We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

A fantastic stay at Samantha's beautiful place. The home was very clean and beds super comfortable. All of the little touches in the home made our stay so pleasant. Samantha was incredibly inviting with so much information. I would love to stay again, thank you so much we enjoyed staying so much.

We had a big family gathering for the weekend. The house was fantastic and we'd love to return in warmer weather to be able to use the swimming pool. The house was plenty big enough for our group...12 adults a toddler and a baby plus dog. The facilities were great. Our group especially loved the tennis court, snooker table and football table.

We have just returned from a long weekend at The Beach House and would definitely recommend this property. It was in a perfect location for the beach, SOBO Beach and walks with the dogs. The house itself is beautiful, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outside space is fantastic with plenty of seating and a lovely pool. The games room was brilliant to chill out in and the hot tub with those views was just wow! Would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Nina & Max.

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked for two nights and it felt really homely and comfortable. Fiona was responsive right from the get go and was a really friendly host. She even asked if we needed a highchair and baby gate, which was a really kind to offer travelling with a toddler. My daughter also really enjoyed playing on the children’s playground and the surrounding areas were beautiful. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and would happily stay again if we were in the area. Thank you!

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

We had such an amazing holiday at the caravan. My wife, my 2 year old, Drizzle (our dog) and I felt right at home from walking through the door. It was spotless and had everything we needed. There were toys for our 2 year old to play with which he loved. We will definitely come again!

We had such a restful weekend. There is a very special atmosphere in this house. It’s organised so well. Everything you need to relax by the sea is thought of and the host and hostess Andy and Rachel were so helpful providing information on everything one could need. We highly recommend.

Just had a fabulous weekend staying at Sonia’s place. We are three families getting together and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and a wonderful big garden, perfect for energetic kids! Lots of games and kitchen very well kitted out. The welcome gifts were a lovely touch. Thank you 🙏

Lovely home from home! We booked last minute and communication was fantastic from start to finish. Comfy beds, easy self check in and even a little welcome basket for us. Walking distance to some restaurants, shops and the quay. Would recommend!

As stated by other reviewers, the location was great with the Cathedral, the market, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance; and the house is lovely with lots of space. Specifically for us, we were visiting family so we hosted guests. We had 8 of us for dinner and had room for everyone. My father-in-law turned 99 while we were there, and the house was within an easy mobility scooter ride from his home in Salisbury, and the bathroom on the main floor made it accessible for him. This meant we could have long visits with him at our place, which was lovely. We will definitely be in touch with William to stay in his house again.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The town centre is a perfect distance away that you can walk in in about 10-15mins but far enough away to not feel like you're staying in a busy town centre. Louise sorted us parking permits out and we easily parked 3 cars in the local streets, not right outside but this wasn't an issue. The house is great, 4 good sized clean bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Louise had left us a few goodies and some milk as a welcome gift, Tesco is a short walk away to grab any other bits you need and we had a lovely meal out locally too, plus lots of recommendations of good places to go. Thank you for a very lovely weekend.

We had a great stay at the cottage. It’s a terrific location if you’re on foot with shops and buses and the ferry just minutes away and it’s equipped with everything we needed. Susan was helpful with any questions we had. It’s a thumbs up from us 👍🏻

A great place for a group gathering - 12 single beds! And the living spaces are well laid out and spacious. Outdoor area good too. It's a bit lacking character but made up for by the practicalities. It's very near the beach and convenient for access to boscombe and central bournemouth. Can recommend.

Really lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable home. We loved the extras, like games and beach things, so no need to buy for holiday. Some things, like coffee maker and older video games not working, but no worries, there was a french press and plenty to do. Bit far for us to walk to the seafront with the kids. Unfortunately, they closed the road for maintenance work for most of our stay, but the crew was nice and we managed to get in/out, even if our sat nav didn't like the detours.

Excellent host, really good and clear communication. We booked this the day before so didn't get time to read all the instructions so had a few questions and got the answers from the host. House is very clean and plenty of beds so ideal for big groups. Main reason we booked this place was the hot tub, hot tub was great we used a it a couple of times, its in the garden and has a cover so even if its raining you can use it. Over all good place, value for money.

Our stay was fantastic. Cannot fault Glebe House. My sister and I booked a long weekend to take our parents for their 50th Wedding Anniversary and everyone, from 9 to 79 years old absolutely loved the house as a base for a wonderful weekend. We're already talking about when we want to return! Perfect location, lots of space, comfortable beds, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Lovely walks from the house and nice countryside and pubs all around. Victoria even ensured great weather for us, too!

This was the best place we’ve stayed at using AirBnB. As it was Sarah’s home we immediately felt comfortable. The decor was very cool and to our kind of taste. We arrived after dark and the garden was all lit up with lights and looked so inviting. The beds were clean and very comfy. Hopefully it will be available when we next visit.

Great property, spacious, clean and good location for exploring the New Forest. Tip - if you want to eat in the local pub book and also be aware they stop food orders at 7:30pm

We had a great stay at Daniela's place, great location for the beach and both Shanklin and Sandown. Daniela was very responsive with the queries we had and the house was great, the garden is a sun trap. Would recommend it.
