Lovely place with a great view. Kathy was very responsive to all my inquires, and would definitely stay there again.

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom right on the beach. 14th floor, very quiet and you rarely hear your neighbors. The balcony you can hear the waves with access from living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked and great to have laundry in unit. You do need to wear a badge and security checks often.

Ann’s place is beautiful just as described on abnb. We had plenty of room for our family getaway. It is only a 10 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, wonderful condo which looked brand new, everything was as described, great communication, the pool was a blast and had ample seating. Not to far to the beach but far enough to be away from the noise

This was a wonderful stay in a great home. Host was extremely responsive. Place was clean and comfortable, and a fantastic view. Excellent location close to the fun stuff in rehoboth.

It was a great experience staying at Heather’s condo. The beach was a minute’s walk away and so were some great restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything we could need.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Host was super responsive, super helpful, and super friendly, a wonderful stay! The place was warm, inviting, and quiet!

We loved our stay in Rehoboth. The loft upstairs is perfect for enjoying the ocean!

Amazing home!! Views of the canal were delightful, enjoy coffee in the Lanai as you watch the boats go by and the sunset!!! We will be back!!!

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! We all had a great stay! Cool beach house was super clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, nice baths- couldn’t ask for a better long weekend to relax, reset, and enjoy the family. Loved the artwork ☺️ Visiting in September we saw the horseshoe crabs but the nearby beaches were nice too!!

I enjoyed my getaway. The host worked with me on getting a late check out and the property is right on the beach!! Will return

Jess and Tom's home was perfect for our family's beach trip. The house was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and quite comfortable. Best of all were the unobstructed views of the beach which was only steps from the house. We enjoyed a bonfire on the beach, and appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

We had a great vacation. The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. We walked to the beach everyday, which we basically had to ourselves. Our dog Willie Boy gives it 4 paws up and one waggly tail (highest rating possible). James is a great host - responsive and informative. Stay well, Don 🎺, Liz 🙏 and Willie Boy 🐾

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door. Despite the weather was cold and extremely windy, we enjoyed our stay. the house was in the most beautiful location and there was so much to do. We enjoyed cooking, playing cards and napping in Shelly's home. Speaking of which, she is a top-teir hostess that cares. She was consistently responsive and you can tell she takes pride in her home. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back!

Our stay at was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable—right on the boardwalk, steps from the ocean, and next to the iconic Thrasher’s Fries as well as other delicious food options, with every possible amenity within walking distance. Whether it was morning coffee with an ocean view or an evening stroll along the shops, this spot made our Rehoboth experience truly special. The home itself was immaculate, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. The front sitting room, with its peaceful view of the ocean and surrounding shops, quickly became our favorite place to relax. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a true oceanfront retreat. Colin and Mimi were wonderful—kind, communicative, and accommodating from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Rehoboth, this is it. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, very convenient, especially with a toddler. No restroom on the beach, but can easily walk back and forth from room. Not even 1 minute walk to be right on the beach, just removed from the start of a busy business boardwalk but so close that it makes the walk close. Pool is nice, private. Balcony is very large, cannot see the ocean from it. Condo is spacious, well equipped kitchen of tools. Helpful map and instructions from very responsive and friendly Donna! Dining and local activities guides and games are a helpful touch! Remember to bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, bedsheets, bath towels and laundry detergent!

Debbie was very easy to communicate with and the place was great, views were amazing. Furniture was comfortable and she had great information on the complex and the amenities. We brought our own coffee maker she had a Kuerig , we prefer drip. The place has all you need we were just two but plenty of room for more Thank you again.

Sue's place was absolutely perfect for our five night stay! Great location and an easy walk to the beach and town. The condo was so comfortable and had everything we could ever want. We were greeted with beautiful view of the lake every morning. It was everything we wanted and more. Sue and Don were the perfects hosts, so friendly and helpful! Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time! As a lifetime fan of Rehoboth, staying at Ana’s residence felt like a dream come true. Very accessible to everything in town, yet far enough away to have quiet. My girlfriend and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

As a former local Realtor, I was excited to get the opportunity to find such a rare opportunity to stay here...especially for the affordable price offered. The location is centrally located between Lewes & Rehoboth Beach. We absolutely loved the accommodations and will return several more times! Thank you guys, you made our visit one to remember!
