Very clean. We were able to access unit without any issues .. we were able to grab dinner at a few local spots. Parking was easy and safe. Definitely enjoyed my time in the Bold city. 5 stars !

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

This is like a mother-in-law suite on the ground level of an older Thomasville home. It has a large kitchen with a full size dishwasher and a bathtub with a shower. The bedroom has no windows which is nice as I work the night shift a lot. I love going out and walking the sidewalks to Dawson Street to see the historical homes. It is a great deal for all that it has.

Excellent location to campus. Quiet beautiful street. Well stocked apartment. Very responsive to questions. Excellent host.

We had a wonderful time. Apartment is very cozy and clean. It’s central location makes everything in the downtown area an easy walk. We will definitely will stay here again.

Jonathon is a wonderful host - responsive and helpful. This AirBnB is just as described with everything you need for a home away from home stay. The bed is comfortable. Lovely sunny dining area. This is a 2 unit single level duplex. We had neighbors next door but didn't hear them. Parking close to the front door is a bonus for carrying all your gear in. This place was VERY clean!

We were driving home to Florida and we needed a last minute place to rest before we completed our trip from Tenn and it was very accommodating and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly located with many things nearby. It was a great little home away from home for our family of four.

The house was absolutely beautiful with a great view of the coast and sunset. The private boat ramp it came with was so awesome and worth every penny! Will be booking again soon!

Perfect even if it was only for one night. Access to the crystal river excursions right in the doorstep! Really responsive host.

The location was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Avondale music/arts festival every month, Riverside Arts Market, and Cummer Museum garden are a must. River and Post Restaurant rooftop has great views of the River and city. Biscottis, Josephine’s, the Brick all great restaurants in Avondale, just a short walk. The amenities at the house were amazing and well thought out.

The home was just as listed and very convenient. Dustin was responsive to questions and easy to deal with. The home was clean and well stocked. The driveway is long and steep but it was a bonus to move cars into the garage.

If you are a nature lover and a bird lover, you will love this place. The balcony overlooks a nature preserve and it is an awe-inspiring view. The condo is clean and beautiful and it is quiet and peaceful. The community is recovering from a devastating hurricane and the pool area was closed while we were there. There is also no grocery store available, so I highly recommend buying anything you need prior to getting to Cedar Key. The beach is on an inlet and is a very small beach located next to a marina with a playground. It is perfect for families with little ones, but if you are looking for a typical gulf beach experience with beautiful water and sand and somewhere you can take long walks on, this is not the beach to do that on. Despite the disappointment with the beach, this place is truly special, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

location was perfect, we were in town for a conference at the UF Hilton one block away, this Airbnb was less expensive than a room at the Hilton and we had the whole place to ourselves. very clean, apartment complex is very quiet and safe on a dead end street. super convenient to campus and downtown. beds were comfortable, had everything we needed. would stay here again!

Great place to stay and a lot of things to do in the area, as well as the host being very flexible and communicative.

Beautiful home with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The Hosts are so thoughtful and have everything you and your family may need. Games, box fans for each bedroom and well stocked kitchen. The hosts are responsive and easy to communicate with. We absolutely love this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

For my first AirBnb it was everything it said it was going to be and more. A beautiful home. Clear and precise instructions. Communication was on point. It was near Walmart, many stores, gas stations, and very easy highway access....I definitely enjoyed my stay and want to thank My Host for making my first experience an enjoyable.

Ashleigh she was very attentive. Any problem we had she was able to take care of it . The only problem we ran into was the water being out . Not for long it was not her fault . Their was some construction going on. But the stay was very pleasant. I would not mind recommending it to a friend or family .

It’s an older property, but owner tries their best to keep it in good condition. Was cheaper than a hotel and had much more room for our group. Would rent it again.
