We came here for a spring break trip, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The kitchen was expansive with lots of appliances and was easy to cook in. The bedrooms were perfect as well! The hot tub was wonderful to relax in during our stay. Super close to the ocean/boardwalk, outlets, and other nearby places like Lewes. We had such a wonderful time on the porch, in the livingroom for movie nights, and in the dining room for game nights. We got there and immediately wanted to plan another trip for the summer. The house was amazing, the location was amazing, and the host was kind and responded in a quick manner.

Josh is an excellent host! The house was incredibly clean, spacious & perfect for our vacation - it’s close enough to the beach and far enough to be away from the hustle & bustle. There’s lots to do in the area, too! We biked, kayaked, spent a day at the beach & enjoyed our nights at “home” grilling and enjoying the pristine backyard. The home was well-furnished, comfortable & as described - well worth the cost!! Josh was available, if needed, and even checked in once (on the app), to see if we needed anything. 5/5 recommend - we hope to visit again!!

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

Nice, clean house, clearly accustomed to a dog staying there. Towels and linens were nice. The the town was nice with a couple of places to eat in a beautiful library. The only issue is there is a chicken plant quite close so quite often. There were some awful smells.

This is a great spot to enjoy a Rehoboth vacation with your dogs. Getting in is a breeze, and you can open up the house to fill it with light or close it up for privacy. Your animals can roam freely in a fenced-in yard, and run around the house while you are unpacking, fixing meals from the well-stocked kitchen, or enjoy accompanying you on long walks through quiet, cared-for neighborhoods. The heat comes up quickly after your arrival; the water has good pressure and is hot; the bed was extremely comfortable; the area was quiet and calming for nervous canine travelers; the television is crisp, colorful and easy to figure out -- what more could you ask?

This was our third time staying at Chai's place, this time for the holidays, and it was once again just what we needed. The location is perfect—very close to the heart of Rehoboth Beach, but also tucked away for privacy and quiet. The kitchen has been newly remodeled and now opens out into the living room, which makes the space very homey and inviting. Bedrooms are comfortable, and the dining room/sun room is also great for hanging out. Chai is very quick to respond and friendly. A great option if you're visiting Rehoboth.

Our time spent in Reho was fantastic and so happy we had a great Airbnb to return to after all our excursions!

Great stay at The Laurel House! Location of this house is perfect. Had a quick weekend away with our older dog who I knew would be good for a couple beach trips but ultimately would want to be with us in a comfortable living space most of the time. This house could not have been a better fit for this. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, fenced in back yard was great and family room was very cozy for lounging. Communication with the owner was very good. A great place to say any time of the year.

We had a wonderful stay. The Apartment itself is stunning and very well equipped. Located right in the heart of the historic Lewes town center and close driving distance to many beautiful natural preserves and beaches. Ashley was a great host, friendly and communicative. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

We’ve stayed at Jeff & Carri’s place twice now, and both times we’ve had a great experience. The location is ideal, and the space has everything that our family of three needs. We will definitely come back!

I could not be happier with my stay! My dogs were so cozy and we all had an amazing time exploring the beautiful and fun property. There were so many fun and beautiful treasures of surprise to discover while walking the dogs. We were also lucky enough to get to talk to Leslie and it was such a treat getting to meet her! I was so cozy and felt right at home immediately. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING and we hope to come back soon for more happy dog adventures! From my mom: "What a wonderful little oasis - though the stairs are formidable for an old 72 year old like me they did provide needed exercise. And if you are really lucky you might get to share a few moments with the lovely warm-hearted host who has made such a safe space for you and your doggies. Thank you Leslie."

Wonderful place to stay. We stayed during the winter season and really enjoyed our stay in the lovely space and great location. Hosts were great!

It was a beautiful place, felt very at home. They were very friendly and gave us our privacy given they live in the house next to the bnb. Their restaurant has some really good food (filet mignon mac and cheese was to die for) and good cheap drinks, and the discount for staying at their place was a plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay again or at any of their other listings.

John was a great host, the place was as pictured and clean. Easy access and great communication from John. Location was A+ would stay again.

Very nice family space. Nice area to play games or watch movies on the rainy days. Kathy was super helpful with parking and getting settled.

Patty’s place was easy to find, had plenty of parking, was quiet, and conveniently located.

Absolutely perfect place for a large family. A beautiful condo. A 20 minute drive to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was the noise. Located behind a WaWa and near a busy intersection that had numerous EMS, police, and firetrucks day and night, it was always noisy. However, I would absolutely stay in this beautiful condo again. At the end of a fun day we were all tired and slept well. Shower heads amazing. Having two bathrooms was a must. Two people could shower at once and the water pressure was perfect. Loved the stocked shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. The kitchen had all the necessities needed if you forgot something at home. Towels were soft. Beds comfortable. Grateful we found this great place to stay. Thank you

Sue's place was absolutely perfect for our five night stay! Great location and an easy walk to the beach and town. The condo was so comfortable and had everything we could ever want. We were greeted with beautiful view of the lake every morning. It was everything we wanted and more. Sue and Don were the perfects hosts, so friendly and helpful! Can't wait to come back!

We had a fabulous time at Raj's condo. The view is amazing, the kitchen fully stocked making meal prep like being at home, the beds were comfortable, and the condo has a great layout. Note the pool closest to the condo is not open after Labor Day. There is, however, another pool open a few buildings away you are able to use. We walked to the center of town several times for dinner (walk is about 15min). We also had a great time at restaurants right across the street that had live music and amazing seafood. I would definitely return to Raj's condo.

Great place!! Very homey and comfortable. Close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I were pleasantly please with how well stocked and clean the condo was. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, beaches and state parks. The owners are very responsive and take pride in ownership of their place.

10/10 It was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have been at. Very clean, organized, and comfortable. Nice location, right in the middle of everything with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Not far from the beaches!

Great, straightforward place to stay within walking distance of downtown RB. Communications with George and Matt made finding the place and parking easy. A nearby restaurant has a lively bass beat on the weekends, so bring earplugs and you'll be set for a fun time!
