The place was fantastic. The host was even more fantastic. I would go there just to visit with Erik again. Such a cozy place!!

My Father-in-law was looking for a pace to ride out the hurricane in Florida. Eric did a great job of being a host as well as a friend. Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect at margaritas . pictures represented the property well and it was clean. We would stay again.

This was one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is right here on the property. See it’s listed for sale which makes me sad because this was our first time and we already can’t wait to go back 10/10 stay couldn’t ask for anything better great property!!

Eric was very communicative and a very gracious host. The cabin was cozy and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful, exactly what we needed. We spent a good majority of our time in the swim spa that seemed to melt away the stress of every day life. We got steaks from Mobley's, absolutely delicious. Very satisfied and a wonderful anniversary getaway

This place is really great. If you think your dogs wont dig though, they probably will lol the property seems mostly fenced all around so our dogs actually stayed in the yard & listened well. The house is perfectly kept and the rugs help so much with the sand. The house is close to Ginnie Springs, Ichetucknee, & many others. We ate at the Wash, Chompers & Sandy Point restaurants, they were all great chompers being the best actually. Bed slept fine for us, and the couch. Water pressure is great for the shower and AC is probably best youll ever find in a house. Great big porch & lots of room for gathering. We will be bath to visit the other springs!

This property and home were perfect for my family- including the dogs! My kids loved the games around the porch and the open area to run and play. The view of the river is exceptional. We had a great time exploring the river on kayaks thanks to the convenience of launching from their dock.

This place is fabulous. Here is some info based on my experience: -Owner is lovely and responsive. -2 Bedrooms- 1 has 2 singles, 1 has a queen. Ample bedding and pillows -Main area of the home is an open space divided into a kitchen and living area. Kitchen has ample cooking/eating items to use. Living area has a couch, a few other chairs and a TV. Counter top space between the kitchen living area with chairs around it for eating. -Off the living room is a large screened in porch with tables/chairs. -Internet, satellite TV, heat, and A/C all work. -A long raised deck connects the home to the water. In the winter, with the bare trees, we could see the river from the house. Plenty of space at the end of the dock to sit and enjoy the river. We had our paddle boards and did a few paddles between the house, Ichetucknee park (favorite was from north entrance to the house), and the Sante Fe River. Convenient to be able to put in/take out on the Ichetucknee! -We will return!

In the perfect if you like going to natural springs and also need a quiet getaway! The house is so nice and the host is wonderful!! Highly recommend booking a stay.

Had such a great stay at this cabin. We wanted a remote get away and this was the perfect spot. It was so peaceful and quiet. You could listen to the owls put you to sleep at night. The stars were also so visible. The place was clean and had that nostalgic cabin in the woods feel. The porch was super relaxing to have your morning coffee and watch all the wildlife. Also there was a ton of outdoors stuff to do near by. Iris was a great host. She provided clear instructions and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the nest, the fire pit was awesome! Would recommend!

We had a great stay in Alfonso's Airbnb! Such a beautiful piece of land, very peaceful, with some fenced in pigs, chickens, and roosters as "neighbors" which were an added bonus! The house itself was beautiful, well maintained, and perfect for a staycation with friends. I saw in other reviews that they had challenges with figuring out the shower, but Alfonso was quick at answering our questions and the shower worked fine for us after following his instructions. Something I knew from other reviews was that many of the beds are bunk beds in a loft space, which worked well for our group, and there are 2 bedrooms. Also, you pull down a sandy drive to get to the home which was not a problem for our cars, but important to know so you're confident that you're in the right place! Overall, 10/10 experience if you're looking for a beautiful place to spend time in with a big group.

This property was probably one of my favorite rentals thus far as it was very private perfectly as described if not better in person. The host was efficient at communicating always responding within 15 minutes. She very graciously accepted my request for an extra day as it was open, this is a beautiful space both for couples and for families as there is an upper compartment With three beds the house is beautiful and the sunsets from the screen porch are unmatched unless of course you walk down this beautiful trail, which is part of the property onto the dock where you can relax with several chairs you can fish or just enjoy the gorgeous sunset as well as the boats and swimmers that pass by This was a very healing experience for me and I highly recommend. The host is entirely transparent about the well water, so the only thing would be to definitely bring your own drinking water, but everything is entirely transparent, kayaks, 2 fire places on property, very worth every penny Ty Sydney!

We booked Jessica's Cabin for our kids who needed shelter from a hurricane. Jessica was extremely responsive to our questions and immediately accepted our request to book her cabin. While we didn't stay in the cabin ourselves, we heard that it was quaint and, given the circumstances, a lovely place to stay.
