I really enjoyed my stay, had great conversations with Brian over homemade muffins for breakfast, and greatly enjoyed the beach too. All around a great weekend stay.

Vera’s place was a great way to spend my birthday weekend. The community was peaceful & quiet & the area, with access to the beach & good restaurants, was nice. Vera was also a great host always responsive and welcoming. I appreciated the continental breakfast every morning & I loved getting to play with her cats. Would recommend for a relaxing beach getaway.

Anita ist wirklich ein Superhost! Ihr Frühstück ist sensationell: in 3 Wochen gab es immer wieder neue Köstlichkeiten. Sie reagiert sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Auch ihr Mann John ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. So hatten wir auch die Gelegenheit, Familie und Freunde kennenzulernen. Wir haben es auch sehr genossen, dass wir den Pool in der Nachbarschaft benutzen konnten. Schönes Schlafzimmer und Bett, sehr gutes Badezimmer, sehr gut ausgestatteter Wohnraum. Außerdem viele Snacks, Wasser und sogar Wein. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

I stayed with Kenny and Nicole for the 2024 Ironman Maryland. I wanted a place that was quiet, no distractions, and felt like home. This place checked all the boxes and was well worth the hour drive from the race venue. You will not find a better value period. The room was spotless and had a lot of personal touches that you don't even find in high end hotels. An added bonus was the host Kenny was a USA Triathlon Offical and Ironman Maryland finisher, so I had a local tour guide and subject matter expert with first hand knowledge to answer any questions prior to the event. They even had wetsuit spray and jellyfish repellent for the race. The property is quiet, beautiful, and has an extremely relaxing feel. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I come back for Ironman Maryland and the Eagleman Triathlons. It is like a home away from home. You will not find better hosts than Kenny and Nicole. 5 stars +++!

Can’t say enough about Mick and Said. Rehoboth Beach is a special place, but we barely wanted to leave their backyard and their warm company. EVERY recommendation for a place to dine or visit was spot on for us. This is a great AirBnB find.

Edna and Bill were super friendly and made me feel so welcome and at home! Edna made me a nice breakfast in the morning and had a great chat with me about life. Never an awkward moment with this great couple! I highly recommend staying at their cozy home!

Beautiful, we women would of loved a full mirror in bedrooms. lol lots of supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishes etc. only thing no trash cans in bedrooms and if you have allergies whip down the patio furniture has a lot of pollen on it. It is such a beautiful spot you are going to want to sit out there with a cup of coffee. This was our 4th Annual MOTHERS DAY trip and this was the best place so far.

I’m not sure if I can say everything in just a few words 1st of all the B&B is beautiful inside and out Love the decor and the yard and landscaping so beautiful. The property is pristine. Loved the country chic vibe. The breakfast prepared for us each morning was delicious and both Joseph & Dave were great host. Gave us great recommendations where to go to eat and shop and enjoyed visiting some with them. We were so pleased with the fenced in area for our dog with a gazebo & out door furnishings to sit while we watched our dog run and play safely. Location was great . We were only about 10 minutes from the beach & boardwalk, reataurants& uniques specialty stores and shops, outlets . Took our dog to the state park, which was only a 10 minute drive, and introduced him to the ocean and sand. Our room was immaculate & had such character. Oh I can’t forget the pool it was so private and beautiful. The property is taken care inside and out with a lot of pride and love. We’re going back!🥰

I definitely recommend this charming B&B! Our room was surprisingly spacious, and the breakfast has just the right amount of variety. If you want a spot with built in options for relaxation, this is a good choice. The pool, lounge, dog run, and outdoor area are well kept. Beach towns are often hard to navigate with a dog, so it was nice to stay somewhere that welcomed our pup and provided dog-friendly recs. That being said, keep in mind that Henlopen State Park is known to be crawling with ticks. This is one of the spots they recommended and it was stressful to learn this by finding our dog crawling with nymphs. We anxiously informed them, worried about stray ticks in our room, only to realize they were unconcerned because they themselves often frequent those same exact trails. It was a comforting response in a way, but I definitely would have preferred a heads up since I’ve only ever known how to deal with ticks in theory. The beaches there were beautiful tho, and entry is cheap!

this in is a hidden gem in the quiet countryside within minutes of the beach and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and immaculately clean. I loved the common spaces for breakfast & for playing ping-pong and pool. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. I have stayed in a lot of AirB&B’s and this was my favorite. We will definitely be back.

Clean, spacious room with an adorable sun porch in a quiet, lovely area. Appreciated the coffee and breakfast items left for guests.

Wonderful place for a beach vacation, and Jeff is as an outstanding host! Especially appreciate the breakfast foods that were available upon arrival, it made things much easier for us.

Joesph’s place never disappoints he’s always amazing, super attentive, breakfast is phenomenal. Will never back for sure!

Wonderful place to stay! The room was cozy, clean and perfect size! It was nice to have outdoor access to the room as well. The property was peaceful and a short drive to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
