I wish I had booked for more than one night—the Ramadan atmosphere in Muscat is truly wonderful! We rented a boat trip with dinner for just 10 OMR, and I really wish I had more time to have a barbecue on the balcony. I will definitely book this place again! The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. The design is truly impressive! The port is just 5 minutes away from the apartment, and the best part is that its location makes it easy to enjoy Muscat in every direction! You can also book a boat trip to explore the beautiful sea views.

Our host Salim made us feel right at home as soon as we completed our booking. Gave us loads of information about the area, easy-to-follow instructions on how to find the place and prompt communication whenever needed. The place was pristine, clean and cool in the heat of the beautiful Oman. Being close to the motorway, it was very easy to get into Muscat, but also allowed for a quite getaway when needed. Salim has truly provided a wonderful place for anyone plans on coming to Oman.

We had the best stay ever. The host was very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information to help us find our way around. The pool was clean and was being cleaned daily. The accommodation was also very clean and lovingly furnished. The weather is perfect at this time of year. We place great value on privacy, and the property as well as the pool were not visible to the outside. The host even allowed us to check out later since our return flight was in the evening. This made our stay very enjoyable until the last minute. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back. Thank you very much, Khalid!

This is the 5th time I’ve stayed st this apartment. There’s a 24 hour supermarket, great food and drink options and the apartment itself is really well equipped and in a great location.

Luxury Flat Near Muscat Mall

I loved staying in Ahmed's place. Mainly because he was so responsive to my messages and his flat was too big and clean. The flat had everything we need and i have no issues at all. Even when i told he that i have to check out a night earlier becuae i had death in the family, he asked me to amend the check out and get the last night refunded. I will come back to his place in future. Thanks Ahmed. Love from Bahrain.

We really enjoyed our stay at Naseer’s place. The location is fantastic—convenient, with access to the pool, walking distance to one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen, and right by the walkway and waterfront. Our kids absolutely loved it! Naseer is an excellent host, always ready to respond and answer questions, even late in the evening. Five stars all the way!

A’idah opulence villa

Logement très grand correspondant exactement à la description. Il est fonctionnel et le fait d'avoir une salle de bain par chambre était très appréciable. Il y avait aussi savon dans chaque pièce d'eau, sel, poivre, sucre, .... tout ce qu'il est difficile d'amener ainsi que des petites attentions (eau fraiche dans le frigo, biscuits, chaussons à disposition) . A'idah est réactive et elle a toujours répondu à nos attentes (nous sommes tombés en panne de gaz un soir à 20h et à 21h30 la bouteille avait été remplacée par une société qu'elle a contactée). Le quartier est sécurisé par une société privée (mais on ne se sent pas en insécurité à Oman). Le logement est tout près de l'autoroute et d'un grand supermarché. Par contre, il est situé juste au dessus Mascate et la plupart de nos excursions ont eu lieu au sud ce qui nous a obligé à faire la route mais le réseau autoroutier est très développé.

We had a great stay here. Location is good with a few restaurants within walking distance and also close to the airport. Place was spotless. Beds were comfortable and super helpful to have 2.5 bathrooms. Fridge was stocked with lots of chilled bottles of water. Bader is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again! :)

The property is clean, the location is great and has many hypermarkets/mall and restaurants around. The secondary bathroom is small for an above average built person; kitchen could be better equipped and side tables could be a plus for the second room with twin beds. Salim is very responsive and was always available on text. He accommodated our late check out request which is very nice of him to do. Overall I would recommend his place.

What a great place. It was right next to the beaches and a super peaceful neighborhood. Place was clean, bright and comfortable. The gym and pool were wonderful. Would stay again.

We were traveling from salalah to dubai and decided to stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy and comfortable to stay in. It was a very luxurious villa, and we enjoyed our stay there. Most importantly, the host was very nice and responsive.

Staying at this villa is an amazing experience. The villa itself is luxurious, elegant, clean, spacious, and a work of art. It is exquisite on any level. It is near the highway yet away from it to provide peace and quiet. The villa has everything you can imagine or will need. The furniture is beyond elegant, rich, and comfortable, and the service you will get there is more than excellent. You will get royal treatment and feel very pampered. Your stay will be super comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable and luxurious. There are no words or photos that can do justice to this villa. I fell in love with it and hope I will get the chance to stay there again. So, I urge everyone who might be the slightest interest to stay there to please try it. You will have a wonderful experience. I guarantee it.

Bedankt Issa voor het verblijf en dat je altijd bereikbaar bent! Ook de housekeeper was altijd bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Huis was groot genoeg voor een gezin van 5 personen, we hebben genoten van het zwembad, airco in ieder kamer inclusief eigen douche, grote kamer had een jaccuzi, wasmachine, strijkijzer waren ook aanwezig. In de omgeving genoeg leuke restaurantjes voor zowel toetjes als eten, hypermarket Lulu was ook in de buurt.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Ahmed und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit mehr ausgestattet als man jemals brauchen kann. Die Küche ist mehr als vollwertig!!!! Ahmed ist ein sehr herzlicher, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Mit seiner freundlichen, zurückhaltenden Art hat er uns begeistert.
