Beautiful home. Very comfortable and spotless clean. Kitchen was great, everything we needed. Kristin was kind and accommodating, stayed in touch. We loved the location, historic homes and good restaurants near.

Great place to stay for access to High Springs. I am only speaking from a cave diving aspect but my future asks would be a place to hang drysuits and other wet diving gear and a check-out time of 11a or 12 instead of 10a.

Viv’s place was immaculate. She was very responsive to all questions I had and was very considerate. If you’re planning a trip to Ocala, Williston, Gainesville or any other surrounding area, I highly recommend Viv’s place. It’s a beautiful spot for a quiet get away.

Cottontail Manor was a beautiful home away from home! We had plenty of space for our family and it was well stocked. We loved the proximity to TCC so we rented a golf cart to get around. We hope to stay again!

We loved our stay in Eustis. Close location to everything we were looking to go do and home was lovely. So nice to get a welcome basket upon arrival with a few snacks and treats for our stay. Thanks for a great stay

We loved staying at this Airbnb! We like the modern look and the spaciousness of the three bedroom and two bath unit. We especially liked the fact that we were very close to Lake Sumter Landing and not too far from Brownwood or Spanish Springs Square. The house was very close to the community pool, and we enjoyed talking to the friendly residents who live in the area. Although we went out to eat most of the time for our dinner, there were plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and almost anything you would need if you were wanting to prepare most of your meals at the home. We give this very high marks for all of the amenities!

Briana was amazing and allowed us to check in early due to the severe weather in the area that day. She coordinated with her housekeeping team and was able to facilitate an early check in which helped us tremendously. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Cathy and Dale were wonderful hosts!! Myself, my boyfriend and his brother drove from Maine to Florida for “Swampfest” in Waldo. The space was perfect for all of us and we had everything we could have asked for provided from Cathy and Dale! (Thank you for the treats!! They were perfect for our quests and long drives!) These two go above and beyond to provide comfort and ease with your check in and check out. Their home and space is adorable and a literal home away from home. Definitely get a chance to sit on the dock or on the back porch for the views, breeze, and sunshine! Our trip was full of exploring, so the bnb was primarily used for night, and it was AMAZING to come back, shower, eat, and sleep! Their home was perfect for our stay. I cannot express more about their gratitude and generosity! Thank yall again so much!!!

Had a great time in JAX! This spot was a great home base to go all over the northeast coast of Fl. Very clean and nice bathroom!

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

Love love love! Felt right at home. It just felt like me and my sister, the colors, the decor, just perfect. I didn’t want to leave 😭 Definitely recommend, My sister was even in love with it too. She said sis, we have to book this when we come to Jax again. And I agree, I just hope when we do, it will be available.

Great place that is close to campus and the hospital. The place was clean and was extremely easy to check in and check out.

This little cozy air bnb was just perfect for the two of us. It was immaculate and just as described. The decorations were so perfect with so many little adorable touches. It was quiet, and very comfortable. It was well situated close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to Jacksonville university and even the beaches! Daniel and Camy were very responsive and gave great dinner recommendations!

Andy and Karen's place was a comfortable, warm and tidy stay. It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was nice and cool to sleep in. Easy access to downtown full of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our Hogtowne festival getaway. We will stay here again.

We met half way!! My best friend lives in Panama City and I live in Fernandina beach. Clean and comfortable! Beautiful historic home and period furnishings. Super nice breakfast and super nice host! We will be back! Thank you so much Pat!

We enjoyed a 1 night stay in the Honeymoon Cottage on our honeymoon. It was so cute and the lighting outside was picturesque at night! The breakfast was delicious too!

Pat's mansion is an absolute delight. I have loved every minute of my stay and so thankful she allows dogs! I honestly never want to leave the Denham Inn - it's a fantastic and relaxing safe haven! Breakfast every morning is the cherry on top! ;-)

We loved this historical bed and breakfast. The host was wonderful, good communication and very accommodating. We also enjoyed her tasty and fulfilling breakfast. This place is a most see especially if you are interested in our country’s history. It’s also easy to find.

The following review statement is from my parents for whom I gifted a B&B experience: "Our stay at 1872 Denham was blissful and timely; a perfect way to end 2024 and start 2025. We enjoyed the comforts of the Gold Room which included a cozy bed which provided a restful sleep and a large private bathroom thoughtfully stocked with paper products, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essentials. The breakfast which included a delectable concoction of fruit composter, eggs, meats, and bread left us satiated and energized to move forward with the day."

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for one night to celebrate the Fourth of July at nearby lake . The host Brantley was very friendly . He was there to greet me and allowed me check in early . He went out of his way by offering me a ride to the lake I was heading to ,which I greatly appreciated. I stayed in a room called the patriotic room that is American themed , it was very apropos considering I stayed on Independence Day . Brantley took my gluten allergy to heart and made me gluten free waffles for breakfast the next morning which I thought was very thoughtful . Overall it was a short one night stay but enjoyed myself

A very beautiful property, wonderfully maintained and decorated, full of natural light and very clean. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Generous breakfast in the morning. Exceeded expectations.
