A city dog's dream! Our two dogs had a great time running around within the large, fenced yard. The yard has several different areas for them to explore, from a lightly wooded area to bushes to an open field. It's quiet and peaceful, with birds in the yard and deer nearby. The kitchen is spacious and makes it easy to cook, and the pantry is well-stocked. The electric water kettle is very convenient. The living room sofa and TV are great, as is the soundbar. The Peloton bike is a nice bonus, and has pedals for both normal and clip-in shoes. A few things we encountered if you stay here: During the winter, it took a while for this large home to heat up, so we kept our winter jackets on for the first day. The stairs up to the second floor weren't the easiest for our dogs; there's also no door separating the master bathroom from the bedroom.

The place was very spacious and more than enough for the 10 people we had stay the weekend. We were all able to hang out in the living room and enjoy time in the basement game room. The heated floors in the bathrooms and separate apartment were a nice touch for the cold days. Hot tub was not in use for the winter but will be a great house in the summer with a lot of property and a pool. The host was very responsive and made check in very easy. I’d recommend the place especially with Mountain Creek nearby and for big groups.

Tommy’s place was the prefect weekend getaway for 4 small families with kids a dogs. The entrance to the place is very private and the house itself it’s huge! Pictures don’t make it justice. Living room is very spacious, enough rooms and bathrooms for everybody and a lot of towels! and the kitchen was furnished with everything we may need. Our favorite part of course was the deck with the grill and the heated pool! Tommy was very responsive with any question we had! Excellent place might look into booking it for another family trip!

This is one of the best place I have ever stayed in. Not only the house was the great, but the community (and its amenities) were great as well. I would definitely recommend this place for big family and i would go back myself as well.

Awesome and very spacious place to stay with family and/or friends!! Just about 8 minutes from Mountain Creek where we had as our group’s main destination. Douglas was extremely helpful and responsive before and during the stay. He was very comprehensive with our situation and flexible regarding specific requests. We are already planning another stay in the same place. Strongly recommend

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

Susan was amazing and so communicative. I will gladly stay there again when I go to visit my family. The house was awesome and had great amenities and the backyard is absolutely relaxing when you need it.

Spent a very relaxing and enjoyable long weekend here with my family of 5 adults. I was a bit apprehensive that not all the amenities would be in good working order or the house not as pictured, (had that experience in a different rental,) but wasted worries, because they absolutely were. We had everything we needed and everything worked. The house was quite cozy and comfortable, even in the cold January weather, and spacious enough for us all to sprawl and separate when we wanted and also gather for meals and games and movies. The location is very picturesque -- even had a family of deer walking through the snowy yard, like an old picture postcard. Would definitely book again. Also Lika, the owner, found a jacket I left behind and kindly, thoughtfully and generously mailed it back same day. Service and consideration-- thank you again!

We had a wonderful winter weekend stay here with our toddler. The hosts left out toys that were perfect for our kiddo and kept her entertained all weekend. The space is comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. We would definitely come back again, winter or summer!

Krystyn was very responsive with any questions that we had. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. We didn't need to text Krystyn once during our stay there because anything we needed was provided. Our family had an amazing and very relaxing weekend. We would definitely come back here again.

We had an excellent time staying at The Lodge at the Dwarfskill Preserve for our family vacation. It was very peaceful and tranquil. The backyard of the lodge had a beautiful stream and waterfalls. My little ones (5 and 3) enjoyed spending time on the back deck/screened in porch. We hiked on the property to see the sights and saw some deer as well. Our host was quick to respond and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Lodge at the Dwarfskill Preserve as a great getaway place from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place, My family and I enjoyed our stay here . Loved the Decor of the apartment, Very clean and spacious. We had no issues what so ever , Looking forward to book another stay for whenever im in that area .

This was our second time staying at the lake house, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Joe and Izzy were the perfect hosts, always there to help and provide any information needed. The house and property continue to be drop-dead gorgeous, but it remains an extremely comfortable and livable home to stay in. This is by far the best Airbnb or VRBO that we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many thanks to Joe and Izzy for creating such a special place.

Shariq was very flexible and accommodating with my group's needs. We were looking for a place to spend New Year together with friends. We needed a place where folks could co-work, and still socialize. The house was perfect, in that we could split into smaller groups to do our own thing, the toddler could take naps in a separate room without disruption, and the surroundings were beautiful. I would like to return when the weather is nice and I can actually take advantage of the beautiful lake right in the back yard!

My stay was quiet, relaxing and the property itself was definitely quiet, and in a very remote location. The house had character, especially the claw tub! The master suite bedroom was huge. Plenty of space and clear views. The game room has a ton of games and activities, so you need nothing! The movie theater is very cool to use with my family. Place is definitely as described and worth the stay! The host reached out and was definitely accessible. What I loved most was the house book- it was well illustrated and gave you everything you needed to know and more- great added touch!

Beautiful property and surroundings. Lots to do - fishing, kayaking, birding, local restaurants. So peaceful - an amazing place to relax.

Thought it was a little expensive, but the house, accommodations, size of bedrooms, access to kayaks, beautiful kitchen, we couldn’t be happier with the weekend. Looking forward to rebooking in the future.

Enjoyed our time here... the area is beautiful and the sunlight filters right in! Was a great place to stay for skiing because it's walkable to the slopes... although its important to know that you need to be able to ski blues (intermediate) in order to get back to the condo. Overall, the place is spotless and it was easy to relax and feel at home. Communication was very responsive which I greatly appreciated!
