Svedala Municipality : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Lugnt område mitt i en golfbana. Bra uteplats och fin natur runt omkring. Ett hus med möjligheter. Både Martin och Joel svarade snabb och ordnade det som ev saknades utan problem. Nära till köpcentrum och till Malmö. Att ha bil är en fördel, 15 minuter promenad till närmaste busshållplatsen.

W domu Susanne byłem razem z żona i dwójką naszych dzieci (2 i 4 lata). Jeśli cenisz sobie spokój i obcowanie z przyrodą to jest to miejsce dla Ciebie. Ogród bezpośrednio przy domu jest świetnym miejsce do zabaw dla dzieci i relaxu dla dorosych. Świetna lokalizacja, 1,5 km do mareketu w Svedali i 20 min drogi autem do Malmo, maksymalnie 1 godzina drogi autem do innych atrakcji Skani. Kontakt z gospodarzem bez zarzutów. Spedziliśmy świetny czas z rodziną, wyjeżdżalismy z łeżką w oku. Zapisujemy ten dom na swojej liście, możliwie, że nie była to nasza ostatnia wizyta w tym domu.

Es war eine tolle Familienqualitätszeit in Schweden. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber die immer erreichbar waren. Wir konnten uns sogar frische Brombeeren und Weintrauben ernten. Ruhige schöne Umgebung für eine Auszeit zum Entschleunigen. Frühmorgens der Kaffee auf der großen Terrasse einfach traumhaft. Unterkunft war toll und es hat nichts gefehlt. Danke an die Familie für das freundliche Kennenlernen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Du unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren für einen kurz Urlaub Vorort mit einer fünfköpfigen Familie und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder.

We stayed for a night on our way to Stockholm. Catharina’s place exceeded all our expectations and was just the right choice for us and we thank her very much for all the work and effort in making us so very welcome 🙏🏻

The house was very modern and clean. I think Filip bought a babychair especially for us, which is very nice 😊. The pool was wonderful, nice and warm, we enjoyed it very much. Right on the border of the town where you have a supermarket and several playgrounds for kids but quiet with a wonderful view with bunny’s in the garden in the morning and dears in de fields in the evening 🥰, Filip was friendly en flexible, thank you for the nice holiday!

Es ist eine super schöne Wohnung, mit tollem Flair, praktisch aufgeteilt, blitzsauber und mit allem was man so braucht. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, und alternativ, ist die nächste Bishaltestelle nur ~100m entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Patrik was super, einfach, und freundlich. Insgesamt, einfach perfekt.

Pænt og rent. Rumlig lejlighed der havde alt hvad vi havde brug for som familie. Kæmpeplus er det store badeværelse!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dette var vårt andre opphold hos Gert, og vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyde! Den lille kjellerleiligheten er ren, koselig og har alt man trenger. Parkeringsplassen rett ved huset er et stort pluss. Gert er en fantastisk vert – han er utrolig omtenksom og sørger for at både vi og vår hund, Niko, føler oss velkomne. Vi fikk til og med øl ved ankomst, og Niko fikk eget pledd, håndkle og godbit! Området er rolig og trygt, med en pizzarestaurant og bensinstasjon like ved. Vi anbefaler stedet på det varmeste og kommer gjerne tilbake! Tusen takk igjen, Gert!

Wir waren für die Lundaspelen in Lund und durften bei in Marias Unterkunft einziehen. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich. Auch die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in Lund. Meine Anliegen hat Maria sehr schnell beantwortet und konnte mir immer weiterhelfen. Vielen Dank. Für die nächsten Lundaspelen kommen wir gerne wieder vorbei.

Ett fantastiskt mysigt och lantligt boende nära till Malmö. fräscht och med hemkänsla. Värden har tänkt på många små detaljer som diskmedel, kaffefilter och leksaker till barnen. värden var hjälpsam och vänlig. Vi kan tänka oss att komma hit igen.

I stayed one night after arriving with ferry. I like to stay at Gunillas place when I pass through Trelleborg especially because I sleep well there and awake rested. Thank you 🙏🏻

A beautiful apartment. Stylishly furnished, very warm & comfortable & perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops and a great location for driving to interesting destinations to explore. Jeanette & co-host were super helpful & easy to contact. We loved our stay.

We had an amazing stay. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The apartment provided by Tobias was cozy, cool, so we really enjoyed it and its design and balcony. Everything was top, Tobias was very helpful and offered a free extra bed what we appreciated a lot. Price-quality-location 10/10 p.s. the hall and kitchen area are really smaller than in real life, I would say twice smaller - it was a nice surprise.

Great location, close to the old town in Lund and to public transport, but still in a quiet location. Very nice hosts.

Thank you to Margret for looking after my son so well. He had travelled to Sweden alone for University and needed a place to stay for the first 10 days. Margret could not have been more helpful and kind to Iain even giving him a guided tour of the city!
