It was larger than we needed, but so perfect in all other ways, we could not resist. So close to the ocean, elevator, etc. Balconies off most bedrooms! Could not view the ocean, but it was such a short walk! Heat and AC both available, and needed each at the time of year visiting. Cozy fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. Really, we could go on. Our few guests adored it also. Even had absolutely all beach needs. We are elderly and all was appropriate, except low toilets, but undoubtedly could 'make do'. Was unsure what to do with spare key on exit, but left under mat as Paul was going to do on arrival. Paul met us on arrival, which was a most pleasant surprise! Definitely 5 star!

The house is lovely and charming—just as described. It is so close to the beach! The fireplace kept us warm for chilly nights, the game table was great for marathon scrabble games, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and we look forward to coming back.

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

What an amazing place! We were here for a family reunion, with 6 adults and 2 teens, and it felt so spacious and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is amazing - so well appointed and functionally designed - it's much nicer than my kitchen at home! :) We enjoyed the open floorplan upstairs for lots of easy hang-out time while cooking, eating, playing games, etc. Luda was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host. Overall, a fantastic stay - we will be back!

Since this was the second time we have booked, it’s obvious we are true fans! The townhome is sparkling clean and lovingly maintained. Our elderly, mobility challenged family member says she felt like royalty, between the huge master suite and the elevator. Our host, Leigh, made sure we had extra items on hand to cook a holiday meal, including a turkey roaster and serving platter. There are lots of spaces for privacy, if needed, though we had a blast visiting, playing table games and taking chilly, wintry walks together. At any time of year, we highly recommend Leigh’s place for a family or group, especially if the added benefit of the elevator will make a difference.

We enjoyed the screened porch and pool area so much that instead of some of our planned activities we just relaxed there. We had a great time!

We loved the Autumn's home. It truly felt like we were staying at our home away from home. We were only there for a quick trip but will try to return when we have more time to enjoy the house and the town of Rehoboth.

Great stay at The Laurel House! Location of this house is perfect. Had a quick weekend away with our older dog who I knew would be good for a couple beach trips but ultimately would want to be with us in a comfortable living space most of the time. This house could not have been a better fit for this. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, fenced in back yard was great and family room was very cozy for lounging. Communication with the owner was very good. A great place to say any time of the year.

This was our second stay at the suite at The Forge. There are not enough superlatives to describe this wonderful place. The location is super convenient, and the suite could not be more attractive and comfortable. Mary is extremely responsive, and we loved ringing in the New Year there. We will absolutely be back.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! The townhome was so spacious and immaculate. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of bathrooms/showers, and lots of hang out space which was super helpful with 2 little ones! Pool was great as well and the location was perfect. Everything was a short drive or walk away! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Great house and wonderful location close to the beach. House was exactly as described and is very comfortable and roomy. Made for a wonderful week in Dewey Beach. Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful experience and loved our stay. It’s a homey, clean, beautiful place. It’s so walkable but is far enough from the crowd to feel tucked away and quiet. The windows alone in the unit created a unique experience and also the birds nest. Thank you!

We stayed at Dana's place for a surprise proposal for my daughter. It was perfect. It is a close distance to 2nd Street in Lewes, DE where there are many quaint shops and places to eat. We were also there for the Christmas weekend which was fabulous. The place was spacious and just as described. The bed linens were white and obviously clean. All the bedrooms were a nice size and the mini splits heating/ air conditioning units in the two bedrooms were wonderful. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the large tv in the living room. We would definitely stay again!

John was a great host, the place was as pictured and clean. Easy access and great communication from John. Location was A+ would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at reHOMEth. Cathy and Ken communicated so well, and their home was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, convenient location. Highly recommend and will likely stay here again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! It was clean and comfortable. My family felt right at home. There were beach chairs, paddle boards and even crockpots available for our use. The pictures online do not show the beauty of this home. Would definitely recommend to stay in this home.

My family of 5 has stayed at Beth's place going on 4 years in a row now. It's always been a pleasure. The neighborhood is still just as quiet and friendly. Bethany Beach has gotten a bit more popular, so driving to the beach has started to take a little longer from the community, but the short drive is still straightforward and mostly painless. My favorite feature of her home has always been the covered patio. There is nothing better than being outside in the summer without being "outside," lol.

Our family enjoyed our vacation and stay in Judie’s home. She was a very responsive host throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and more- which made things very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were all comfy and cozy and very clean. Bathrooms had all toiletries including makeup remover! We literally did not need to pack any towels from home because Judie had everything! We traveled with two kids ages 3 and 4 so the fact that she had beach toys and chairs for them and a wagon in the garage for us to use was very convenient. It was overall less things I had to worry about packing. We love the Bishop’s Landing community pools; the one pool is within a short walking distance from Judie’s home. The location to stores and restaurants are easy and quick as well. This is our second year staying in Bishop’s Landing and we hope to be back again. Judie’s home would be at the top of our list.

Rajan was such a great person to work with leading up to and during our stay. The house was incredibly clean and just as described. More than enough space for our 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The location is fantastic with beaches and plenty of activities within a short distance. The three pools within the neighborhood were a great addition with two kids. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Beautiful condo and community. Went for an off-season getaway and was very happy they are dog friendly. The condo was clean and spacious. There were LOTS of steps to the second floor. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. We did not use any of the resort amenities but the community was quiet and a great place to walk the dog. Since it was a winter getaway, was hoping to cozy up by the fire however there was a tag on the mantel saying the gas was off due to a valve leak. It was dated 2021, so I guess they aren’t concerned with getting it fixed. I would stay here again.

The house was very nice and the amenities like the community pool and hot tub were great! We were swimming outside at the end of October because the pool was heated! We arrived at night and had a tricky time finding the front door, it was a little confusing, but we eventually found it. The house was lovely and well stocked with dish soap and laundry detergent. The only complaint was how uncomfortable the master bed is. Other than that we enjoyed everything about the house.

Mark’s home was absolutely amazing! Super clean! So spacious. Beautifully decorated. It was just as described. There are so many restaurant and recreational options nearby. The pool was so much fun. Parking was great, right out front with overflow parking. The arcade set up was so fun for my son. Huge TVs in every room. So amazingly clean and the beds were so comfortable! Neighborhood was private, quiet and safe. Will definitely stay again.

The place was exactly as the pictures showed. The sunsets were amazing and it was in a great location.
