정말 깨끗하고 안락해서 몸과 마음의 휴식잘하고 갑니다 인테리어에서 호스트분의 감각도 엿볼수있어서 좋았어요~ 생활에 필요한 것들도 잘 구비되어있습니다

아기자기 하게 잘 꾸며놓으시고 방 도 많았어용

I stayed here for 3 months, and it was a comfortable place in a great area. During the hot summer days, there's air conditioning, and for the colder winter days, Elliot provides extra blankets—though in my opinion, it shouldn't get too cold. If you enjoy hiking, prefer a quieter area, and want good restaurants nearby, this is the perfect spot. The subway Line 4 to Seoul and direct buses to Gangnam are also conveniently close. Elliot is very kind and does his best to make you feel comfortable. Gwacheon is in my opinion a nice beautiful and comfortable area !

건물이 조금 허름해서 괜찮을까 했는데 숙소 정말 깨끗했습니다..!!! 화장실을 중요하게 생각하는 편인데 화장실도 리모델링이 돼있어서 쾌적했어용 😆 호스트님 메시지 답장도 빠르시고 바베큐도 너무 재밌게 했고 다음에 또 오고 싶어요!! 처음 가 본 옥탑이라 새로운 경험이었네용 ㅎㅎ

Cozy apartment with a great view of the lake outside. The host was always ready to answer any questions, with little to no response time. Finding the entrance was a bit difficult at first, but everything else was amazing.

3주간 집에서 지내는 것처럼 편안이 지냈어요. 각종 세제 청소도구 모자람 없이 준비해주셨구요. 주변에 편의시설 카페 병원 음식점 다 있고 호수공원도 가까와서 산책하기 좋았어요. 다음에 기회되면 다시 오고 싶은 숙소였습니다.

Was at the core of everything and easy to commute to anywhere. The location was perfect, with convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport options. The space itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth stay. Loved to stay in this space and town! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a central, cozy spot to enjoy the area!

너무깔끔한 숙소였습니다 . 빌라다보니 어느정도 생각은 하고가야겠다 했는데 호텔못지않게 깔끔했습니다 관리가너무 잘 되어있고 아이가있어 부탁드린 난방도 너무 잘 들어주셔서 편하게 푹 쉬다가 왔습니다 나무랄곳없는 숙소 또 들리고싶은 곳입니다 이틀간 행복했습니다 친절한 응대 감사합니다

지하철 이용하면 매우 편함... 정자역에서 아주 가까움 교통 편하고, 숙소 깨끗함 입국 할 때 공항에서 차를 렌트 하였기 때문에 주차장을 이용했는 데... 시설 완비 되어 있어 큰 불편 없었음 전체적으로 만족합니다.^^

숙소가 깨끗했고 호스트님의 신속한 응대덕에 편하게 머물 수 있었습니다~

광교중앙역에서 도보 10분 이내 가능하고, 주변에 백화점, 아울렛, 큰 몰들도 많고 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 오피스텔 새거라 너무 깨끗하고 좋아요.

따뜻하고 섬세함이 뚝뚝 묻어나는 숙소였습니다👍 곳곳에 신경쓰신 부분들에 감동받고 가요💖
