Had a chance to stay here during the most busiest time of the year in Chiang Mai -- the yee peng festival! I was out of time of the day but everything here gives so much local vibes! From the wooden house, the door, the bed and all. Its also peace and quiet. No issues with wifi too. AC works well and theres also a fan inside and table and chairs. People there are so nice and always greets you with a smile. They also have a cute cat around! Overall I had a pleasant stay! Thank you so much!

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

Great value place. Location is amazing. Very close to Chiang Mai gate and night markets. You can easily get to other locations by scooter or grab. There is scooter rental around the corner. Rooms are decent, I stayed for 1 month and it was adequate if you’re looking for something reasonably priced without facilities like pool or gym.

Prin and his family , especially his Mum was very welcoming. I really enjoyed all the time I have spent there. I was feelling very safe staying in a guest house and I had a lot of advises from Prin when I arrived. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you plan to study at the sunshine school. Prin is keeping the bangalow so clean and comfortable and you will definitely enjoy the private place which is surrounded with Banana trees. Amazing the taste of this Banana. I believe the remaining banana species in the world that isn't genetically modified YET. if you would like to visit the Old city, just use BOLT app, so affordable !!!

We had a great stay here! Korry was extremely helpful right from booking all the way to check out. Went above and beyond to help in all ways.

Pin und Alan sind tolle Gastgeber als ich in der Unterkunft ankam ging mein Telefon nicht Pin hat mich direkt in das nächste Einkaufszentrum gefahren in einem Telekom shop vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Jeden Tag bekam ich 2 Flaschen Wasser geschenkt und konnte meine Wäsche waschen sehr angenehm. Eine tolle sichere sehr ruhige schöne Gegend etwas ausserhalb des Stadt Zentrums. Mit Grab car ist man schnell und günstig im Geschehen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Stanza a due passi dal centro con bagno ed un balcone incluso . La stanza è bellissima, pulita e dotata di molti servizi( anche un frigorifero), letti spaziosi e comodi. Personale gentilissimo ed il check-in è stato facilissimo. Sono molto soddisfatto e tornerei sicuramente.

从清迈到湄林公路旅行偶然入住的民宿，实际比照片要好看许多。整个建筑依山而建，毗邻一条小溪。装修现代化，占地面积大，私密性好。有漂亮的泳池（可惜没时间游啦），电视可以看网飞，油管。洗手间干净，淋浴设施好。房间临近小溪，能听到潺潺的水深很惬意～总得来说这里适合喜欢宁静的山林，但又想要有舒适的住宿体验的旅行者。 During a road trip from Chiang Mai to Mae Rim, I stumbled upon a charming homestay. This homestay is much more beautiful than the photos show. The entire structure is built into the mountainside, adjacent to a small stream. The decor is modern, the property is spacious, and it offers great privacy. There's a beautiful swimming pool (though I didn't have time to take a dip), and the TV provides access to Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom is clean, and the shower facilities are excellent. The room is close to the stream, and the soothing sound of flowing water creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this place is perfect for travelers who enjoy the tranquility of mountain forests but also desire a comfortable accommodation experience.

The house is nicer than the picture, really love the balcony view and door frame is solid wood. Toilet is so spacious and clean. Yes, it’s a bit noisy in the night, owner also provide the ear bud which helps, location is super good! Near JJ market and NINMAN

It was a wonderful experience staying here. The hosts were friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable all through out 6 months. They were responsive and always helpful with their notices or advice regarding the weather conditions or news in the local area. I cant stress how gracious the hosts were in making us feel at home, we never felt like we were in another persons house but rather, always feeling relaxed in our own home. The home itself is lovely and has everything one needs for a long stay. I have no complaints after staying here for 6 months and the time that passed felt like a breeze because I did not feel anything lacking from the start of my stay to the end. This was in part due to the exisiting amenities and the other part was the effort of the hosts to provide for anything additional that was needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much for everything!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Chiang Mai bei Parichart, unter Anderem weil wir uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und vor Ort ist alles was man braucht, vom Frühstück bis zu den guten Tipps was man in Chiang Mai alles unternehmen kann. Das frische Obst und die Ruhe trotz zentraler Lage hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Rice Barn and Rooms is indeed a home away from home for my family and i. We had an amazing experience from the moment we were picked up from the airport to the day we departed. Al and Nok are more than superhosts who made us feel at home, and shared truly wonderful recommendations that allowed us to experience true Chiang Mai gems. Rice Barnes and Rooms is clearly build and managed with loads of love and creativity inspiring and inducing serenity, peace, and we have clearly left a piece of our hearts back there.

Excellent stay- for sure this will be our go-to place when in Chiang Mai. Our room was spacious, clean and had plenty of wardrobe space to organize and put away our things. I work online (involving video calls) and the internet was always fast and never went away. The shower water temperature is stable and gets very hot! The bed was super comfortable with nice soft, clean linens. There aren't too many rooms so it's never too crowded- definitely not a party/hostel vibe, but still friendly. At night there is a restaurant on site! Also there's a common kitchen you can use, as well as a full size fridge. Laundry services are available on site. Staying here just feels like staying in someone's home- you feel cared for and just at peace. The hosts are always there for you and there are a few resident cats too! The surrounding area is super walkable with plenty of great restaurants and shops. Maya center is an easy 20 minute walk away, or a cheap Grab taxi ride.

Excellent location- ideal for Nimman and old town, but suuuper quiet building and street. Amy was extremely helpful with advice on transport to her place, as well as finding events and activities that she thought would interest me. Super friendly and welcoming, and her two staff are both excellent.
