Just the most idyllic and beautiful space to recharge. Goran is by far the best host I've ever encountered. It really feels like staying with a long lost friend that gives you plenty of space and privacy. The breakfasts in the morning are just amazing and so varied. I've come back lighter and so full of energy. For runners the villa has some beautiful traffic free running routes (just a couple if protective dogs to dodge on the way). The perfect place to recharge away from everything but close enough to everything? (definitely recommend hiring a car)

Anna was an amazing host. She was clear and very responsive with communication. Gave us great recommendations during our stay. The accommodation itself was just the like the pictures, private and spacious. The view is probably one of the best in Montenegro especially at sunset over the pool. The pool has some loose/missing tiles which might cause injury but that’s a tiny detail

Virkeligt et dejligt hus, med den smukkeste udsigt. Virkeligheden var næsten bedre end billederne. Djuro og Nicola var meget hurtige til at svare og de havde lavet nogle gode anbefalinger til hvad man kunne se.

Wygodny duży dom, piękne widoki, super taras na dachu, ogródek. Wszystkie udogodnienia, leżaki, parasole, grill, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienki. Bardzo blisko do plaży, plaża dość zatłoczona, część prywatna i ogólnodostępna. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, w razie potrzeby od razu reaguje. Jedna uwaga - wodę pitną(2,5E za 6l) należy kupować w sklepie, ta w domu nie jest zdatna do picia. Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt. Polecam

Incredible house - modern and clean with amazing views. Good base for exploring the surrounding area as well as relaxing by the pool. Short drive to bars/restaurants and shops. Homemade wine and honey were lovely!

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach wundervoll von Anfang bis Ende! Aleksandar war jederzeit erreichbar, äußerst flexibel beim Check-In und Check-Out und hat auf unsere Anfragen immer super schnell geantwortet. Die Villa war genauso perfekt, wie auf den Bildern – sauber, wunderschön und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben es geliebt und können es jedem nur empfehlen, hier zu bleiben. Es gibt absolut nichts, das ich auszusetzen hätte!

The Villa was gorgeous and Christofer was above and beyond the most incredible host. We were incredibly delayed with the worst flight mechanical issues. We landed in Split, rather than Dubrovnik. All our luggage was lost as well. I updated Christofer of the continuous delays and lost luggage, and now the drive from Split (not Dubrovnik as planned) He was amazing. We lost contact for a bit during our travels and it was getting very late, but Christofer made sure we were safe and checked to see if we needed anything, even clothing shop suggestions since we had no clothes. We arrived at 0100 and used the key pad to enter without any difficulties. Needless to say, the home wonderful. We then immediately sat on the patio with a bottle of wine, taking in the stars and view of the water. It was a wonderful place to spend our time while in Montenegro. The Villa, the atmosphere, the location and the host are all highly recommended!

Tolle Villa, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, toller Pool und Außenbereich. Alles auf hohem Niveau, makellose Bäder, es gibt Bademäntel, Schlappen, Duschbad, Shampoo und Bodylotion. Velibor ist ein immer erreichbarer und reaktionsschneller Gastgeber. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäckerein, Supermärkte und Restaurants, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Domem na miejscu opiekuje się Zdravko - wyjątkowo przyjazny i komunikatywny, a także uczynny człowiek. Całość idealna dla 2 rodzin z uwagi na podział pomieszczeń. My podróżowaliśmy w układzie 6+2. Basen czysty, woda idealna. dodatkowym atutem było czyszczenie w ciągu tygodniowego pobytu. Widok z basenu i tarasów - olśniewający. Całość obejścia bardzo zadbana. Prywatna skalista plaża i własne zejście do wody. Leżaki do czytania w cieniu. Na miejscu SUP i kajak - idealne do podróżowania na wyspę, która jest rezerwatem. Zatoka spokojna, nawet w wietrzne dni morze jest spokojne. Warunki w domu w 100% spełnią wszystkie oczekiwania. Pomimo upałów klimatyzacja bez problemu chłodzi wnętrza i sypialnie. Serdecznie polecam na idealne wakacje.

Nikolija’s place was exactly what we expected! Incredible views and a big house! The house is at the top of a big hill, so the views are even better than pictures. Nikolija was super communicative, and even helped us arrange a boat rental one day, which was able to pick us up right in front of the house. There is also a very nice grocery store around the corner, so it was easy to get everything we needed for the house without driving. Would definitely recommend!!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Die Unterkunft war super, es hatte alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Wir waren ganz überrascht, denn eine tolle und regengeschützte Sitzmöglichkeit gab es auch noch, mit einer tollen Outdoor-Küche, die gar nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Zudem war Miroslav an sich ein super Gastgeber. Es gab einen persönlichen Check-In, der super flexibel war und reibungslos funktionierte. Er zeigte uns kurz das Haus und gab uns ein paar Tipps und bot oft seine Hilfe an, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten, stand er zudem immer zur Verfügung. Einmal bestellten wir im Restaurant nebenan Pizza und dort trafen wir auf Miroslav, der uns kurzerhand anbot, die Pizza zu uns zu liefern. Auch als wir fragten, wie wir am besten Abends noch in die Stadt kommen und wieder zurück bot er uns an, Fahrer zu organisieren. Er war stets hilfsbereit und seine Ortskenntnisse waren eine große Hilfe. Viele seiner Empfehlungen haben wir genutzt, es war toll.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Montenegro. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt sogar Pooltücher und Bademäntel. Die Küche ist recht klein, es gibt nur zwei Kochfelder, ist aber ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, es gibt eine große Terrasse und einen tollen Pool. Sladjana gibt tolle Tipps und die Bootstour bei ihr hat sich sehr gelohnt! Bis zum nächsten Strand braucht man etwa 30 min, allgemein wird ein Auto gebraucht für Unternehmungen etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im Ort.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

It’s a perfect place for rest from the crowds of the city. Warm swimming pool, great balcony view, privacy, better than we expected! We did BBQ, swam, had a great time. We had enough space for 5 of us. Nenad always responded and helped us out with taxi when we wanted to go out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended!

Ich war Ende Juni mit fünf freunden in der Villa Nera von Sonja und Neno. Ich kann nur absolut positiv über die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber berichten. Die Unterkunft war meiner Meinung nach, noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Neno sind jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick den man in der Villa hat ist einmalig. Wenn man sich einen Mietwagen mietet kann man auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten alles in Budva erreichen. Selbst wenn man mal mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fährt, bezahlt man auch nicht die Welt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und sind uns einig das wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen. LG Luca

The country, the house, the hostess - simply a dream. We were there for 10 days with two adults and one child. Fitted perfect. The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures. You have a wonderful view of the fjord, can spend the evenings on the beautiful furniture on the terrace and look out over the mountains at breakfast. The location is ideal for us. 20 min. to Kotor, 20 min. to Budva, 200 min. to Tivat. In the immediate vicinity of the Lovćen National Park with cool activities. The equipment of the house is excellent and everything is thought of. From washing machine to coffee machine, blender, toaster, hairdryer etc. to cotton buds, we wanted for nothing. The communication with Sanja was consistently friendly, appreciative and professional. She is totally flexible and also helps with issues outside her area of responsibility. In short, an absolutely successful package. We are already thinking about when we would like to come back.
