Excellent experience great place to stay very clean and comfortable along with great location I’ll be back.

Our stay included 4 adults, 3 children (ranging from ages 11-17) and 2 dogs. We stayed for 3 nights and are excited to go back. The cabin was exactly as described. It was easy to find yet away from noise and major roads. From the moment we got there the kids immediately took out the kayaks and explored the Santa Fe river. We saw manatee, river otter and plenty of fish. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking (which we did every meal) that was a real money saver as going out is expensive. The grill was clean and the fire pit is a solo stove which was nice since it is smokeless. It was nice to sit out by the fire at night and make smores. I can’t say enough great things about the property and about our host. Melissa was very responsive. Whenever I had questions about the area she responded quickly with extensive information which was very much appreciated. Like I said at the start, we are looking forward to going back again.

Easy to find, restaurants and shopping minutes away. Very quiet. Plenty of games to enjoy after hours. Tv in every room. Host are VERY responsive.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The large screened-in porch overlooking the river was perfect for morning tea and dining—we spent most of our time there. The house is also in a great location, close to many springs. The hosts were communicative and made the experience seamless. I would definitely return!

Property was serene, couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! Gerardo was an amazing host, very communicative, flexible, and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend to get back with nature!

We so appreciated the peaceful surroundings, right on the Suwannee River. We brought our canoe and launched it from the property! We used a local outfitter to pick us up downstream. The home is well appointed and comfortable; it also has a large spacious deck, partially covered, that overlooks the river, and is perfect for morning coffee and late afternoon happy hours. Christopher was highly responsive, even months before check-in, he advised us on canoe landings along the river. Recommend bringing bottled water as the fridge doesn’t have a water dispenser. We hope to stay here again next spring! It’s the “real” Florida”!

Little House is in a great location being in the country but close enough to town and other areas are easy to drive to. The house was comfortable for 3 adults and 2 children under 2 years. The kids loved walking in the grass and being able to see animals. everything was as described. I loved reading about the history of the decor and furniture in the house. I had asked for a place to have a campfire and the hosts were gracious enough to have a firepot set up with firewood. I would stay here again with more family members.

This cabin was the most amazing stay… So convenient to the water… Our family thoroughly enjoyed the location and just how peaceful everything was…

This was our second stay at Manatee Ranch. It was as enjoyable as our first. Diane is super quick to respond to any questions. The property was as peaceful and well-maintained as before. Plenty of bicycles, canoes , kayaks, and floats available to use. We came with our grandkids again, and they had an amazing time. On Tuesday we had the entire river to ourselves! We relaxed and took a two hour float down the Itchetucknee and saw all kinds of water fowl, turtles and even a manatee! The camper set up is so easy, and there's plenty of room to pitch tents, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back next year! Perfect location if you are planning to go to the springs. Peaceful neighborhood. Large fenced in yard for your pups. Easy check-in. The home was clean. Lots of amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Thomas!

We had a lovely stay here. We floated the nearby Ichetucknee spring at the state park south entrance it was absolutely beautiful and perfect weather. At the campsite, we used the grill and dock where we fished a little and we spent a lot of time on all the nearby springs as well. We didn’t use the park pass that Jerry provides but now that we are more familiar with the area we probably would if we visit again. We saw the parks on our float.. very nice neighborhood and spots to put in a kayak. This property is private and peaceful.

Paul has been great and very communicative! It was great having fresh eggs available as well! The place is cozy and tucked privately on the lot! Very clean RV and well taken care of!

This is our third year using Pete's Place while attending the Florida Folk Festival. It's a nice relaxing home which fits our needs perfectly, thanks!

This place was nice and peaceful. It was a great experience for my Grandkids coming from a city to the country. it was very clean and we enjoyed the wild life (deers) I recommend this place you will enjoy it I will be back next year

This property and home were perfect for my family- including the dogs! My kids loved the games around the porch and the open area to run and play. The view of the river is exceptional. We had a great time exploring the river on kayaks thanks to the convenience of launching from their dock.

This was our second time staying at Erick’s home and we love it! It’s beautiful and well maintained. We absolutely will be back again!

We had an amazing time in the backyard by the fire pit with the family and our pet. Would love to come back in the near future what a beautiful property what a beautiful experience. I will definitely recommend for anybody that wants to have a nice peaceful time with the family

This was one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is right here on the property. See it’s listed for sale which makes me sad because this was our first time and we already can’t wait to go back 10/10 stay couldn’t ask for anything better great property!!

Very private and peaceful for our group of friends! Great TV, wi-fi, hottub -- all the amenities you'd expect from somewhere in the city, without any of the noise and neighbors. An awesome find! Would definitely recommend :)

Eric was very communicative and a very gracious host. The cabin was cozy and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful, exactly what we needed. We spent a good majority of our time in the swim spa that seemed to melt away the stress of every day life. We got steaks from Mobley's, absolutely delicious. Very satisfied and a wonderful anniversary getaway

Wir waren das zweite Mal am Santa Fe River und auch diesmal hat es uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich wegen dem Camp Manatee, dem Cam Manatee Team und dem Keg Room. Nicht nur das, auch wegen dem Deck, wo wir wir immer, Stundenlange die Stille, den Santa Fe River mit den fliegenden Fischen, Tiergeräuschen, Vollmond genossen haben. Wir können das Haus und das Team nur empfehlen....es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt...

The lodge on the Santa Fe was peaceful and magical. Location on the river was perfect. We put in our pontoon boat at a local boat ramp and spent the days on the river tubing and having fun. The house had plenty of space both inside and out for our extended family - it was very comfortable. Super close to the Ichetucknee river and springs.

Comfortable space for a big family with big dogs. The house is really thoughtfully furnished and laid out. You can tell this place is an actual vacation home that Debbie's family really uses and loves, not just a rental.
