Loved this spot, perfect for solo travelers like myself. Minutes from downtown and easily accessible yet still private. Loved that there was an instruction manual insight with some recommended places to visit! I will be coming back again!

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

The house has beautiful views of the sunrise, and was spacious enough to house 4 adults and 3 very tall teenage boys. It was absolutely frigid the weekend we went, but having so many ways to access the decks would have been perfect for drinking coffee and watching the sunrise over the mountains. We enjoyed our time in Hendersonville and a lot of that is due to staying at the house, which is located within walking distance of several shops and restaurants.

The house was beautiful ,just as described. Very well stocked. Kitchen was stocked with top of the line, pots and pans as well as dishes and silverware. Appreciated the extra condiments in the kitchen. Bathroom towels were top quality. We would definitely stay there again!

This place was perfect to host 6 of us. There were some thoughtful touches included for kids and babies which was perfect for our toddler. We loved the big deck and how spacious the house was.

The unit is spacious with two bedrooms and baths. There is a back yard with a covered area to enjoy. The only drawback is that it is located at a slightly awkward location on the road so you have to be a bit careful driving in and out of the driveway.

This place was simple and amazing! Such a gorgeous view - we wanted to sit outside in the rocking chairs all days. Perfect place for a small reunion with children. We would definitely rent again - hosts were super responsive.

We love it! The space is very quiet. You couldn’t hear the doors or bathroom from the bedrooms! It was great for multiple people! We walked to New Berlin and back, loved Taco Billy’s! We would book again for sure!

I appreciated the quiet and private area of the space. Alone with the view of the animals and wild life. All essentials of the kitchen and bathroom were available. So grateful of how knowledgeable you all of items that may be needed. Every location we needed and wanted to go to wasn’t far at all. Thank you Bethany and Family!

So glad we found this place! The location was perfect for an overnight stay as a family of 4 (young kiddos and a large puppy 100+ lbs). The host was super easy going, very quick to respond, flexible regarding checkout time, + went out of his way to assist us in booking a future reservation at this listing. The apartment was spotless + the fenced in yard with a swing set was ideal for the kids + dog to burn up some energy once we arrived. The pillows and beds were comfy as well. The large updated bathroom was great and the shampoo, body wash, and hand soap smelled SO good—I even took pics so I can get some for home. Most places seem to have the tiniest sinks and very little space for personal items, so I really appreciated the large bench beneath the bathroom window, right next to the sink—perfect for accessing items easily. The desk in the bedroom was also a nice touch—worked perfectly as a vanity. There aren’t ceiling fans, so if you’re used to sleeping with one, pack a travel fan.

This was our second stay at Jennifer's place - our experience was as good as the first time. Great location and neighborhood, the accomodation has everything one needs, is very clean, and the hosts are super-responsive and easy to interact with. Highly recommend this gem!

This place is super cute and in a fantastic location in Asheville. Great stay with kids as Michele has thought of every little detail for the little ones. Left fresh eggs for us which was a bonus. Even made sure to turn on the central heat from the main house on a particulaly cold night to make sure we were comfortable. The one thing to note is the cramped bathroom and shower if you are a larger person, otherwise great!

Everything was great at David’s place! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and clean and felt very homey which is hard to find in a lot of bnb’s. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely be booking with him again, can’t recommend this place enough!

Donna’s condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Extremely clean! Definitely the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed in. And had everything that you would need during your stay from a sound machine in the bedroom to little shampoo and conditioner toiletries in the bathroom. She even had snacks and drinks ready for our kiddos when we arrived which was a very thoughtful touch! The location is very close to everything in Hendersonville downtown and hiking trails. Definitely would stay at Donna’s place again when we come back to Hendersonville!

Loved our stay. The unit is super clean and comfortable and ideally located. Two minute walk to many great restaurants (for sure try Curate!) and also easy walks to all of downtown area and south slope. Appreciated the safe convenient parking. Would chose to stay here next time we are in town.

What a great condo in a great location. Fantastic nearby restaurants (walkable) and breweries. The condo was very nicely done, quiet, and well furnished. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Kelli was very responsive to any communication I had. Thank you!

Great little getaway for couples! Short walk to several local shops and restaurants and easy drive to the Biltmore Estate!

Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

This is a nice space in Asheville, walkable to many areas of downtown. This spot, being above a busy bar, is probably better served for night owls than folks who go to bed early. Bar closes at 10 or 11, so nothing too late.

Place was great and as shown. Location was great perfect walking distances to places downtown and having the parking spot was great.

The home is great. While it's close to everything, it's tucked off of a major highway far enough back that you barely hear the traffic. The home is spacious and furnished just right. The bed was comfortable and the shower head for the bath connected to the king bed room was amazing (no water restriction like most modern shower heads have). The floors in the home feel like they slope in different areas. Walking into the kitchen feels like going uphill, and walking into the bedroom area feels like going down hill. The first day was the worst for me -- I almost toppled over in the shower because of the sensation -- but I got used to it after then. My neighbor upstairs -- not sure if they were also a vacationer or a local -- was very quiet and all I ever heard from them was floors creaking as they walked around. All in all a very nice stay, and I would come back again.
