come back in the middle of the day to relax and take the dogs out. It is on the upper floor but the stairs are not difficult at all. It was a very pet friendly neighborhood.

Jared's place was very comfortable and quiet, and I have to say the beds and pillows were perfect! We walked around the property one evening and got to see a gorgeous sunset over the James River. Very pleased with our stay.

We enjoyed spending New Year's Eve at Nicole and Mark's place. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious - exactly as advertised. The hosts were very kind about allowing an early check-in which was much appreciated. The beds are very comfortable, the area is very quiet, and the view of the golf course is lovely. We had everything we needed and I would recommend this place.
