Suvereto : locations de vacances avec terrasse

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Appartamento ideale per una coppia, pulito e fornito del necessario per passare una bella vacanza! Dotato di un piccolo balcone con un affaccio molto bello sulla pineta. Situato in una zona tranquilla, ma ricca di servizi come ristoranti, bar e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. Gli host sono molto disponibili e reattivi. Ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare in futuro!

sono stata presso questa casa per il trail dell'Elba con 2 amici. comodissima come posizione, a piedi qualche minuto sei in centro e sulla spiaggia. la casa ha Parcheggio interno, ed è spaziosa e pulita all'interno e con tutti i confort. Cucina ultra accessoriata già comprensiva di tutti i condimenti, caffè, zucchero, tè, tisane. idem per il bagno con sapone e tutti i detersivi per la pulizia. la host Serena e la sua mamma Rita sono state perfette e gentilissime! grazie, spero di poter tornare presto!!!!

Elena and Enrico were super friendly, the place was extremly relaxing we wished to stay more than 3 days after spending time at the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic stuff.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Ramona è una host molto gentile e accogliente L' appartamento è nuovissimo, molto pulito, confortevole. Corrisponde alle foto pubblicate sul sito. E' situato appena fuori dal centro di Portoferraio, in una zona tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze ci sono parcheggi gratuiti, negozi, alcuni ristoranti e un centro commerciale . E' un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare l'isola d'Elba.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

La casa ha una posizione molto comoda per la spiaggia ed è fornita di tutti i servizi, incluso il wifi (comodo poiché non c'è molta copertura di rete in zona). Cinzia è stata molto gentile e reattiva, anche quando abbiamo dovuto ritardare il check-in per un imprevisto.

Virkelig dejligt hus hvor vi følte os hjemme med det samme. Smuk udsigt. Louise havde sørget for at der var alt vi skulle bruge da vi rejste med en baby. Hun svarede med det samme på vores spørgsmål og var super hjælpsom og sød. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

A deux pas de la belle Sienne, rez-de-chaussée de villa agréable et spacieux. Grands espaces, belles sdb. Super équipement général (cave à vin !) mais ni tasses ni mugs. Pas d'huile ou de condiments ( sel). Très dommage surtout à la vue de la prestation générale. par contre capsules cafés en nombre suffisant. Presque parfait donc !

Lucia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin die immer erreichbar ist. Die Unterkunft ist total schön gelegen, fussläufig zum Meer und trotzdem ruhig. Auto ist allerdings hilfreich, allein schon um die tolle Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Betten sind für Personen ab 1,90 m leider etwas zu kurz. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung einfach , zweckmäßig und sauber. Uns hat es gefallen.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

Luogo tranquillo e vicino pure ai supermercati, pure a piedi si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo con al massimo una mezz'ora di camminata, casa molto bella e ben arredata

We have a family of 6 with 4 daughters. We were nervous about our first trip to Rome but this is the perfect place to stay for a family. We walked to all the attractions in Rome like the pantheon, the Vatican, the collesseum, and many basilicas. Perfect location and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. Maria was very helpful and responsive to all our questions and was the perfect host. 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!

Die Gastgeberin konnte zum früheren Check in nicht da sein, aber sie hat uns so gute und verständliche Anweisungen geschickt, daß wir die Wohnung alleine öffnen und betreten konnten. Eleonora ist eine ausnehmend angenehme und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden. Sie hat alle wichtigen Punkte ausführlich und gut mit uns besprochen und war immer schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war warm, der Wasserdruck in Bad und Küche war sehr gut und auch heißes Wasser war reichlich da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar, der Weg in die Stadt (ca. 10 Minuten) ist selbst nach einem langen Tag noch gut zu bewältigen. Diese Unterkunft kann ich sehr empfehlen, wer Wert auf eine ruhige Wohnlage und ausreichend Parkplätze legt ist hier genau richtig. Die Altstadt von Grosseto ist sehr sehenswert, man fühlt sich hier wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Lesley qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement. L'appartement est très bien décoré et très agréable, et est un très bon point de départ pour découvrir tous les beaux villages et paysages du Val d’Orcia. L’appartement est situé dans un petit village, en pleine nature et est très calme et bien équipé. Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse :-)

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
