This place is incredible! From the minute you walk in the views are breathtaking! All the amenities needed to basically….never leave :) Being on the lake was very peaceful and you felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and sheets super soft. Lots of extras provided to make your stay extremely enjoyable. We loved the space and chilly nights with a bonfire on the beach. We took the boat and my husband caught a lot of fish too. A lot of upgrades and care have been invested in this property as well. We can’t wait to go back and stay again. Great deli around the corner and love Eaton’s Beach restaurant. Trust me when I tell you look no further….you have arrived! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Katie is a great host. I have a crew doing hurricane rehab work here and she has helped me with 3 different properties to house my guys. Super friendly and eager to help with anything.

Lovely location, easily walkable. Private courtyard appreciated for morning coffee, breakfast and conversation.

Such a beautiful view! House was very well stocked. To be able to kayak right out the back door was awesome. They supplied plenty of kayaks.

Another great stay at Chip and Amy's villa! Clean, comfy and everything you need. We especially loved the location, close to beach, trails, dining and activities! Thanks for a terrific vacation.

Thad was responsive through email. He sent me video on how to use the smart lock which was very helpful since I’ve never used one! We had a change in plans and got an extra night stay with no problem. The photos are exactly as the house is. It’s a very nice home and the books he had for us to look at about the home and the area were helpful with alittle comedy too. I’d stay there again the area was very nice and we felt safe with no problem!

This is a great place to stay - we hope we will be able to stay here again next year. Everything is very clean and the house is very well stocked. Everything is clearly marked & Marc is extremely easy to work with. The house is in a great location - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor complaint I would have is with the sectional in the living room is well used and not as comfortable as the new furniture in the lanai. We would have used the lanai, but it was too cold while we were there. Of course Marc can't control the weather - if he could have I am sure he would have as everything else was perfect!!

Sue was a terrific communicator. Any time I had a question, she was quick to answer. The home was as described and very clean. Thanks for hosting us.

Beautiful house on the river, everything was great. There’s no locks on house doors either except front door so makes locking one door pointless when you could get in from back doors but my family and I never left house over the weekend anyways. House just had to be built aw it looks brand new. Great showers and rooms. Over enjoyed the family vacation here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a house not too locatable easily on the river. Very relaxing.
