Although the apartment was a little hard to find based on the address, the light in front of the house was on but the area surrounding was pretty poorly lit (we arrived at 10pm though so take that for what you will. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Close to a place where we got the best breakfast sandwiches ever (Zacadoo's). Check in and check out were easy, no excessive demands on checkout whatsoever (in fact no demands). I didn't realize until we were about to check in that it was apparently a smoking property but it did not smell excessively of smoke and I'm sensitive to that. Over all a great value, I would stay here again.

It is my second time renting from Mandy. It is the perfect space for a quick getaway or a visit on game day. Mandy is very responsive. Mandy thank you for everything!!

Loved staying at Daniel’s place! It was perfect walking distance to downtown we walked to get coffee in the morning and then walked to the stadium for game day and walked back! Very nice place and was the perfect place for us to stay :)

Regina was an amazing hostess, including giving us homemade chicken salad. The unit was exactly as described. The location was great and easy to get to the many activities in the area. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay within close proximity of Gainesville, Ocala and Orlando. Nadine was very lenient in regards to late arrival and had a convenient check out time, highly recommended.

We loved staying here with an added bonus of being able to bring our dog. It is really beautiful, right off Lady Lake. The Villages are a short drive if you want to eat somewhere and have lots to do. But its really quiet despite being so close. It was a good central location for many palces we wanted to see like Silver Springs. The hosts were nice and responded quickly to any questions. Definately recomend this cute apartment!

I loved staying here for a month. It had everything I needed and was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It had fresh towels and extra sheets and pillows. And it was well stocked with dishes and cooking essentials. I loved the private little patio area right outside the door where I could sit and relax any time of the day. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood and I felt very safe being a solo traveler. The hosts were amazing and very sweet. They responded immediately if I had any questions. It is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the grocery store. And lots of other stores close by. There are beautiful parks close by for walking. A bit further is Sholom Park which is absolutely amazing! My stay was so enjoyable I did not want to leave. I hope to be back next year. Wendi

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Nikki was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was my first time in Jacksonville Florida. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It wasn’t that far from the beach also most of the night clubs were only like 8 minutes away for those who love to go out at night like me. My kids absolutely loved the pool that’s where they spent majority of their time. They were also able to swim at night as well while I was in the jacuzzi because of the lights in the pool. All of the main essentials were provided that were needed for my stay. This was my first Airbnb stay and it was a really smooth process. The property owners were very responsive and polite. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Jacksonville again..

We had a great stay at Tyler’s place. It’s at the end of a gravel road in the woods. We were there in the early spring and the woods were filled with birdsong. It was delightful. The house was comfortable and Tyler was very fast to respond to and resolve. The TV remote was missing and he had another one delivered early the next day. Thanks for a great stay.

My family and I had amazing stay at Chelsea Tropical Oasis for are yearly trip to Florida. It was just as described. My boys loved the pool and the game room. We were so happy we could bring our dog and the backyard was great for her.

Great listing and good area. Jose answered all questions in a reasonable time and there was ample parking for two trucks and a car

House was pristine. You would never know this house that was “pet friendly”. I was apprehensive with my allergies, but I had no issues. The furniture and all the extra throw blankets were clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. We spent most of our time on the deck and in the backyard around the fire pit surrounded by old oak trees. This is truly an old Florida gem. Must try the Duck Dam Diner for breakfast and Gator Joe’s is right across the street. We will most certainly stay here again. Thank you Daniela ❤️

We fall in love since we got there , perfect place to relax and stay for a few days .. will go again for sure.. Susan was really nice with us , and the home is beautiful
