We had an amazing stay at this place on Nolan Street in Frankston! It was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. A large window with a garden full of green plants behind it made the place peaceful and welcoming. The location was perfect - close to the beach, a lovely park and shops, making it super convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay; he puts great care into maintaining the place, making it as comfortable and livable as possible. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from our home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

Our stay at Dune Beach House for our wedding anniversary was just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean and super comfortable with quality bed linen and furnishings, we certainly hope to come back again and spend more time relaxing

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

Wonderful modern home with family amenities and peace and quiet to escape from the city. Just a few minutes drive from cafes and restaurants and great playgrounds. Good outdoor space for kids to run about and a sand pit.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Loved our little long weekend getaway, being minutes away from the stunning beach! The space is small and quaint with the essentials easily available. We hope to return soon!
