Simple, clean, private home just a block from the marina. We appreciated being able to walk our dogs down to the marina for a sweet view of downtown JAX. Very easy to check in and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We felt safe the entire stay.

Found this place for hubby as he was working for a few days in Chiefland and was “warned” the local hotels were not a good place to stay. Cynthia was super responsive, friendly and her place was perfect.

Very nice place about a half hour drive from downtown Gainesville. Quiet location on a small farm in the country. Lorrie was right next door and always available but turns out I didn’t need anything.

We absolutely love staying at the farm. Brittini as always is super friendly and helpful. It was bad weather the morning we were to check out and she let us check out late to wait for the weather to clear!! When we asked about firewood, we were provided as much as we needed. Great host and great find!!

We had a wonderful stay with Walt and Cassandra. The house is very nice. The furniture and decor are very personalized and absolutely harmonious with the whole location The kitchen was excellently equipped - almost the best Airbnb we have ever had during all our travels. It was very easy to cook dinner. Another positive thing to mention is the bed - we slept very well on the mattress. About the area: The house is quiet and you can easily relax away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Super starry sky due to the low light pollution. There are chickens on the property, which provided us with fresh eggs every morning. There are also 2 cats living on the property. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and would book it a second time.

We had the best time!! We floated down the Itchtucknee spring river!! That was AMAZING!! 2 1/2 hrs. of pure breath-taking beauty!! don't forget sunscreen thou!! Even though there was an indoor shower..we never used it!! cuz the outdoor shower was EPIC!!!... Especially in the Rain!! It's an Enchanted & Whimsical little hideaway for all whom want to get away and have some quality time with family or friends! Kara's added personal touches, made us feel extra special and appreciated for choosing her lil cabin in the woods!!

Great place to stay. Very close to the OHV trailhead. Listing was just as described. Very clean inside, everything needed was at hand. Communication was very fast. Very detailed guide book with check in/out instructions along with recommendations of things to do and restaurants to eat at. Definitely would recommend staying here. Thanks Dean.

Had a great time. Was nice and peaceful. My wife got to catch up on her reading and I got to go turkey hunting nearby. Great view of the lake and very nice fenced yard for our older dog who enjoyed lying out in the sun.

First impressions getting there, looks way better than the description. Glenda has a very nice place here if you’re looking for something homey and very convenient location to explore some of the many beautiful sights Florida has to offer. Wendy has all the touches and made this the AirBNB experience the most personal i have had. From a welcome basket and Thank you note to an individually bagged thick blanket for our dog to lay down on. We enjoyed it so much! Thank you for making this special weekend for my family that much better❤️

The cutest little place! Perfect for a couple and pet! They were so kind to refunding my pet fee for being a service dog, because they “didn’t believe in charging for a service pet”! Great communication, checked in on me when I hadn’t checked in yet, made sure to let me know how to run the heat an AC when the nights were chilly, even offering to change the temp for me remotely! Can’t wait to stay again!

Our stay at this farm was absolutely amazing! The cabin was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy—I slept better than I have in weeks! The real highlight, though, was the farm itself. The animals were so cute, and we even got to feed the chickens in the morning, which was such a fun and unique experience. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with adorable animals and a cozy cabin, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Another incredible stay at Tina’s tiny home! The location is peaceful yet convenient, offering both tranquility and security for a truly relaxing getaway. The space was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Tina thought of it all - from the first-aid kit in the bathroom medicine cabinet to the extra batteries in the night stand in case the remote control’s batteries died. We noticed, and appreciated, the work that Tina put into her tiny home. The bed was cozy, the decor was stylish, and every detail felt intentional and welcoming. Whether enjoying morning coffee outside on the porch or unwinding after a long day, it felt like home. Tina is a great host.

I recently stayed at Julie's place and had an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the caretakers of the cabin. They were there to make sure everything was ready for our stay. Their dedication to ensuring an enjoyable stay was incredible. The property itself was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. The host's attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable environment made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the thoughtful touches the host added to make me feel welcome. It was our anniversary for which we received a very sweet card and a bag of chocolates! Oh, and a wonderful recommendation for dinner. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our experience. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

This place is absolutely amazing, my wife and I booked this as our “honeymoon staycation” and it was wonderful. Everything was clean, exactly as described and the view was beautiful. We stayed that we would love to stay here again in the future if we ever need to or maybe even as a once a year thing. Don’t regret it, book this place you won’t want to stay anywhere else.

Awesome stay! Peaceful tranquil setting in a quaint, rustic camp with everything you need to never leave. Tons of wildlife on the water that you can watch right from the deck or little dock. The canoes and fishing poles were a huge bonus for hours of paddling and fishing. Kira was super helpful with great communication and local recommendations. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Quaint little place as a midway stop for us. We were delayed by several hours due to traffic and our gps took us to the wrong spot at first. We finally arrived at almost midnight and everything was ready and Bernadette answered a question for us. The accommodations were great, it had everything we needed and was very clean. Right on the water and a lovely little dock. It was a little chilly and we only had a short stop so we didn’t get to enjoy the back porch but it looked great. There’s a great little stand down the road with boiled peanuts and they were delicious. The neighborhood is very quiet and everyone was very friendly. We had dinner at Gator Bay almost next door and the food was delicious, everyone was very friendly and a great atmosphere. Bernadette was a great host, she even came over and played with our dogs. We would definitely stay here again.
