The place was exactly as pictured and very well maintained! The host was very responsive and quick to answer any messages. The place was very well maintained and a great experience!

We had a wonderful time staying at Amanda’s lake house, so much so that we extended our trip. It the perfect cozy, warm cabin that we were hoping for. It was so nice sitting by the lake and watching the day go by

The view!!!! I mean really, the view!!! Absolutely stunning! The back deck was like a painting, perfect arrangement of trees with all the colors of a fall rainbow, while providing a frame for the still waters of the lake. The house provided many options for sleeping and the kitchen was all that would be needed to cook meals. The basement had games for those needing an activity and the host provided an assortment of watercraft for those wanting to go in the water. Did I mention the view? If you need to relax then this place is where you need to be!

Krystyn was very responsive with any questions that we had. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. We didn't need to text Krystyn once during our stay there because anything we needed was provided. Our family had an amazing and very relaxing weekend. We would definitely come back here again.

Very happy with the experience. There are stairs to get to the house but the house is as advertised and the owner was considerate and communicated well. We would return.

Nice to stay at a home that is so nicely furnished. Felt right at home in this beautiful lakefront home. Perfect location and wonderful views. The open floorplan made for a perfect gathering space. Will stay again and recommend!!!

This place was an excellent getaway. the whole place is clean and very easily laid out. amenities out the wazoo including high quality tp, extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, multiple chargers by every bedside, breakfast foods stocked, robes, tons of hangers, a very helpful binder with tons of ideas, etc. The fish outside are so cute and it's clear that when it is warmer there will be lots of plants growing through the garden. Everything was labeled incredibly well and there were very thoughtful touches throughout. The shower head felt incredible and the bed was heavenly. They clearly work to make the space safe and comfortable for both kids and adults. we would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this stay if you can get it.

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and had the most amazing time. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a cozy vibe—twinkling lights, a fireplace, relaxing music and just the perfect atmosphere for a romantic weekend. Everything was incredible clean and neat! It was exactly what we were hoping for. Dana and Wolter were communicative and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything go very smoothly. The jacuzzi was awesome! We spent the nights under the stars, and the sky was absolutely It was a truly special experience!

Exactly as described. Beautiful view, area, and peaceful. The wood stove was an added plus given the cold snap while we were there, and the firewood was plentiful. Pearce was a very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

Just spent a long weekend at Eric's place. It was wonderful. Nice and quiet. The House Has everything. And two rooms with King Beds is unheard of in Rentals. Great for Two couples to share. The Downstairs is devoted to Fun! Games, Games and more games. And with both levels having Decks, and sitting areas, you can really hang out on either. Being March we didn't get to really hang outside (weather didn't Cooperate), but sitting at the Dinning room table looking at the Lake was nice. Wonderful time, and we would come back.

Once again, my family enjoyed a wonderful few days together in this beautiful home. Every detail has been taken care of- from the fireplace being ready to go upon arrival, to the cozy blankets and fully equipped kitchen, Erin has thought of it all. Nothing better than getting away from the city to read by the fire with lake views and a cozy fire. Perfect summary was my 5 year old nephew saying “this house feels like a hug!”

My family and I rented Ava’s home over Christmas and it was the best AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. The house was very well stocked and truly had everything we needed. We had a 5 year old with us and she loved all the toys available. The space was truly beautiful and Aga was responsive and proactive with everything. We knew just what to expect. Truly above and beyond a 5-star experience-we hope to find an open time this summer to return!

I recently vacationed at Cozy cottage in Lake Hopatcong. The hosts John and David, were welcoming, cordial, and accommodating. Quick to respond to my questions or concern. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home with thoughtful amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, nice touch. Cozy cottage clean and stylish with a well equipped kitchen. The setting is tranquil and scenic with multilayered sitting areas (dock, deck, fire pit) to view the lake. In the evening relaxing by the gas fire pit in the upper sitting area was peaceful and relaxing. Cozy cottage was a great getaway. Can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at David’s lake house. The house itself was spacious and comfortable and the lake was steps away. It is a peaceful neighborhood and we enjoyed walking around the area. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend David’s lake house.

Absolutely lovely lake house and we loved every minute and wished we could have stayed longer. Bob was great in providing instructions and information, and was very flexible. There is good parking for 3 cars, pictures and description is very accurate. You do have to walk down a path and steps to the house (as pictured), and the three main bedrooms are upstairs. The views are the lake are fantastic! And the covered porch on the back of the house looking out over the lake is just wonderful. This was a very special gathering of lifelong friends for a wedding celebration nearby and it was such a great place to stay to enjoy spending time together in a beautiful setting. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked with everything needed to cook and prepare meals, great appliances and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker (preferred) is provided. Wifi worked well. Bathrooms very clean. Lovely linens, bedding and towels provided. Bob was a wonderful host and this is a wonderful gem of a place.

We had a wonderful stay! It was even more beautiful in person. The fireplace was amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked. the host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our long weekend at the lake house. Great views of the lake and the home is well equipped with lots of board games, TVs, a projector, great sound system, dart board, foosball and more. We were in the dead of the winter and can imagine how its even more fun in the summer when you can grab the boats and head out onto the lake.

We had a fantastic stay at Natalia’s place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Host was incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. We especially appreciated their quick communication, thoughtful touches, or a cozy ambiance and more over a private estate with a Great Lake view. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!☺️🙏

This place needs a 6-star rating. The location is serene and absolutely stunning; the cabin faces a small island. It’s well-heated, had everything we need, and is perfect for a 4-person cabin retreat. Cynthia and Warren greeted us on our arrival, and they were super kind and hospitable. Thank you Cindy, we created some magical memories at your place.

My friends and I had an amazing time. Such a beautiful place! Hopefully this can be our annual location for our trip.

Indian lake is holy ground. I’m a level 5 empath and energy worker. Ancient wisdom energy beings thrive wi th tallman state park behind the house and the fauna and healthy ecosystem speak for itself. In these three day visit we saw 1) 2 Pilated woodpecker’s 2) a family of 6 bears replete with a cub hugging a tree 3) a great grey heron with 7 foot wing span 4) a gaggle of giant crows and 5) a lone HUGE black bear > 600 lbs. if nature is your cup of tea Lionel’s your man. Thanks again we will be back!
