This property is stunning. The windows are enchanting and the decor is simple, clean, and modern, but also adorably trendy. You can access incredible hikes nearby and this home is only about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. One of the most beautiful places I have ever gotten to see, never mind stay in. Also, the host thinks of everything before you get there and is so thorough with directions.

Clean, clean, clean!! Very comfortable! We were very happy with our stay. The home was beautifully kept, clean and comfortable. They went above and beyond with amenities in the home to make our stay more enjoyable. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers and q-tips and dental floss on the sinks. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you may need. They had a Keurig with tons of K cups to use but also, our favorite part, a coffee bean grinder and pour over and also a french press. We typically don't find those with rentals and its how we enjoy our coffee at home. The home was very close to the Biltmore and tons of great restaurants as well. We loved the quick and easy location to everything we did. The hosts we're accommodating and responsive and made sure everything was good after check in. We would absolutely book here again! Can't wait for our next trip.

Our extended family of 13 had a peaceful, relaxing, and wonderful stay! The pictures don't do the house/cabin and surrounding property justice. The rope swing, swing, and tire swing were a huge hit with the kids - they were addicted to the rope swing! (Even the teens managed to break away from their tech and play on the creek!) The towels to use for the creek were a nice touch. This location made it really easy to get to Asheville, Black Mountain, and Brevard. It was unanimous that all of us would love to return! It was a much needed retreat and respite for all of us!

This is our family's third stay, and we're a bit biased as we know we will stay here in the future. Ronald and Amy are outstanding hosts prepare for the stay by asking if you have any special requests. There is easy access to an immaculately clean house that is well-stocked with treats. The furniture is comfortable, and with the open layout, conversation throughout the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas is easy. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are large and clean. The house is easily accessible to downtown and the interstate. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. Lastly, Ronald and Amy check in daily, offering a daily hello and offers of assistance.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described, the hot tub was very relaxing, and the surroundings were peaceful and private. The house had everything we needed, we even extended the stay an extra day because we loved it.

This place was perfect for us -- a family of four with two dogs. Place was as advertised, hosts were responsive and communicative, and instructions were clear. We'll be back if the place is available next time we visit.

This place is absolutely stunning ! The best spacious layout and super clean . The neighborhood is safe quiet! Our family loved our stay and it was a super easy short drive to downtown Asheville which was where we were working. Jessica is an awesome host ! We give this place 10 stars!!!!

Stevie is an incredible host— attentive, friendly, and so easy to work with! My partner and I were originally booked to visit last year but was not able to due to the hurricane. Stevie was kind enough to let us push our stay back to a time that would work better. They were also so quick at communicating— both prior and during the stay. The place itself was spotless and was in the perfect driving distance to everywhere we wanted to visit— about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville!

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was a breeze, the space was spotless, and every little detail felt thoughtfully curated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The home was cozy, stylish, and had all the comforts you’d hope for (plus a few extra touches that made it feel special). Communication was quick and friendly, and they made sure I felt welcome the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

Cute place, very comfortable, friendly and responsive hosts. Allowed us to book last minute which was a big help. Would definitely recommend. The hot tub is wonderful.

Very nice accommodations in a wonderful setting. Tough to beat value! We were very satisfied, and would return in a heartbeat for our next visit to the Leicester area.

This was a great place to stay for my fiancé and I and our three doggos in tow for our engagement shoot. Even though it was downstairs from the host’s main living space, they it felt super private! We felt right at home. The host is super nice and responsive and everything was clean. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after our engagement shoot and gave us some nice time to relax with each other. Easy access and everything felt super cozy! We would definitely stay here again if ever coming back to the area :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint cabin. It was cozy, quiet, easy to find, and had fun entertainment options nearby.

The hosts were very very responsive. Very clean Cabins too. Even though pets are allowed, there was no sign of pets inside, very well cleaned. We had a very small concern, and they were right there the second I messaged them! Very very helpful! We will definitely start booking our family reunion June stays here from now on!

We were not able to actually stay at Lisa’s place because of Hurricane Helene, but will definitely go when we are able! Lisa was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

It was raining lightly when we arrived, we had no idea Hurricane Helene was also coming to the mountains. We lost power the second day and water, Kenny and heather came to check on us and brought us a propane stove to cook on and boil water. This community has been hit hard by the storm, but it was incredible to see how quickly people came together to help each other. Kenny knew someone who had satellite internet and solar power, and they were happy to let people use it to get messages out. Another person had a satellite phone and offered to send messages for people. There is a local monastery, and the monks worked hard to clear the roads of mud and debris. When this area recovers, you must show them some love and support. The property is beautiful and the area is worth a trip. Please pray for them.

I surprised my best friend with a getaway birthday trip, and we cherished every moment together. The destination was absolutely spectacular, with stunning landscapes and vibrant culture that took our breath away. From exploring breathtaking views during our hikes to indulging in delicious local cuisine, every experience was unforgettable. We took countless photos, laughed until our sides hurt, and created memories we'll treasure forever. It was the perfect way to celebrate my friend’s special day!

Adorable place for a quick weekend getaway. My husband and I are looking to move to the area and used Kaitlyn’s cabin as a home base, and it was perfect! Loved coming back to the hot tub after exploring the area and touring some vineyards all day! Would love to go back. Thank you!

The Lady and I stayed here in May of 23 and loved it so much we decided to come back (engaged this time otw up). We will continue to come back as long as possible and recommend anyone else to do the same. The surrounding woods are gorgeous and peaceful and not too far away from town or any hiking or sights.
