For just the two of us this was a perfect choice for a peaceful ‘away from it all’ holiday break. We had plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful, and extremely well equipped home. Our special thanks to Graham & Jo for having it so well prepared, and for being very helpful with arrival & departure arrangements. This location is already a favourite of ours, with a wide variety of interesting places within a reasonably short distance. We are already looking for dates to go again !

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Wonderful characterful, peaceful farmhouse in a great location with lots of uncluttered space. Fourteen of us from three generations and a dog stayed three nights for big birthday celebrations. The kitchen was really well equipped with plenty of crocker , cutlery, dishes and glasses etc and we loved using the Aga. The kids loved the pool, which was kept at a great temperature, and the games room. Beds were comfy, and the house was warm. We remembered to bring bath and pool towels as requested but everything for the kitchen was provided. Clair sent all info a couple of days beforehand. We had a really lovely time and made great memories!

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!

Word cannot describe our stay at Lynnes cottages. My Mum, 3 year old Son and 5 month old Daughter stayed in Tern Cottage for 3 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer! Lynne had thought of everything for us as adults and the children had everything and more they could have dreamed of. The cottage itself was stunning and spacious for us all. The place was spotless and Jenn on reception was so accommodating. My boy loved the play room and the swimming pool was so lovely for us all, such a treat. Thank you again for such a memorable stay and very much look forward to booking with you again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at 1CC. Beautiful property in an amazing location. The cottage is so inviting whilst being spacious and cosy at the same time. The whole family loved it and can't wait to return. Loved all of Deb's fabulous artwork too.

Couldn’t believe what a beaut of a place this is. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Kristel was responsive and very helpful, even allowing us to let ourselves in early when it turned out we were a bit stuck on arrival day. Short walk into Wells, peaceful cul de sac and good parking. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a great stay at Frances’s house. The house is very spacious and beautifully appointed. We did a lot of sightseeing but it was so nice coming back to the house in the afternoons as it felt like home. Burnham Market which is very close to Thorpe has an excellent butcher and deli where we bought supplies for our evening meals. We had a truly wonderful, restful stay and would consider coming back in the future. Thank you Frances. Paulina

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

What a wonderful find. This beautiful bungalow was everything my friend I wanted. Airy, light, comfortable, well equipped and only a couple of minutes walk from the sensational sandy beach and Norfolk Coastal path. Also within walking distance was an incredibly well stocked shop, with everything you might need….and more! We were blessed with beautiful sunshine throughout our short stay which really showed the bungalow off at it’s best. The car stayed in the driveway for our stay….and we explored on foot!! We hope to be back later in the year. Thank you Tommy and Naomi for the thoughtful bag of goodies that were there for us on arrival with a lovely note of welcome. A truly wonderful long weekend.

We had a lovely stay. The house was as described and had everything you could need. The garden was a beautiful space, lots of room for the children to play and lovely seating areas to relax. The house was comfortable, immaculately clean and offered plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and a great space to cook and socialise. We took the walk to the village Shouldham which took about an hour and was worth the walk. County side views and a forest walk before enjoying a bite to eat and refreshments at the Kings Arms. We also visited Hunstanton and Wells Next to Sea whilst there, all in easy reach. We hope to return again in the future.

Claire has a beautiful home in a great location. The home was spotlessly clean and Claire had added thoughtful touches such as a welcome basket and recommendations for places to eat whilst there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked for longer!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this beautiful home for Christmas to get the family together. The house is excellent…loads of space, light, comfortable and very well equipped. Having a bedroom each and four bathrooms was such a treat! All the rooms/beds were comfortable. The host couldn’t have been better - due to unexpected circumstances we asked to increase the stay by a day and they were really flexible and willing to oblige. We will definitely be booking again as and when we need to get the family together in Bury!

Anne’s place is the perfect home from home, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. You have everything you need and more to be fair. Hot tub in the garden, we travelled with our dog and she had a secure garden area at the rear. Highly recommend this house for those looking to have a relaxing place to stay.

The location of Parva House was brilliant. Right in the centre if Holt but not noisy at all. The house is charming - definitely my sort of style and I adored the bed knobs and broomsticks bed. Scott was so obliging by letting us know that we could check in early and we had their signature fizz and Vicky Sponge. Delicious. Couldn't fault our stay. This is how an Air BnB should be done. Thank you for having us.

We had a great time at Luke’s place. The setting was beautiful. The house was spotless. The BBQ was perfect and easy to use. The pool table was great. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this Airbnb for my 20th birthday celebration. The house was very spacious and cosy, the place was nice and clean and all instructions were clear.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!
