Wow! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home and yard to stay and entertain in Yuba City. We have typically stayed with family when visiting, but we have found our new go to vacation home when visiting there. Our kids loved the pool, play set, and other outdoor activities. There was plenty of outdoor seating to host our entire family. Everyone was so impressed with the home. Leslie was responsive to every question or concern we had within minutes of each one. It was great to meet her in person when she came by to blow up additional pool floats for us and our extended family. Thank you again! And we look forward to seeing you soon.

This was a great place for us to stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We needed to extend our stay and were given that opportunity.

Kimberly's home is amazing, spacious, and remote in a great way. We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday there and it allowed great opportunities for people to get together and plenty of space in the kitchen to have food service but never feel crowded. Master bedroom is enormous and has a stellar bathroom. Other rooms are significantly smaller, but still great. Keep in mind that 3 of them have 3 small beds, which is good for kids. Didn't get to try the pool this winter, but maybe next time. Also, GOATS! They are incredibly sweet and a nice reminder that you're not in a regular neighborhood. Lots of stars out at night as well. Kimberly is very responsive and helpful at every step. Highly recommend if you need a getaway, just be sure to check the pantry because the nearest supermarket is about 30 minutes away. Internet can be spotty, but it was never an issue. Overall a great property and very good communication from the host. Highly recommend.

Close to Walmart & very clean. However there is a rooster next door that starts every morning at 4am. 🫠 lol other than that, everything was great.

This is a wonderful place to stay in every regard. It was spotless and inviting with comfortable beds, furniture, laundry, and kitchenware. I also appreciated how spacious and uncluttered the floor plan is. I would definitely stay here again. Great host and safe, quiet location.

This was our second stay at Michael’s picturesque loft. Everything was perfect and there wasn’t one thing that could have been added to make our stay better. Michael’s property is a little piece of paradise on a stately avenue in the grand part of Yuba City. We stayed with our dog this time and we enjoyed walking under the trees to the nearby park. Michael is warm and welcoming, his loft is supremely comfortable and peaceful, and we felt right at home. The views from the upstairs are soothing to city eyes as well! We look forward to returning when we are back in town.

This place was exactly what we needed while traveling with a small child, we were able to have her in a separate room and everything was clean and well taken care of! We even had access to the vacuum. Which was such a help when our toddler smashed her Pringles in the rental car.

Had to book this house at the last minute because the other place I rented canceled me 1 minute before check in, I only needed 1 night but this house has a 2 night minimum. We left early the next day and he refunded me part of the cost for the second night, which he didn’t have to do. Its a nice, comfortable house.

House is well maintained. Little ways out town in a peaceful setting. Amenities are excellent!

We really appreciated the quick responses we got from Art and Brenda. Their home was nice, but comfortable. We got permission to have our kids visit for the evening, from Sacramento, which was great! Along with a little extra surprise 💞 Thank You Art!! Everything we needed for our short stay was available as well. And very clean!
