Petar was an exemplary host. The apartment was spotless with a beautiful view. Petar was so kind and thoughtful, checked in with me regularly and offered to drive me to the store. He invited me for coffee one day and gave me a great history of Montenegro and the surrounding areas. I am happy to call him my friend.

We had a great stay at Sanja’s place. Sanja was really friendly and a great host. It was great value for money and about 20-25 minutes to the old town. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

Jelena was very quick to respond and helped with various questions, not only those related to accommodation. For example, she recommended excursions and the best places in the area, and also gave me advice on tourist registration. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jelena's apartment! Thank you!

Biljana is a great host, very helpful and caring. Her apartment is spacious and comfortable, has washing machine, air conditioning etc. It was a pleasure to stay here ;)

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

The house itself was great but the road in was very tight and difficult to navigate.

pobyt u Macy i Marko będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. byliśmy tam miesiąc mieliśmy do dyspozycji cały dom z 2 tarasami w tym jeden na dachu z widokiem na morze. Maca opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt, obdarowała mojego wnuka zabawkami i często bawiła się z nim. Przez cały okres mieliśmy dużo gości co wiązało się z częstą zmianą pościeli i ręczników, z czym nie było żadnego problemu. Pyszne figi z jej drzewa były do naszej dyspozycji, a winogrona, smaczny z nich sok czy arbuzy, to tylko niektóre podarunki, którymi nas rozpieszczała. Nawet ładowarkę, którą zostawiliśmy odesłała nam do Polski. Jej życzliwość będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. Pobyt przerósł nasze oczekiwania.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

El edificio es nuevo y la habitación estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Kotor. El entorno es hermoso y muy tranquilo, y tiene unas vistas espectaculares a la bahía de Kotor. La comunicación con Jaroslav fue fluida y cordial. Muchas gracias!

For a Roman, great, for a Spartan, heaven. Indulge, the organisation is perfect, the location magical - who even thinks about higher end in an OLD TOWN of a great city. Enjoy!

Всё очень понравилось!! Jelena — потрясающая хозяйка, всегда была на связи, принесла нам красивые бокалы для вина, встречала и провожала! В доме есть всё, что нужно для отдыха на море, а для моей больной спины хозяйка принесла 2 мягких матраса, что сделало отдых ещё лучше. Моя однозначная рекомендация! 100 из 10! Вернёмся сюда ещё!

Отличные апартаменты за свою цену, из больших видовых окон в пол открывается великолепный вид на горы и море, есть балкон. Номер светлый и чистый, свежий ремонт, есть все необходимое, хороший душ и кухонный уголок, кондиционер. Место тихое и уютное. Находится в 20 минутах ходьбы от пляжа и магазина. Хозяин дает полезные инструкции. Нам очень понравилось и мы рекомендует это место и сами с удовольствие сняли бы эти апартаменты еще раз.

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
