Otter Springs is truly one of a kind! The house is immaculate and has many essentials to help make your stay even better. Everything is clean and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The outside is incredibly beautiful, private and spacious. The dock has newly updated stairs leading to the river making it easy to get in and out of kayaks & paddle boards. Nature is of abundance here as you can see several species of birds hunting for fish. We saw deer in the neighborhood. One of our highlights of the trip was being able to paddle with a family of otters for days as they played. It was magical! The kids loved having their own space in the separate house. We all spent all day on the water exploring upstream the cypress forests. It’s so peaceful to allow the river to float you back down stream to the house. You don’t even have to paddle! The water is crystal clear and refreshing. This house is a hidden gem and we absolutely cannot wait to book again!

Quiet location, pool was fantastic, amenities are great, linens are nice, modern furniture and art, very tidy and clean, responsive host, this is a nice place to stay.

The house was great and spacious. Perfect for our Rainbow Springs getaway. The only thing that was a bit deceiving was the fact that the river access was a 15-20 minute walk from the house itself. The pictures made it look like the river access was in the backyard, which is what I was expecting. Other than that it was a perfect location to visit Rainbow Springs State Park. And then the next day, we drove about an hour to Silver Springs State Park, which was absolutely beautiful and worth the drive. FYI - Rainbow Springs you can swim, but Silver Spring you can't. The house was very clean and peaceful. A great place to book if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city!

Extremely clean, very easy check in, back pool area was even better than the pictures in person... Beautiful space, so convenient to the river and local restaurants. Was really cool to be able to take the golf cart!

Marni is a Super Host! Very responsive and helpful. You can tell the home is extremely well kept and has all the amenities you need. This is our favorite place in Homosassa to stay and working with Marni is incredible. Any issue she has been on it and takes great care of the guest! Love the house and boat access and the ice maker at the dock is very convenient! We have seven in our group and fish all week and coming back to stay here is like being at home. Highly recommend if you are planning on using the water way. Very convenient access to places to explore around Homosassa.

Rustic cabin with everything you need , perfect location to get away from it all. extremely quiet and peaceful .

Stay was amazing! Large space and amenities to accommodate everyone. Very thankful! Even was able to do yoga in the backyard with my group!

AMAZING. Great hosts, great place! I stayed here by myself and it was heaven on earth. I am a nature lover and this exceeded my expectations. The house & the property are stunning. The house is a lovely mix of tasteful tropical & Victorian decor. The outside is like being in the garden of Eden. So private & peaceful. I was able to meet manatees my first evening taking the kayak out; they were as interested in me as I was in them and came all around me and the baby came up to say hi. It was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had. It was just me and the manatees not another human in sight. The next morning I paddled out again and saw otters playing. I saw turtles, lizards, many beautiful birds, including green heron, great blue heron, and an owl. Coffee in the morning on the patio & a fire at night under the canopy of trees. Close to so much to do- springs, beach, nature parks, but by far the best was being able to paddle pretty much out the back door. I’m so glad I stayed here!!!

We had a relaxing month at William's home. It is comfortable and cozy with everything we needed. We loved the lakeside view and getting out in the canoe. Plenty of comfortable seating for inside the house and on the outside patio. The beds were very comfortable. The yard is big and in a quiet neighborhood. Met friendly neighbors. Saw a lot of wildlife-birds, some gators, fish. Sunsets over the lake were beautiful. Had fun discovering shopping in nearby Dunnellon. William was a great host-easy to reach and always kind and helpful. We plan to reserve again!

Lovely little cottage! Perfect for our family trip. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and proximity to the playground and boardwalk in Mt. Dora. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Ann, Was Amazingly accommodating, she was very communicative and the grounds were very peaceful, and quiet, as well as secluded. It's close to town but also far enough away to enjoy the great natural surroundings. She also had some home made welcome cookies baked fresh, she goes above and beyond! Ann is a great host, and I would definitely stay again. Richard

Bernadette’s stay in Leesburg was great! We loved the dock area and the way the home is decorated. Although this was a short stop for us coming down from TN, we would love to come back in the later months and fully enjoy all the amenities this stay has to offer! The waterfront on the back of the property connects to Haynes creeks, which leads into two massive lakes! The home was very clean, thoughtful, and had everything that we needed during our short stay.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I would sit down near the water or inside looki g out big front windows in the big comfy chairs and watch whatever was going on. it was very quite. reminded me of when I was younger at our grandparents camp on the water. Ruthann was in contact with me when she was notified that internet went down. checked in to see how my stay was going. check in was very easy. I would stay again. thank you to great hosts. 😊 Suzanne

My son and I were hunting in the area and stayed for a few days hunting in the morning and working remotely in the evening via wifi. The cottage was a nice setup backing up to a beautiful lake that was easily fishable from yard or kayak. The hosts were very responsive to questions and allowed us flexible checkin and checkout options. There were a few local eating options, and a short drive from Gainsville which opened up many other choices. Overall we a had a great time and I would definitely choose that location again.

Lots of cute in this cozy well appointed cottage. It sits on a nice section of Lake Tsala Apopka open to the main lake from a finger canal. Wonderful quiet dock to fish from or just relax and enjoy nature. I took a nap in the comfy cushioned chair on the dock. Yard is fenced and very convenient for the fur babies. It was perfect for the wife and I with 2 small dogs. As AIRBNB superhosts, ourselves, we were appreciative of the casual cottage decor and detail to keeping it's true lake cottage vibe with the renovations the owners have done.

Everything was great. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Be prepared to have little to no reception when in the area. The wifi in the house worked fine, though.

Cute little place. Mattress was very firm. I would buy a cheap air matress next time only because I like a soft Mattress. Didn't stay at the house much. But if i had more time would have loved to take out the kayaks and explore the streams around the cabin.

Our family of 4 loved our time at the Suwannee River Cabin. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. We enjoyed our day trips to the many beautiful Springs and State Parks nearby and our quiet evenings back at the cabin cooking dinner and relaxing. Highly recommend the area and the cabin.

We love staying at Richard's and Leslie's! Location is perfect; easy access to the community park and river with the included golf cart, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Lovely evenings by the fire pit in the yard, and kitchen has all the necessities. Perfect getaway weekend!

We had such a wonderful 5 day stay at this lovely cabin! From the moment we arrived we could tell Nancy put so much care into making this a special getaway. The cabin itself was cozy clean and with everything we could possibly need. One of the highlights was the peaceful lake, perfect for fishing and just soaking in the serenity of nature. Our kids absolutely loved feeding the squirrels, birds, and fish with the food she thoughtfully left for them. It was such a sweet touch and made their experience even more magical.she went above and beyond by leaving a basket of snacks for us which she didn’t have to do but it was so appreciated! Nancy left us s’mores which the kids really appreciated. She even provided toothbrushes and other essentials, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. It was so nice to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and just enjoy the quiet, peaceful surroundings. We also loved exploring the nearby springs, which were absolutely breathtaking

This cabin on the lake was beautiful and the surroundings peaceful. It was exceptionally clean. It was so homey and we enjoyed the porch. We fished from the covered dock and went kayaking. It was better than the description and pictures. We are planning another vacation there.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Shack! Gwen was an amazing host. Loved cabin’s location on the river- on which we took out our paddle boards. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful area. Right on the suwannee river. Host was wonderful. Well, worth what I paid. I'm looking forward to staying there again. In the future.
