Šušanj : locations de vacances avec suite privative

It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely place. Anastasia is very kind, polite and helpful young woman. We would like to thank her a lot. She was always available via chat apps, arranged transfer from airport. We had private kitchen, washing machine, all we needed for two weeks stay. The place was clean and well prepared. Also people from the neighbourhood were always helpful, thank you guys. Shops are near by, so is the beach. We would come back anytime, really. Maybe we will :-) Montenegro is a beautiful and safe country, no stealing, no danger late at night. You can rent a car and drive to many beautiful places. Bar is much cheaper for living as Sv. Stefan, Budva or Petrovac. Also the beach here is long, you can choose where you want to stay day after day.

I think this was the greatest option for the price (nice kitchen, TV, AC, WIFI, really all incl.). They were very friendly and helpful after arrival (I only gave them printed pdf from Airbnb and they instructed me perfectly - I liked this). Absolutely satisfied with perfect cleanness, private parking lot, organisational skills from family site, small handy shop, very friendly personal approach - really TOP hosting. Probably we had big fortune to get such beautiful accommodation. Also position is very confident no any disturbing by road traffic, no any big hill as far as Sutomore is hilly town. Owner has big and fully fenced parking lot - he was patiently closing the gate every night - I feel my car was really confident. I do not understand why there was not mentioned kitchen in advertisement, because there was nice and fully equipped kitchen in one of two balconies what is really perfect solution - not to mix smells in the bedroom. Absolute satisfaction 100%, can only recommend.

Amazing view from balcony. Amazing host. Good location. Close to the main road, but sounds are not too loud, so it was comfortable to stay there. Internet upload speed is not enough if you need it for work (zoom video calls for example). The rest is fine.

We didn't meet Ksenija but communicated with her was really smooth. We did the check-in through the owner's mother and she was friendly.

Плюсы: Офигенная веранда со столиками и крутым видом, для удаленки то, что нужно. Собственная ванная, но обща кухня, на которой есть все необходимое Смена постельного и полотенец 3 раза за месяц была Гага приносила вкусную выпечку, которую делала сама, это было очень приятно Пекарня Amfora рядом, там вкусные пиццы Офигенный пляж с туннелем рядом, крайне рекомендую узнать где он и сходить туда, поплавать с масками, там очень круто!! Минусы Иногда шумели соседи и собаки, так как частный дом Комментарии Стирать можно было раз в неделю ,нам хватало в целом Магазин относительно недалеко, есть маленький в 5 минутах, большой 15 минут пешком

The house is very cozy, clean and nice both inside and outside. Located close to a grocery store, some good restaurants and beach. The host was easy to communicate with, offered a lot of help and overall is a really nice person.

Very nice apartment on the hill overlooking Bar. Bit outside of the center, but, located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the city and sea, and still only a short walk to the center and beach. Evgenyi picked us up from the station and we were able to check in quite early without any hassle.

swietny gospodarz i wspaniala lokalizacja. pokój czysty i przestronny. wszystko jak w opisie. W prezencie od gospodarza dostaliśmy wspaniałe wino własnej roboty i pyszny winogron. Polecam!!!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt, genau wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt ist. Supermarkt, Strand und die Stadt Budva sind alle bequem fussläufig erreichbar. Alles, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt, stellt die Wohnung zur Verfügung. Es wurde uns eine Parklücke vor dem Haus frei gehalten bei Ankunft, das war super! verlässt man diese Parklücke allerdings, weil man die Umgebung anschauen möchte, bekommt man Schwierigkeiten, in der nahen Umgebung eine neue Parklücke zu finden, das ist es etwas problematisch. Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung und die Familie wärmstens empfehlen, sie sind gerne für einen da.

Everything was perfect ! The appartement is well-equipped and confortable. It looks exactly like the pictures.

We had a great stay! Place was clean, very quiet area. No problem with heat even without aircon. Shady terrace with slight wind. Communication with Alexandra was great and we always got good advice. Happy to visit again.

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool, piece and quite surrounding, 15 minutes by car to Budva city center, 5 minutes to Jaz beach, easy parking, comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, airconditioning in all rooms, fast and easy communication with the host, she was very helpful and flexible, I absolutely recommend this place.

Gorans place was very convinient, close to Bar and major road. Highly recomended. Goran was extremely good host. Facilities where plentiful. Kitchen was clean and equiped with all necessary utilities ready to prepare your own food.

I liked everything very much. The house corresponds to the description. There is everything you need nearby: a store, a cafe, and the beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Olga nagyon segítőkész szállásadó mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt. A lakás teljesen megfelelt a képen làtottaknak. A panoráma lenyűgöző a teraszról. Foglalàsnàl feltétlenül számításba kell venni,hogy a hegyen található, gyalogosan nagyon meredek az út. Csendes környéken található, jót lehetett ott pihenni. Köszönjük szépen a kedves vendéglátást!

Nadja was a wonderful host. She took care of all the details and made us feel like home. From daily cleaning, laundry, clean towels everyday to useful tips and recommendations about the surroundings. The kids had a lot of fun. The swimming pool looked small in the pictures but is actually big enough for up to 4 kids. Kitchen is actually small but has everything you need to prep a quick meal. Queen's beach and king's beach are imo 2 of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic and are a mere 10 walking Min. away, now free of access too. Sveti Stefan is a must see. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Nearest Supermarket is just 2 Min away. The house has a private garage for parking. Just be aware it's very narrow. We loved our Stay in Montenegro and had a blast!

Me and my wife really enjoyed living in the villa Lora. We stayed there for 3 months in a non-tourist season. We are freelancers, working at home online and the choice with two separate rooms was very convenient. The hosts are very nice, we immediately got everything we need. It is very good that apartment is close to the mountains, since the beaches didn't interest us very much. Walking to the sea on the nearest road is a bit stressful because of cars, but you can go the other way that we sometimes did. We did not have a car. We like to walk. Large supermarkets are far, but quite accessible. In our opinion, the apartment is a little bit deprived of coziness, but we created it ourselves. If you work on the network - the connection speed is not very fast, but acceptable. In general, we would be glad to visit this place again. The price corresponds to the quality.
