This place gets an A+ from me. Justed as pictured and may I say SUPER Clean... clean open and well arranged. I had everything I need home away from home! I will definitely be back to her places.

Overall a great stay! Very detailed and easy to follow check-in and check-out instructions. Listing looked like the pictures. Apartment was spotless! Surrounding area is calm and quiet which was nice. Close to highways and local establishments. Nakita was an amazing host; very responsive and attentive. She was always willing to help and proactive in giving solutions. We were having trouble with the tv mount and she came to help fix it. Kitchen well equipped with utensils to cook but not with spices. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Bathrooms clean with good water pressure. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful place and very close to the airport! I would definitely stay here again. however, It would have been nice to already have a listing of places to eat and things to do in the area. Finding the apt was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This apartment was a great place to stay! The welcome basket was a nice surprise to see. The whole unit was very clean, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed! There were several air freshener plug-ins, so for those with asthma/sensitive lungs, be aware :)

We had such a wonderful stay. It exceeded all of our expectations. The attention to detail was really amazing. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Margaret was an excellent hostess! I’ve used Airbnb a number of times and she hit on all of the markers. For example, the entry code for the unit was the last four digits of my cell number. That let me know that she changed the code for us, I’m sure some hosts don’t bother to do that. She provided a notebook with all of the checkout, instructions and information on local places of interest.

apartment was exactly as described, not a hotel but very cute. located downtown and definitely has the downtown vibes. the place was obviously well taken care of with nice amenities.

Our little family just got back from a 4-night stay, where we felt right at home the entire time! It’s central location made getting around easy with plenty of options nearby, too. Photos accurately depict the cozy little apartment and was perfect for me, my husband, and our 3-year-old. 10/10 would stay here again, and would recommend to others time and time again. It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.

I would like to say Tim was an amazing host. His place was beyond amazing clean very small and cute. I loved it. I highly recommend if you’re looking for something little in private.

This is our second stay at Brenda’s condo. It is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the charm of Haile Plantation and is convenient to all areas of Gainesville. Brenda is always responsive and is the perfect host. We look forward to staying here again.

Maria‘s rental was just as stated in her listing. It was very clean, kitchen was well furnished, and the back seating area was so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Maria did a great job of communicating with us prior to, during, and after our stay. Would definitely rent her place again if we were in the area

James was a fantastic host that went above and beyond when communicating. He even let us borrow a set of golf clubs to use. House was clean and conveniently located.

Stayed at Cynthia’s place while visiting friends nearby. The house was very clean and we felt at home right away. Very well stocked, beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed playing some of the games in our downtime. Highly recommend and hope to stay again next time we are in town!

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

This place is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything you could do in the Gainesville area but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. Heather was super helpful with suggestions for my family and very responsive whenever we reached out. Loved the little neighborhood and the other residents were nice as well. Additionally, the little things that Heather did for us really hit home, super sweet of her! When we come back to Gainesville, we will be staying here.

Linda’s place was exactly what I needed for my vacation. It was close to my event that was going on, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Linda responded very quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place in this area. I will book again next time I am in the area!

We were so comfortable and happy with the home we booked another stay as soon as it had an opening!! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and especially loved the 2 electric controlled recliners! Kitchen had all cooking needs, and the beautiful sun room was so peaceful!! Can’t say enough great things about this home!

Christine made us feel like it was our home away from home! We booked on a whim and she was helpful navigating us around The Villages via her gold cart, which made for a true first time experience and like a resident would enjoy! Her place was immaculate and the recliners perfect for evening relaxation! We look forward to referring others to her and hopefully staying again ourselves!

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!
