What a lovely historic home. We enjoyed how cozy this place felt. It’s close to historic Main Street and gave us easy access to places to walk, shop and eat. We were in town visiting family for celebrations and wanted a home that allowed for dogs. The yard is fully fenced and our pup enjoyed laying on the deck and watching the neighborhood. On a warm weekend night, the area was alive with back yard BBQs and fire pits. Felt like being a local. Host is friendly and responsive. Kitchen is large and spacious. Internet is strong and fast. Hot tub soaks were nice after long days socializing.

The Pacific Palace is like nothing you have ever experienced. Such a unique place to stay and explore. Our kids spent most of our time just exploring all the different spaces and treasures for all ages. Definitely recommend!

This is a great location, had everything we needed. It is within walking distance of all the neat shops and restaurants, especially Grandma’s Cookies! It’s also only two miles from Lindenwood University. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful getaway! Everything was just as described. Such a beautiful clean space with beautiful views overlooking the lake. We enjoyed sipping tea and coffee on the deck overlooking the lake, birdwatching, relaxing and reading the fantastic book selection, and enjoying our own private dock and kayaks. I love the fact that we didn’t have to go anywhere to kayak and relaxed on the private dock soaking up the sun during the day. The beds were comfortable, nice clean linens, nice towels, lots of games, toys for kids, and comfy couch to curl up and watch movies at night. Overall, a very relaxing wonderful experience and thank you so much to the responsive host for answering any questions that came up. Highly recommend!

Nice place, perfect for us! Lots to do around the house and outside areas. Our twin 6 year olds loved the rope course, outside slide, soccer goals, foosball table, etc... they just couldn't get enough of all the fun things/activities to do inside/outside the house. Highly recommended from them!

This was our first time at Innsbrook and our three boys loved the freedom of playing outside. Jill’s place is far enough away from others that you feel completed private. The house has everything you need. We cannot wait to stay again. Oh and the string lights outside made me so happy!

We stayed at Melissa's place for just one night during a road trip. The property was easy to find and had everything we needed. Lots of room outside for our dog to stretch his legs and alot of friendly farm animals to see. Melissa was very responsive and friendly.

We had a wonderful time here! Pros: game room in basement was great for hanging out. The home was clean and easy to find! My kids loved the playground and getting to sleep in a bunk bed. Cons: not all the rooms had a trash or mirror so that was slightly inconvenient. There were some minor issues we reported on arrival but nothing that negatively impacted our stay.

This was by far one of my all time favorite air bnb’s. The space is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The hot tub outside was everything I had hoped for. I was there in an “off season” time for Grafton and it was still so much more than I had hoped for. I truly cannot wait to return in the spring or fall.
