Great location. the hosts were communicative. Thanks for letting us stay at your place. They also have a beach right in their backyard.

This was such a delightful, peaceful & beautiful place to stay. Shelby was extremely responsive & helpful. I appreciated that she went the extra mile to alert me to the Aurora Borealis & encourage me to see it from the point. When the power went out b/c of a local car accident, she kept me updated with information about cause & when power was expected to return & provided flashlights & a special battery powered lightbulb to provide light. I couldn't have asked for more!

This cottage is delightfully cozy in the winter and very charmingly decorated. It’s not just run of the mill decor. The lighting setup is especially great and was put together very thoughtfully. I really enjoyed being IN the spaces that have been created in the cottage - there are several different seating areas for reading a book or sharing a meal or hanging out. The location of the cottage is spectacular with beautiful views from the windows as well as the private garden, private porch overlooking the bay, and more. Fabiola leaves many helpful instructions (often amusing!) and also gives lots of recommendations about the area. In addition to that she is super welcoming, always available, and clearly wants her guests to enjoy themselves. She also lets the guests have privacy. I’m sure the cottage and garden are even better in summer simply because one can spend more time outdoors, but winter has its own beauty in Maine and the cottage is a wonderful place to experience it from.

Sarah's cottage was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a family beach house – warm, welcoming, and full of character. The cottage is incredibly well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Whether it was the cozy living space, the fully stocked kitchen, or the peaceful outdoor area, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The island itself is calm, beautiful, and the perfect escape. We spent our days exploring, relaxing, and enjoying the stunning surroundings. Highly recommend Sarah’s cottage for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in paradise!

Such a beautiful place to stay! A little bit of a drive from hikes and downtown but well worth it because of this view. It had the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. I would 100% stay here again. Such a great price for the view and peacefulness.

We loved our stay here! The views of the water are amazing. It was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge from our travels. We spent a rainy day at the house and took a walk down to the water exploring the low tide and finding little treasures from the sea. What a cool experience right outside the home! We went to Acadia and Bar Harbor during our stay here, which was about an hour drive. Beautiful drive! Great place to stay that made us feel right at home. Thank you for your hospitality!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! ❤️

One of the best places we have ever stayed, with one of the best hosts. The home is thoughtful and peaceful, Arnold and his wife have done a beautiful job at cultivating a relaxing and restful environment. The scenery and area is amazing, perfect central location for exploring lots of different parts of Maine, or the house/land is good enough for a trip where you just stay in for a week. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, hope to be back sooner than later.

We loved our stay at the cottage! We are native Mainers and the Steuben/Milbridge area is one of our go-to locations for relaxation. The cottage was private, peaceful, and the views were amazing! Being right on the water was a nice perk and we spent some time on the rocks when the tide was out. The cottage has wonderfully comfortable furniture and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on! It is also one of the cleanest cottages we have stayed in as well. It felt very much like home! Teresa was in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was great to know she was there to answer any questions we may have had. We will definitely stay again!!!

This house is magical, by far one of the best homes I have stayed in. The space is serene and exceeded our expectations. Close proximity to all the best restaurants/hotels and hikes on the island.

This place is amazing! So cozy and so comfortable! The lake was beautiful and we made plenty of use of the fire pit and kayaks. Stephen was so kind and responsive and made asking questions easy. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Thank you Mary and Noel! We had a great week balanced between exploring Acadia and chilling on the porch watching the tide and the birds. It was exactly what we needed. The house had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen, which we made lots of use of. Highly recommended.

I've stayed in over 50 Airbnb's, and this one is the best. If you're a house geek and like architecture and fine craftsmanship, you'll love staying here: the attention to detail is incredible. The entire house was designed to watch the sunrise out of the ocean, visible from any room. Whoever designed and built the fireplace is an expert - it throws heat like a woodstove, and the flue works better than any I've experienced. The house is immaculately clean and was perfect for our family of five. We usually skip this part of Maine and head straight to the Acadia area, but you don't have to because Camden and Rockport have everything you need, while the beaches and harbors are just as beautiful. Tobias was an excellent communicator, and we felt very well taken care of the whole time. 5 stars on all.

Very cool yurt on a kelp farm! Right on the water and the chairs overlooking the bay for the sunset was worth the couple nights in itself. Trey is there to meet you and show you around the property. There were also very friendly property dogs that loved to say hello! The bathroom and shower were in a separate building but was clean and just a few feet from the yurt. There were windows in the yurt that make for a nice breeze through the yurt. The kitchen amenities made making coffee and heating up food a breeze. The host had great information about trails in the area and food recommendations.

Another amazing stay at Sea Breeze Cottage! Beth is a gracious and responsive host. The house is perfect, from the layout and superb comfort, amenities and well-stocked kitchen, to the ideal, private, waterfront location. A true favorite!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashleys's home. It is a beautiful, peaceful and lovely location, with great proximity to Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor and the Schoodic Institute. Our family enjoyed watching the lobster boats in the morning and noodling around the peninsula. It was a very comfortable space, with a well stocked kitchen and dining area.

Wonderful vacation home with its own water access that had amazing sunrises. The bedrooms were excellent with 3 rooms with king beds, which was perfect for us 3 couples. The open floor plan on the main level had plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The place was very clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. Our host was very quick with any communication and very friendly. This property is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet on the water with a fanfantastic views.

The house was comfortable and clean. The veiws of the water are amazing.

You will fall in love with the charm of this home just as we did! The view from the screen porch and access to the water and Island were fantastic for our teen boys and gal to explore. The adults loved enjoying sunset with a drink from the island rocks. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We especially appreciated the quality towels and bed linens. If we return to Maine we would absolutely stay at this home again.

What an amazing time I had at this place! I got married to my best friend and we had our families joined together! Everyone cooking every night, beach walks, board games, and fires for when it got a little cold. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding week! This cottage has jaw dropping views. Huge picture windows highlight the beautiful harbor. Everything was so clean and well cared for. Plenty of maps and guides of the area. If you enjoy hunting sea glass you can literally walk off your back steps to go on a “treasure hunt” for it. You can walk down the street and explore shops and restaurants. But you’re also convenient to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The internet went out while we were there which is honestly not normally something we’d even care about. But we had plans to watch our Alma Mater play our biggest rival in college football. Dana took care of everything right away while we were enjoying the morning in Acadia. When we returned everything was good to go. We look forward to visiting again! Highly recommend this property and host.

We just completed our second summer and are still in awe of everything this property has to offer. From the amenities inside to water accessibility, access to many fabulous restaurants, and complete silence from every corner of the property, this house on this island gives you everything you could ever hope for in a summer retreat. George is a fantastic host, extremely responsive, and always willing to help. The property is well-kept, and the house is clean and full of additional supplies. You can't look for much more than what this property offers.
