Found this place for hubby as he was working for a few days in Chiefland and was “warned” the local hotels were not a good place to stay. Cynthia was super responsive, friendly and her place was perfect.

Mateus and John are truly the most wonderful and kind hosts! I needed to check in a day early, and they graciously accommodated me at the last minute without any hesitation. Their home is SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated, featuring modern appliances. I appreciated having my privacy during my stay, while still knowing they were always quick to respond and available whenever I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable throughout my four-week stay!

Leah is a super host and has so many great reviews for a reason! She’s very attentive to detail details and really wants her guest to have a welcoming comfortable enjoyable stay! We had a wonderful stay with Walt and Cassandra. The house is very nice. The furniture and decor are very personalized and absolutely harmonious with the whole location The kitchen was excellently equipped - almost the best Airbnb we have ever had during all our travels. It was very easy to cook dinner. Another positive thing to mention is the bed - we slept very well on the mattress. About the area: The house is quiet and you can easily relax away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Super starry sky due to the low light pollution. There are chickens on the property, which provided us with fresh eggs every morning. There are also 2 cats living on the property. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and would book it a second time.

We had a great time at Susan’s place. The backyard was like our own private rainforest. The dock was great for the views…very peaceful and relaxing. Susan was very helpful with recommendations. Mount Dora is only a few minutes away and has plenty of tasty restaurants. I would highly recommend Susan’s place and look forward to staying again!

I had a great stay at Ryland’s place in Gainesville. The studio was very quiet, modern, and conveniently located near UF—perfect for my weekend trip. It rained the entire time I was in town, so having a covered carport was a huge plus. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials—coffee, water, club soda, extra linens, and blankets. The studio had been fully upgraded, and the bathroom was especially sleek and modern. I also appreciated having my own private side entrance, which made everything feel even more comfortable and easy. I found a gem in Gainesville and will definitely be booking Ryland’s place again on my next visit.

As always Jorge never disappoints! This is my second stay with him and my first at this location. It was super peaceful and relaxing. I had everything I needed and felt right at home! There are lots of restaurants around and I feel like it’s walkable. Not too far. We enjoyed breakfast right around the corner and enjoyed the scenery as well. Thank you for having us! Again it’s been a pleasure!

Nice place, not far from the beaches. Host was quick to respond to questions. Just a little hard to find at first since it’s a property within a property.

This place was amazing and perfect for me and my mother who were visiting from out of town. Would stay here anytime. Todd & Melissa were great hosts and keep the place extremely clean.

I honestly have no complaints… there is a lot of trees around the BNB and yet, I didn’t even see one bug… the communication was great as I called them when I needed help finding the home and was answered almost immediately. The area is also pretty quiet with multiple fast foods within a 10 min drive.

Very peaceful and beautiful area. Our dogs loved running around in the yard. We were on our way back from the Florida Keys so we were on the road all day and this was the best way to relax after a long road trip. We were able to get in and find everything on our own based on the info provided by Phil.

Leslie and Aaron's apartment was a great place to relax while in Jacksonville! Easy to find, park and access. The apartment is perfect for two people--had everything we needed and more (including vegan coffee creamer, gluten free welcome snacks and freshly ground coffee from a local coffee shop). The decorations / design is on point (looks just like the photos), the bed was comfortable, the screened deck was a nice place to read in the mornings and also to enjoy a rain storm. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part and the apartment is within walking distance to quite a few restaurants and coffee shops and a few bars. We sent a few Qs to Leslie and Aaron about things to do locally and they responded really quickly with some helpful recs. Lovely hosts and apartment...would recommend and stay again!

Great place with everything you need. Her place is in a cute, quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance of some places. It is easy to get around via car as well. I was lucky enough to try her super yummy pumpkin bread. Thanks so much!
