We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Exclusive use of a guest bedroom and bathroom overlooking a garden. The high quality room and en-suite is separated from the main house to allow privacy. Close to all amenities and cafe strip. City 10 minutes by bus or an easy walk. Off road parking is available. There is a toaster, microwave, kettle & mini fridge for your convenience. Beaufort St with shops, restaurants, cafes, bookshops, theatre & bar is on your doorstep. Access to main house is restricted. No cooking facilities

Suite No:2 -Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

Free off-street parking is available at all times with your own designated car bay.

It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.
